Very good hotel but the breakfast was very limited today…there were sweet ants near the bedside stand, but over all the room was comfortable and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.

This was an excellent property. Stayed one night prior to Amtrak Autotrain departure in view of pending snow storm. Best decision ever. Hotel amazingly close. Check-in and check out from hotel were problem free. Roads & parking lots cleared in sufficient time to facilitate departure. Will use again if necessary.

The hotel rooms are dated and in need of some renovation. Bathrooms are fine with walk in showers but dirty popcorn ceilings are an eyesore. Staff is accommodating and pleasant.

Stayed 11 days. They placed me directly next to the elevator which was under construction. Banging and drilling started at 0700 on the elevator, landscapers begin at 0730. Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs and pork or turkey sausage, 2 types of cereal, and bread/muffins. During my stay, random guests would stand or sit in the hallway talking on their cellphone for long periods of time. Also had another guest decide they were going to smoke marijuana in the building, the next 3 days the second floor stunk, I could even smell it in my clothes outside the building. Desk staff are unhelpful. The location is also next to a very noisy intersection and a fire department (sirens) that you will hear constantly throughout the day. Stay somewhere else.

Good: clean, very comfy room. Also, the sweet lady who ran the breakfast was extremely nice and helpful.
Bad: Check-in. Late night receptionist played on her phone when we walked in instead of the desk. Check in took too long. It was a driving rainstorm, but she insisted I go back out to my car and put some useless permit on the dashboard. This when the parking lot was pretty much empty.

Didn't like when I got my bowl of oatmeal there was no butter. Had to rush down to breakfast each day to make sure there was some of everything left. The coffee was horrible. Breakfast should be enjoyable. It was advertised as part of the package and I don't think I got my money's worth.

Water trickled out of the shower and sink. Staff not impressed when we let them know. Staff reluctantly turned the sound on for the large screen TV in the lobby. Why have the news on if you can't hear what us being said? I think staff needs some training and what the heck us up with the water in the bathroom?

Everything was good except:
1. Water Pressure in sink was almost unusable, just a small stream, so little we brushed our teeth in the bathtub.
2. Woke up and there was water all over the floor from the refrigerator icing up over night and leaking out the back.

I didn’t care for the checkin. Person didn’t know what to do about the postal code when I told him I was from Canada. We also had to ask how to get to our room and where the elevator was. He didn’t tell us at first. No signs for the rooms. Room and hotel was very nice.

Housekeeping, Breakfast and Noise Level
Housekeeping was apparently challenged and it was difficult to just get clean towels during most of the stay.
Breakfast was a disappointment with many items depleted long before the meal time was over.
The hotel was full of young people on a field trip and the room next door to ours was very noisy even late into the night. The presence of this group evidently impacted the quality of the service, as the hotel did not appear staffed up to handle it.
