How many times do I have to pay?
Hotels.com charged me over $300 in Oct. The Marriott charged me $134 after my stay. How many times do I have to pay for one night?

While I was visiting family in Greenville, I tested positive for Influenza A. So that I wouldn't get my family sick, I booked a last minute stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely accommodating. They even allowed me a check out of 3PM since my flight didn't leave until 6PM. They gave me a bottle of water and laundry detergent so I could do some laundry during my stay. Also, I loved the fact that they had a quick shuttle to the airport. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott, for taking care of me during this unfortunate situation.

The AC unit was very noisy sounded like the fan was going out. The hair dryer didn't work had to go to front desk to get a new one and it sounded like it was about to go out

Awesome hotel
The hotel is getting a face lift so I was worried but didn’t need to be! You don’t hear any noise or anything. The front desk staff were AMAZING! Aron (I think that was her name) in particular is just fantastic! The guys making the Starbucks were great too! My room was clean, fresh, and perfect. The location is great, it’s near everything! Restaurants, shops, close to the highway. I didn’t hear outside noise at all and I felt very safe.

Could have been a little cleaner on the mirrors, doors and shower. Our air conditioning in our suite bedroom barely worked and if it wasn't for the one in the living room part, we would have burnt up in the room. Was shocked at the construction on the front of the building when we arrived because that infomation about construction wasn't on their website when I reserved the room. It was not a veey pleasant sight. I also thought they had a pool and hot tub which was a bit of a let down. Hallways were very hot and stuffy. We loved the firepit area out back in the courtyard and food was very good, a bit expensive though.

The lobby is nice, but sadly, the rest of this place is pretty run down. The people are nice, but the rooms are outdated, kind of grimy and the TV's don't work. In addition, it seems that they are trying to hide the smell of "old" with excessive air freshener that is nauseating. Not sure if I just chose the wrong Marriott this time.

Lobby was pretty, but fireplace not working.

Super Easy Access! Very convenient, loved that.
No room cleaning, but Hey, it WAS Xmas!
Hot water took forever.
Heat AC unit incredibly loud.
And, toilet kept randomly running all night.
We wished we were in the Hampton, which has nice suites, stay there instead.

Prompt and responsible shuttle driver to airport! Informed and friendly lady!
The only problems with returning to this property are 1. Soiled sheet. 2. Quality of onsite food less than average. 3. Lack of personnel at food bar to accommodate guests.

The arrival was late so I had limited exposure to the entire property. The cute young lady at the desk was very pleasant.
Overall the hallways were hot and my room temperature never really got to where I wanted it.

Not great. Disappointing
Bed linens were not clean/fresh. Bed was so uncomfortable. Noise from the wall unit air conditioner was mind numbing. And not efficient. Lighting was terrible. There was just no way to get light into the room to put on makeup or dress. Just not a good experience.

TV and Internet were not user friendly. Never had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi like I did at this hotel. TV was also challenging. Walls between rooms were thin, I could hear almost everything next door, young kids. Not my usual experience at a Courtyard.

The rooms were large but odd in that it was mostly just open space. Only 1 chair. The shower seemed to have no real warm or cool setting and just went back and forth.

Disappointed that there was not complimentary coffee and creamer in lobby. Had to charge a “Starbucks coffee price” for only plain coffee, no flavorings. I would have been fine with just regular coffee with milk and creamer no charge like every single other hotel. The coffee maker in the room I didn’t have bottle water to add or fresh creamer or milk. $141 and no coffee complimentary?? Come on!!

Our first room smelled strongly of smoke (it was a non smoking room). Our next room smelled fine but as we settled in there were a number of issues. The ceiling had water damage and wet spots. There were bits of popcorn ceiling that had fallen on the floor. The AC unit sounded like a semi truck. The mirrors were dirty. Overall the hotel felt a bit run down.

Everything was nice clean rooms.
Not enough lighting and no full length mirror.
The worst thing was the old AC units in the wall
And the room did not stay cool. We would wake several times a night and the air would not be on.

We bought snacks at night from the market. (5 items) there were extra charges for more than 5 items this morning that we did not buy. I had them remove the charges after reviewing my receipt. The charges from last night showed to be on July 2 and there were more this morning showing on July 3. Employees are putting their snacks on customer bills hoping they will leave without checking for accuracy.

Great but pool closed and no breakfast
Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool was closed and morning breakfast was not served because of Covid which I completely understand. HOWEVER I would have liked to have been informed of these changes when I booked. I chose this hotel based on these two offerings.

NOT 4 FAMILIES- NO POOL/BISTRO/MICROWAVES in room
The pool isn't open which isn't listed in the description. They provide a fridge in the room but one lonely microwave in the lobby. My back was killing me from the bed. Hubby was having hip issues. Also, the bistro is not open because of Covid. Yet the people there weren't required to wear masks including the front desk persons. We solely chose this hotel on the basis of them having a restaurant and an indoor pool. Additionally, it's been a long time since we had to go out every night bc there's no way to heat up food unless you go downstairs. We witnessed what appeared to be 3 strippers and 2 drug deals over the course of our 4 day stay.

There was nothing unique it was awful and I do understand there is a pandemic but they still can do better the girl told me I had a beautiful view from my room so I got excited and got up there went straight to window to see a dirty a@@ rooftop nothing pretty and everyone I encountered that worked there was rude and nasty

BEWARE OF HIDDEN CHARGES THEY SNEAK ONTO YOUR BILL WITHOUT TELLING YOU ABOUT IT!!! They sent us three receipts via email, first two was fine the third had additional charges for data services if you login to their WiFi. This was sent after we left the hotel. Very sneaky because they don’t tell you WiFi isn’t free!!!!

The outside gives you a slightly outdated feeling but don’t let that fool you. The rooms have been redone and are so nice and clean. Great water pressure too I was almost blown away by the amount of pressure, literally. The water was HOT too. My only negative was the noise. The street noise was a bit much for me as was the noise coming from The next rooms. But a little white noise blocked it out pretty nicely. I’d stay here again if ever in the area. The young lady at the front desk upon arrival was super nice and helpful too. As was my shuttle driver. I felt at home with both of them.

The staff was super friendly ! The room was nice and comfy . Check out is 12 . We had a balcony , and desk, pullout love sofa , king size bed , tv , they also have fresh coffee out for the guest , washer and dryer on site with detergents and softener available, as well as a little convenient store down stairs with snacks drinks , beer and wines . Along with hair spray nail clippers and meds. Cute comfy and convenient.

Wedding Weekend
We were coming in for our Son's wedding. All of the family stayed at this hotel. We couldn't ask for a better stay, The room was perfect the staff was awesome. It made for an awesome weekend.

Don't pay extra for balcony view.
We paid extra for a balcony view of the parking lot lol. So don't make that mistake folk and the bed and couch are very hard. Other than that it was clean and the staff was great.

There was a beautiful fire pit!! Though there was construction which made things loud and hard to focus trying to work. Hotel was decent. I used the gym while I was there. It was nice though I really wish the pool had be able to be used.
