Staff was very professional and friendly! Property was in a great area! Breakfast included turkey options. Hot water took over an hour to heat up. One elevator was out. Overall comfortable stay.

A “find” for auto train travelers
Chose this cause of proximity to Auto Train to Fl. It was a find. Very clean good size room. Nice lobby w computers/games/pool table/snacks for purchase. Very full breakfast w multi hot & cold selections w ‘breakfast included.’ Excellent restaurant, Naty’s, just across the parking lot. Outside pool but seasonal. Good deal for anyone who wants to be close (.4 mile) to train.

Water was out for an hour one morning they would.not.give us water, had to buy it. Breakfast was a disaster. No pancakes, no waffles, no white bread, no cinammon rolls, no orange juice. Tasteless scrambled eggs, horrible turkey sausage. Once had a tasty biscuits and gravy. No sweets, yogurt once irr twice, only apples for fresh fruits. Kitchen staff very rude.

AC was needed and did not work 3 out of 5 nights. Was told maintenance would look at it each day. Very noisy. Constant doors slamming. (1 ) elevator tagged for an entrapment so not in use. Item missing from room after first day. Property condition is depreciating quickly.

This was a nice quiet property. There was a school team there during my stay and I didn’t notice them at all. Unfortunately there were stains on the bedding, hair in the shower and bathroom areas, and fecal matter in the toilet. Thankfully I only had about an 8 hour stay here.

A nice property. Convenient to the next leg of our trip. Check-in clerk made a face when I asked her to change our room upon check in.

Very easy access to Rte 95, but far enough so that i could not hear road noise at night. Lots of good parking. Quick and easy check in. Halls, room, and breakfast area very clean. Room wall unit very quiet. Nice Mexican food restaurant with in walking distance.

I travel a lot and this Hotel was by far one of the cleanest Hotels I have ever stayed at, as I told Lisa at the front desk. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for any family or traveler; you will enjoy your stay as I did :-)

Hotel is modern and clean. We had to move rooms due to a broken mattress. Staff responded quickly and we very helpful. My only complaint would be why the cleaning staff had not noticed the problem while making up the room prior to our stay. No biggie.

We chose this place because it was closer to the Auto Train than its sister’s place in Springfield, VA. The breakfast there was always so good and hot/warm and we had pancakes!! You didn’t have pancakes and your food wasn’t warm/hot!! They told us to come down before 8:00 am because there were students coming after 8;00 am. They were there when we were there. We should have been told to come later??? But you are closer. We did meet some very nice people waiting for the Auto Train in your lobby and we all followed each other to the Auto Train and then sat with each other at the Auto Train.

It was close to the two major interstate highways on the south side of Washington DC. It was also within close proximity to Amtrak's Lorton Auto train facility. Reasonably priced and easy to get to.

This was an excellent property. Stayed one night prior to Amtrak Autotrain departure in view of pending snow storm. Best decision ever. Hotel amazingly close. Check-in and check out from hotel were problem free. Roads & parking lots cleared in sufficient time to facilitate departure. Will use again if necessary.

Stayed 11 days. They placed me directly next to the elevator which was under construction. Banging and drilling started at 0700 on the elevator, landscapers begin at 0730. Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs and pork or turkey sausage, 2 types of cereal, and bread/muffins. During my stay, random guests would stand or sit in the hallway talking on their cellphone for long periods of time. Also had another guest decide they were going to smoke marijuana in the building, the next 3 days the second floor stunk, I could even smell it in my clothes outside the building. Desk staff are unhelpful. The location is also next to a very noisy intersection and a fire department (sirens) that you will hear constantly throughout the day. Stay somewhere else.
