Our stay was for only 1 night. We selected this motel because it is pet-friendly. The room was adequate and we would stay here again if traveling with our dog. The downside was cigarette holes in the comforter (we had a non-smoking room) and a stain in the tub. The staff were excellent. We interacted with 2 different people and both were helpful and polite.

The staff treated us awful. They went through our stuff and lied on us to try to get us out. I was trying to stay there with my daughters getting out of a bad situation, they wanted us out and lied and plundered through our stuff then tried to take pictures of us and stuff. If you are going to be there more then a few days don’t stay here. They will do nothing but make problems for you: they accused us of calling the front desk saying stuff when none of us was even near the phone. It’s craziness here and they made

Let's start with before I checked in; I called previously on a couple occasions to ask the questions I needed to know, such as double checking to make sure my dog could come with. It was never mentioned that there would be a pet fee before I got there...granted I am happy to pay to be able to have my dog and agree there should be a fee, I just didn't like being surprised by it and then to have to make 2 separate credit transactions to pay for the rollaway bed and the dog fee? Why couldn't that all be one transaction. Also, I have no idea what my total charges on my credit card are for the stay. I reserved with the card as is typical, but I wanted to actually put the cost on a different card when I got there. The check-in person didn't seem to know what she was doing, how to charge for the extras (roll-away bed and pet fee), how to smile and how to speak clearly and loudly enough to be heard over the ambient noises. Cleanliness of the room was about what you'd expect in this price range; nothing disgusting but many missed opportunities to make a guest feel sanitization is a priority. We had a so-called handicap room, which meant it had a walk-in shower with a fold up seat and some grab bars that were not exactly helpful for things like a person with bad legs/knees to get up off the very low positioned toilet, and the area of the shower walls around the fold up seat and base of the shower looked like they have never been cleaned...the floor was actually slippery (slimy like)

Going downhill.
Stayed here several times over the last few years. Usually great budget stay with ultra clean rooms and great staff. Unfortunately..... this place is going downhill, and fast. Painting a wall blue to simulate coolness works but id put my maintenance money into fixing holes on walls and cracked sheetrock first. Steam clean the vinyl floors, they turn your feet black real quick. Gross!

I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a good visit. However, this time I got a smoking room because it was the only thing available so it had that smell, which was to be expected. What was not expected was all the little bugs that we killed the two nights that we stayed there, I stopped counting after the tenth bug. The money that was spent to stay was more than I should’ve paid due to the condition of the room. I will probably book elsewhere for my next visit.

Room 201 full of roaches
Booked 2 non-smoking rooms, arrived and one was smoking. Gave non-smoking to our dad and took the smoking because "nothing else was available.". There was some sort of construction crew staying on-site blasting music so loud, it was shaking the walls. Upon opening the door to our room and turning on the light, about 100 tiny roaches scattered all over the floor. Upon further inspection, there were 2 huge roaches on the wall and windowsill. Went immediately to desk and requested new room. Was told initally they were sold-out and we had no options. The front desk agent called the owners and said something along the lines of "you knew this room had an issue, why wasn't this taken care of", so they knew and checked us into the room anyway. Totally unacceptable. Went back to the desk several times to speak to manager over the 3 days we were there about a refund and there was never one duty. If a manager sees this, I would very much like a refund on our first night as this whole experience was unacceptable. We ended up getting a new room that magically appeared but we were nervous the rest of the time that our luggage and personal items were now going to be roach infested. The new room also had lots of damage- broken drawer, peeling baseboard and cracked chipped wall near bathroom sink. Online reviews must be lying because this place is an absolute dump. I will never be back and i recommend others avoid as well. VERY unhappy with stay.

Unfortunately the door to our room did not work and it was the last non smoking room. We had to go to the Holiday Inn across the street. The manger on site was very kind and felt really bad.

It is an older hotel that has been updated. It is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits, gravy plus standard cold items. Yje staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Nearly everything in the room was rusted or broken and had to remove live roaches from the premises in the mornings. The surrounding area was wonderful lots of new shops and fun places to hang out with friends.

We were traveling for a funeral and had few options available as we were traveling with our dogs. We booked an accessible room, however, were not given one. The bathroom had mold on the walls, the toilet would not flush. We spotted bugs and the air conditioning did not work. We did not leave, because of our lack of options and short stay, but will not return.

I did not actually stay here. When I arrived the room was not ready. The parking lot was very unkempt (scum, trash everywhere), there was a construction dumpster there also. I did not feel clean there and the front desk had no receptionist. The maintenance room door was wide open. I had to call out a few times before anyone even showed up. All entrance doors are outside which also sent up red flags to me.

We have stayed at this property twice previously. During our most recent stay, we experienced a power outage. I understand these things are not within the properties control. However, I would expect an emergency generator to be on site to at least provide lighting for safety reasons. When I asked the staff on site at the time about the incident they were rude. Again, I know somethings are out of our hands however for safety reasons something needs to be updated or improved.

The floors were not very clean! You wipe with a damp tissue and came up extremely dirty! Like they haven't been washed in weeks! Swept maybe,but not washed! Maintenance was not good! Old patches were popping,bottom of the bathroom door were dirty and ratty looking! Beds were not good! We stayed one other time at the same location and ot wasn't this way! We were in rm 114 and our stay was June 11 and 12 of 2023!

