No microwave in the room. Had to go all the way to the lobby to use the one down there. Very inconvenient. Why is there none in our rooms? Had to ask for cups and coffee each morning. But yet housekeeping came in and cleaned room and gave us new towels. Their is a lack of communication between people there!!

Their email said they’ll send a mobile key when they asked me to checkin online but I never got it. When I told the front desk, the lady receptionist sounded irritated & felt I didn’t know what a mobile key is.
When we finally got the mobile key, the room had a strong odor when we opened it & seemed like the last guest smoked weed a lot. They should have ventilated the room first & didn’t assign it at once to other guests. I didn’t inform the front desk anymore as the receptionist there was not friendly at all & did not have any customer service skills. Rather than make our vacation miserable, we just had to make do.
Before, they would offer grab & go breakfast for the guests, now they don’t have anything.

Great stay
Overall we had a great experience from check-in to check out the room was very clean very quiet we had enough space for everything they thought of everything when with traveling families I can't say enough best stay ever. We were there for a church convention the other members had stayed at a different hotel and they ended up getting moved to location 20 minutes farther away than they needed to be this hotel kept our reservation and we had no problems so I'm very grateful. I do have to add that it mentioned that the breakfast was free but it was actually a charge. If I had to change anything it would be a little bit more information as to the area, the room, what's available and what's not. I couldn't find that in the room I wasn't given a some sort of welcome packet to kind of give us that information I wish that it was available but needless to say, we had avery good stay thank you.

Everyone was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. However, the walls were really thin (we could hear the TV from the room next door) and people outside our door. Not sure what they can do about that.

Very cute and up to date little apartment but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and they need a new couch. My family and I ended up leaving a day early and book a Marriot in Westborough.

the only thing I wasn't 100 percent happy with was that the fan didn't have an option to run without running the heat. I like white noise when I sleep, especially since the doors to other rooms closing where very loud

The heating system was not working effectively. There was no microwave, limited cups and glasses; no tea in room, no free breakfast. Of course much of this could be known had I done a better job of looking at the facility online. The staff were not friendly nor helpful.

Property was fine. Staff was friendly. One of the front desk staff said our room number out loud while checking in, which, as a former Marriott employee, is a no-no. For the safety of the guest, you are not supposed to do that.
When we arrived, there was a smoke alarm directly above the bed. I fought the urge to dismantle it to see if there was a camera inside (the location is weird and people can be as well), but slept terribly knowing my family and I could possibly being nefariously spied on.
We did not have any spare toilet paper so had to ask the front staff for that. Super low start on tissues so we had to ask for that as well. We did not get our room cleaned between the days of our stay. Shower was leaky. We had a patio door that was unlocked from the time we got there until we noticed it the next day.

I did not like that there was no free coffee/tea provided. I expect that at a Marriott but perhaps Courtyard are different. I was given a handicapped room which was fine but it might have been needed by another guest who checked in later. The staff who worked the desk Friday and Saturday was very helpful.

Very convenient, located inside a business park area. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bistro was a little disappointing, almost self-serve, and many menu items that were listed -- both food and beverages -- were not available. Good option for solo business traveler.

I do not say the location is convenient, as it is not close to the downtown Westborough nor major destinations (at least I believed so). But the property itself was good and well maintained and the staffs were kind enough.

Staff shortages led to poor service. Stayed three nights and no room cleaning, fresh towels, trash removal, etc. It took the front desk person more than 40 minutes to locate a roll of toilet paper. The person working at the cafe was usually sitting in the back unaware customers were waiting.

We picked this hotel because of its COV safety policies, including the unusual one of leaving a room empty for 24 hours between guests. Staff members were fine and tried being helpful. However, the property wasn't up to the quality of other Marriott's. The phone in our first room didn't work, so we had to change rooms. The beds were too soft and one had a distinct slant to it. The shower leaked. We could hear the people in the room above us walking around. We called the morning of our stay to ask for a microwave and expected to have one in the room, but we didn't - we did get one for the second night. The room had nowhere to place our luggage, so we had to put everything on the floor. Our credit card was charged $50 more than the Expedia price - I was told when I asked that it was for "incidentals" - $20 per night, but that didn't add up. We weren't told about this practice beforehand, and we have no idea when we will have this credited back to our card.

