My first time visiting Seattle and I found this hotel that was close enough to where I needed to go. Staff were very friendly and very informed. I left the desk after check in feeling like I would be able to navigate throughout the hotel. My room was so clean and so comfortable. The bed was so soft and the views from my room were incredible!

Under renovation
Our stay was good. The room and accommodations were very nice and comfortable even though the hotel is undergoing renovation. The hotel staff were friendly and as helpful as possible under the circumstances. Dinner was very limited because the hotel was in the process of moving the restaurant from another floor and some items I ordered weren't available. Again, later I went to the front desk looking for Tums and was told it was not available because not all merchandise had been moved yet from the other floor. Although both staff members were very apologetic, the experiences were still unpleasant. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

We stayed in this hotel last year, and we loved it so we came back. It didn't disappoint. Nice hotel, with clean and spacious room. Location was great! Close to everything we need, and lots of dining options around. Highly recommended if you're in Seattle.

The lobby was under construction and the guests were not notified in advance. We arrived to black garbage bags covering the lounge area , the lobby smelled like marijuana and the restaurant looked like a cheap diner. Would not stay again.

Seattle Downtown is not safe. There are so many homeless roaming around the city. I can't go out after 5 pm, which is a shame.

They didn't have my prepaid room and they gave me complementary breakfast for the five days on the stay. They gave me 5 coupons for the breakfast and at the third day they asked for the cupons back. Because it wasn't affordable for them.
You can't offer something and then take it back because you didn't make the numbers correctly. And the manager sent the front desk person to tell us instead of her going and tell us personally that they made a mistake!!

Dining after 7 pm is impossible-- on a Friday night. The hotel's kitchen was closed when we asked at 9. Restaurants in the area close early except bars and pubs. Would have stayed somewhere else had we known. Great staff though.

Overall it was a good place but with a NFL game on and not busy the night gut before they should have been more flexible with early check-in before the game. For me the diff from a 4 to a 5 rating.

Very clean property, rooms were nice sized and well furnished. The staff was exceptional. We arrived early, they offered to hold our bags and called us when our room became available while we explored the city. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a nice stay at the property, but the early check-in was less than desirable. Was put on a waitlist and said I would get a text shortly. Walked around Seattle for 4 plus hours until I finally called and they said "oh you want an early check in"? Come on down we have a room for you. Otherwise nice property.

Room was very clean! Staff at front desk was very pleasant and courteous. Breakfast buffet was good, although no where as big as the buffet at the Crowne Plaza in Amsterdam (was there a couple of months back). The only negative was that this particular location did not have charging stations for my EV car (far more convenient to charge at the hotel than to go out and find a charging station). Needless to say I had to drive my gasoline powered SUV to Seattle.

I just had a very unpleasant experience at the Crown Plaza in downtown Seattle. Very surprised given they're a big name hotel and I've stayed with them in other cities before with no issue.
Checked into a room on the 8th floor about 2-3 doors away from the elevator (can't remember the #). About 30 mins into the stay, I notice something crawling on the bed. I first think maybe a bed bug. After a closer look, I realize it's a baby roach. I record a quick video, then kill it, hoping it was a one-off situation. I come back to the bed and there's ANOTHER ONE! (See video). Take into account it's 2 PM, roaches don't usually come out in the day time unless there's a lot already. And where there's baby roaches there's a momma roach nearby!
I notify the front desk and they switch me to a 12th floor room. While the staff was quick to provide an another option, they seemed to not show any sense of alarm, as if this was not their first time hearing of this.
I had flown in on a red eye and was desperate for sleep so I take a quick nap fully clothed, scared to pull the sheets back, then proceed to the event I was in town for. I return to the room, and begin to do a deep inspection of the room for any signs of roaches, as I was VERY paranoid about going to sleep for the night. I quickly realize that the cleaning throughout the room was ok, but the bathroom sink was dirty. At this point I was disgusted and decided I needed to find a

Lost my jewelry at this hotel; my wedding ring @ my Mother’s Day necklace gift from my husband.I reported to the front desk and no one has ever reached out me 5 months later. I’m very disappointed and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location! Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was able to hold our luggage for last day while we did a bit more in the City. The only negative I have is that there was only one person tending to guests check in and check outs. That made for a long line. Overall, it was great!

Parking is expensive. Food menu needs improvement at Restaurant.

Good service. Staff was nice. The breakfast was good as well. The only complaint would be there a lot of staff congregating by the check in area and were even louder than the guest that were waiting for their Ubers or just hanging out at the lobby. Things weren’t really explained at check in about the breakfast buffet vouchers as well and they forgot to give them to me. The hotel is close to a lot of places so no need to Uber, unless u really don’t want to walk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fabulous - clean, great view from the 29th floor, conveniently located to walk to the monorail as we were attending the Trans Siberia Orchestra that night and the parking attendant was super friendly! The beds were suoer comfortable as well.

The location was not bad. Not all staff, but most were rude. We stayed three nights at this hotel over the thanksgiving weekend. The reservation was for four, yet we were only provided with three towels. After three requests, still clean nor additional towels until we saw housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned the entire weekend. When we asked staff to have housekeeping clean our room, we were simply told “we are too busy.” We also ran out of toilet paper and no one bothered
To Attend to our requests. The lobby furniture was dingy.
Positive- cute little bar/restaurant area, not bad location close to most attractions, and little market with variety of drinks snacks for purchase

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend so we could go to the Seahawks and Kraken home games. It was great to leave the car parked and walk to Lumen field and take the Monorail to Seattle Center. I booked the parking package in advance so we had a spot reserved in the garage (glad i did because it was full) and the valet service was great.

Very convenient and efficient hotel. Close to everything to explore and enjoy Seattle. The gym and the facilities were great and the scenery from the room was good. Construction outside was a little distracting but didn't bother much with moving around in the city.

Arrived early - 4 pm check-in - room not available which was expected but there was nowhere in the entire hotel to go and get something to eat or have a drink - nothing opened before 5pm - so the only place to wait was in the lobby where a bus load of tourists had arrived to also check in - the lobby was chaos and loud - totally would never stay here again

Great location to freeway, and minimal road noise from I 5. Bed was super comfy, and room layout was nice. Would be nice to get pen and paper like in the 80s or at other hotels as had some business to take care of but all is good.