Mold in the shower, no hot water, minimal water, pressure for a shower, lamps missing lightbulbs, no lighting to see to get dress for a special occasion, breakfast was supposed to be at 6 AM went down at 6:15 to cold coffee and no food not even a piece of fruit and the reception is saying they’re not ready yet. we were up early to be at an event and counting on eating breakfast to save time. Ended up not getting any breakfast at all. staff didn’t apologize and didn’t even care that we walked out. The receptionist didn’t even say have a nice day it appeared that they attempted to remodel, but it was like lipstick on a pig, very dated, dark and furniture in poor repair. Would never stay here again or recommend it.

Requested non smoking, room smelt like a cigarettes. Room looks as if they just pass wipes down. Not fully cleaned. Asked for room change “fully booked”. Had to checkout. No response from manager to process refund.

Suitable, not great but fine to spend the night
I was here to go to the Masters and was alone. I stayed 2 nights. My room was clean and comfortable. This motel has a little age on it but it suited me for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical for included meals and filled me up. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was very nice, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I had to endure the smell of smoke for my one night stay. Grateful I was there for only one night.

I booked this hotel for the 2023 Masters tournament, Saturday to Tuesday.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived a day late for my reservation but I thought everything was fine since I prepaid for the entire stay.
Upon arrival I was told that my room was given to another guest, as I was marked as a no show. I completely understood, left, and checked in to another hotel. I requested a refund from this hotel for the remaining trip after getting settled. I figured it was only fair since they resold my room.
After asking for a refund, their staff called and notified me that my room was ready. This obviously confused me, as I was just told my room was given away and was no longer their guest. Again, I requested a refund and was denied.
Due to the lack of, or inefficient, communication I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms for my trip. I would personally advise against booking with this hotel.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hot breakfast was good. They need to add cereal to their continental breakfast. The first floor room was noisy due to a heavy footed neighbor upstairs at 5am every morning. But overall it was a ni e stayfor the rate.

Nice hotel for the price, it was pretty clean, bed was comfortable and had nice fridge and microwave. My only complaint was the water pressure was awful coming out of sink (not much more than a dribble) and in tbe morning when i went to take a shower the water was luke warm at best (pressure was ok though) might have had something to do with 11am checkout and maybe all hot water was used up by 10 am. It still wS a pretty decent place for the price.

Husband had a problem upon leaving related to why we needed a handicap room. There was not enough toilet paper for him to properly clean the bathroom floor and we were charged $150 bucks the hotel. We had requested extra pillows the night before because he needs to elevate to sleep and never received them, then the office claimed we did receive them.

The room was low-lit with poor sanitary conditions. The bedding has burn marks (non-smoking room) and stains. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower and the hairdryer was not operating.

I liked the room had flooring instead of carpet.
The shower curtain and the towels were displayed in a festive manner, a special touch. Overall the room was nice, needed some TLC for painting and curtains. this was a very quiet location.

Liked that it was pet friendly but wasn’t worth the extra $20 per night. We were there 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned the whole time. On the 2nd day, I specifically asked the cleaning person to do our room. She even verified the room number. That evening when we got back the room was as we’d left it and we had no clean towels. I tried to call the front desk at 9:45 pm but no one answered and an automated voice asked me for a code?? I had to go in person to the front desk and someone was there. I told him what happened and he seemed to not know (or care) that no one answered the phone. He was clearly there. He got me towels and apologized for no one cleaning the room. He asked me who I spoke to but I only remembered that it was a woman. Will probably not stay there again.

This is a hotel that rents to long terms, it's obvious due to exterior condition. Lots of junk laying around the property would not stay here again. The room was clean, but needs painting and updating!

The room was spacious and on the ground floor. It worked very well as there wasn’t an elevator. The breakfast bar was adequate. The staff was competent, friendly, and allowed to express their individuality in their personal appearance.

Good location and clean room
We had a nice clean room and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. There were several other guests staying there partying until late amd hanging outside our room smoking and drinking and leaving trash around. It would be nice to have cameras to prevent that behavior. Loved that we were able to bring our small dog to stay.

There was NOTHING I liked about this property except the location. Staff was unfriendly, unwilling to resolve the situation and scary! I did not expect the clerk to be wearing a hoodie! Staff made no effort at all to get a better room for us. Was there a better room? Room was only slightly clean. No washclothes in the bathroom. Room needed to be painted. No effort made to get us a ground floor room (Against ADA regulations!) Ice machine was behind a locked door which was broken.

I should have looked more carefully before booking. This motel has very thin walls so offers little privacy. There is a lot of loitering by other guests hanging around smoking. I actually bailed after my first night and booked a hotel across the street which was a good move.
The clientele of this motel seems shady.

This hotel stay was a trip killer. Paid over $200 for a night and it was a nightmare. After that we just decided to go home. The room smell badly with a smoke. I’ve never been in a hotel room like this. Woke up all night because of talking and dogs barking. Worst stay ever. For this price I would expect something better. We halted our trip and went strait home the next day. Really disappointed.

Bad Quality Inn ! ! !
The tub was clogged and we had to shower in another room.
The pillows stank.The room was dirty (hair seen). There was lots of animal poop around the premises. Breakfast was minimal, with poor options. Once kitchen door was opened by the employee, I saw bagels in the pantry that weren’t an option in the breakfast room.

good breakfast, even bacon and eggs one day. Comfortable bed. Not super modern, a few little things like a loose doorknob, but clean and comfortable. Overall, we would come back again.

Breakfast goes to 9:00 but getting there at 8:30 was bad. 3 cold, hard biscuits left. Waffle mix was empty. Very dirty in eating area and never saw anyone that worked there. Very disappointing.