The next door guest had his tv on the loudest volume, and was on the phone all night, I barely slept. Reception had only one staff on duty and could not help.
The pillows were so gross, stinking and wet, I have never experienced anything so bad. They were able to get me two fair pillows, but with all the hair on the bed, I slept uncomfortably in the arm chair. Choosing this hotel was a big mistake, room 114 .. with water on the bathroom floor , it’s unforgettable.
I request for a full refund and apology for the great discomfort.

We booked a room with 2 double beds more than 2 wks ago. A few days before our arrival date I saw a cheaper rate but with a king bed so I still decided to keep the original reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a king bed instead of the 2 double & I insisted for the 2 double but they said they don’t have any. I brought sheets specifically for 2 double so now we will be sleeping on the hotel sheets which has a strong smell, they were definitely NOT changed. They should have informed me a day earlier that the double beds are not available anymore. When I asked for a rate adjustment they told me to talk to Expedia. No bar soap or any toiletries were provided in the sink, only the built in shampoo/conditionsr/body wash in the shower. I will not be booking with Marriot Westborough again. Front desk staff couldn’t care less about our concerns.

This hotel had everything promised. It was very clean, had a nice laundry room and a very clean gym. Claire, who worked the evening shift, was of excellent service. While this hotel is tight room size, it has everything necessary and eas very clean!

Good stay. Just one complaint.
It's a nice property. I was glad to see the fitness center open. However anti-septic wipes were not placed properly so it was all dried up and there were no bottled water available. I used it twice. The next day it was clear that the fitness center had not been cleaned. I'm good with cleaning stuff myself as I used them but you've got to make sure cleaning solutions and wipes are readily available. Overall a good stay.

The room we had was very nice and very clean. The staff were very friendly as well as very helpful. The only area where I could see improvement is in the to go bag breakfasts that are given. At another Marriott where I had stayed, they offered individually wrapped portions of cereal and cartons of milk. I feel like if this Marriott could do something similar instead of providing pastries for breakfast, then it would be perfect.

I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming gentlemen at the front desk who was helpful with providing dining choices. I stayed in room 101 and the room looked clean. I wondered about the cleanliness because I did find a hair on the pillow of the well made bed. I was disappointed with the the pungent smell of cigarette in the room. I should of ask for a different room the lovely gentleman at the front desk did give me a choice between a room on the 1st or 3rd floor when I checked in. The room and bathroom was spacious but the shower was small. Great water pressure in the shower. I would stay there again, but wouldn't pick a room that's near an exit, I believe that contributed to the cigarette smell in the room.

Room cleanliness was fine and service was fine. I just had a coupe weird issues in the room. When I checked into the room the heat was off so it was very cold and took an hour or so for the room to heat up. The TV didn't turn on, but it was too late and I had already unpacked to call and switch rooms. The heater was also very loud and rattled and hummed the entire time.

For price paid, hotel was upscale and modern in feel. Staff were friendly and competent. On site cafe/bistro was excellent and speedy. Rooms were very spacious and well-appointed. Spotless. Bed very comfortable. Location a little out of the way for guests not on business in technology park, so nothing of note within walking distance. But great value for money for those looking to stay in Westborough/Worcester area....

Carlos to the rescue
Your manager Carlos,went above and beyond his responsibilities. My room did not have any heat. Carlos quickly changed my room. He conveyed to me that my comfort was of great importance to him. He also graciously presented me with a coupon for a complimentary breakfast. Customer service is very important to me. You could see that Carlos was determined to make each guest feel special. He also made sure to support his fellow employees. He is a breath of fresh air. I will return to Marriott courtyard because of his professionalism.

My stay would have been great except at 3:30 am the fire alarms went off due to a malfunction with the sprinkler system and the fire department came and the whole thing and that was one thing but in the morning when I checked out they told me I would hear from the manager because they wanted to make it right with everyone due to the faulty being the building and I have heard nothing. So that is why I didn’t give five stars

I thought the food was great and room was clean. The only suggestion I have is for them to run the shower before a check in as they must have iron in the water. If I didn’t know what the brown water was I may have been grossed out.

I need an extra hand for a presentation to make copies and the staff jumped to support me . I would absolutely recommend staying here to my colleagues to travel into the area for business .
