Terrible corporate company
I had to talk to staff in New Delhi to fix a date error I made when checking in online. I accidentally checked October instead of September. You do not allow staff on the ground to fix this. Only a New Delhi call center. I paid almost $90 more to check in yesterday than I would have for my erroneous October date. I intend to avoid Marriott if at all possible for any future trips. Allow your humans on the ground to actually provide the service you say you want to provide. I think you just want to make money though rather than provide service. I hope to never use Marriott again.

Not Like it Used to Be.
Upon checkin, i was informed that roofers would be therr all day every day. BOOM BOOM BOOM all afternoon Saturday all but prevented a much needed sleep.
Upon checkin, I requested an upstairs outward facing room that inherently comes with a balcony. Attendant (operations manager?) Immediately says "Well you smoke on it!" Rudely. Ill stay up the road next time. In town 4 or 5 times a year. Won't go back here. Used to be great!

Perfect stay!

For the high price of the room you would think they would offer free coffee in the lobby. No complimentary breakfast. Usually a hotel provides body lotion and quality soap. Not here. I will never stay here again.

Very clean! Friendly staff! My only complaint is I wish the pool was bigger. It got really crowded with a pre-wedding party that over took the pool. Overall, a really great weekend!

Good hotel to stay at in Naperville
The staff were so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that 2 and 1/2 years into Covid, they are not cleaning rooms and replacing linens. Medically speaking, we are past the emergency and unknown risk factors. In my opinion, having fresh linens daily is part of staying at a hotel. The staff was amazing tho!

The service was still in Covid era as far as the room being
cleaned each day, but if we needed anything, the staff was
expedient in getting it to our rooms. The staff was professional and friendly. It was in a good location since we were close to family we were visiting and restaurants were near.We would definitely stay again.

Good enough for business travel, but not for family trips. Pay extra for a more up-to-date place with free breakfast. Currently, limited staff does not allow for house cleaning. I stayed for five days and my room was not touched once.

When we are going to and from the City, we like to stay out near Naperville. The area is quiet and parking is convenient. We love downtown Naperville for shopping and drinks.

Ok but over priced
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had a sliding door that I didn’t want to open bc it was full of cobwebs. They charge a lot for what you get. It’s not different than any other hotel except they don’t provide free breakfast or coffee. Room had coffee and fridge but no microwave. We were located pretty far from the lobby were the had one. Pool closed at 9 and courtyard doors were locked early. Description said they have a bar but it’s just a stand where they sell minimal food and drinks. It closed early. Impression I had from description was very different than reality.

The Bistro bar hours at night were non existent. A bagged breakfast was not offered Monday through Friday.
You also had to request housecleaning in order to have room cleaned.

No pool!
The front desk staff tried to insist their website announced the pool was unavailable but this was NOT true. I pulled up the website (again) on their wifi, made sure I had the correct address and found the only mention of a pool was under "amenities". I found the front desk person curt and not very friendly and my school age boys were definitely not amused. The king bed was made with badly stained sheets which we didn't notice until we pulled the duvet back the next morning. Only a pay-for breakfast was available. We pay more for Marriott hotels for the extra mile service and quality. This was not to be found at this hotel. We will not return.

We traveled there to visit family. The front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was clean and they followed Covid guidelines. The bed was comfortable. Some outlets in the room did not work and there is no fan in the bathroom. They provided a grab and go breakfast.
