Not a good experience.
The room was not cleaned and very dated. Management needs to change carpets and mattresses and give a coat of paint on the walls.

Nice stay
This property was very nice. It was very clean; spacious room, fluffy towels. Breakfast was very nice also. A selection of hot and cold items to choose from. Staff were friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again

Everything was great but for some that may not know, there is no elevator in this hotel to the second floor so if you have difficulty with stairs request a main floor room.

Awesome stay
We were in n a road trip, and she stayed the night here. Staff was friendly and efficient. Got me a first floor room to accommodate my health conditions. Room was super clean and the bed was completely comfortable.

The Clarion offers a lovely room, free wifi, and warm breakfast. Staff were well trained and welcoming.
The road construction outside was not active during my stay, however it did make finding the entrance at night a bit tricky. I passed it twice. 😅 Definitely would book there again.

Only down side was, tricky roads navigation due to constrution probably. A bit tricky to go across the road to the shopping mall.

Excellent. The only reason I didn’t give a5 star is that it took forever to book my room. I was in line and to deal with each person it took the lady a long time to enter all the information. I don’t think it was her fault. It’s just the computer system that it is very slow. And the dog fees were expensive.

Overall, the property felt pretty dumpy, which was surprising given the high rating I found on hotels.com. We were really disappointed and glad we only reserved one night. Not all bad. Staff was civil, but not very friendly. Beds were comfortable, and our wing of the hotel was quiet. However, there was a lot of dirt and dust in the corners. Carpet (especially in the hallways) was old and looked dirty. Furniture and door jams damaged, paint peeling--didn't really look "remodeled" as promised--maybe only portions of the hotel? Huge urine stain in the middle of the pull-out couch/bed. Had to jiggle handle on toilet to stop it from running; water from shower was difficult to control and leaked after turning off. Only one employee assigned to breakfast area--working both back and front--and she was extremely overwhelmed, frustrated and having trouble keeping up. No allergen-friendly options for breakfast. We won't be going back.

Team hike!
After a day on the mountain we checked in in the afternoon. The room is spacious and well appointed and clean. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

Old hotel. No elevator so if you are on 2nd floor you have to use stairs. Light switches were all different and the shower head either sprayed all over the place or on massage setting pushed too much water and drain couldn’t keep up. Not the worst place ever but have definitely stayed in better places at same price point

Hotel facility and the room was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Our stay was for 1 night and was very good. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. the shower had plenty of hot water and had very good water pressure that I've ever experienced in a hotel! Would recommend to friends.

I like everything , the front desk man was very nice and helpful! . The room was nice and clean ! The lady for the breakfast very nice too! She had everything ready , hot and clean!I but we found the rugs pretty old and they had an ugly smell!!! I think it is time to change the rugs!

Clean, nice fitness center, helpful staff, good location. I would like a better breakfast, like I got at holiday inn express.
The scrambled eggs had no flavor (no spice, meat, cheese or veg added). The oatmeal was make-your-own from packets, not a crockpot of homemade.
Nice to have ham. The sausage was fairly tasteless
The breakfast cook-attendant was helpful and food properly cooked. My problem is that management only authorized bland food.

The gal working the breakfast was great. She hustled and was patient when someone’s child spilled. She cleaned it right up. The desk person was friendly and engaging.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to many attractions and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was good and offering a variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here before however this stay wasn’t so good. We travel with our cat so we stay in a pet friendly room. The room we slept in was nothing like we expected, smells, no vanity in the bathroom in short a cheapo
special. Last time we’ll be staying there.

Towels were clean. Sheets were clean. Toilet & tub were clean. Area behind nightstand had not been cleaned in a long time; dust buildup. Sides of nightstand had something spilled down sides. Breakfast is not “free,” it’s built into price of room. With that understood, there should have been better selection. The noise from room above us was so prevalent that we heard every step, every shower, every flush. We decided to stay here based on reviews from website & the price. And we are frequent travelers from coast to coast, so we understand the “get what you pay for” mentality. We’ll not stay here again.

Arrived late, did not pay attention to area around property. Staff was very friendly. Lobby and general cleanliness of property appeared updated and clean. There was a strong musty odor in my room! Thankfully I travel with Febreeze! Would suggest maybe cleaning carpets! Bed linens/pillows were clean and smelled fresh. Slept comfortably!!

We will be back!
We had an overnight stay with out dog. We were all very impressed with the comfort and quiet of this hotel. The pet area was very nice, and not just a patch of grass somewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.

Very nice stay and helpful staff who were plesant and efficient even with my midnight check in. Would have appreciated scrambled egss for breakfast instead of the high carb/high sugar waffle option. Would also have appreciated it if recycling was available, even just a trash can with clear signage in terms of what CAN be recycled and what CANNOT. But other than those two possible suggestions, great stay!

This is a work stay, I was on-call at a local hospital. Due to my erratic schedule I was trying to get some sleep at 8:30 on Saturday morning when I was awoken by the sound of multiple slamming doors. I looked into the hall and found the housekeeper was letting doors slam as she checked empty rooms. I decided to go to the pool (main reason I booked this hotel) to find it was closed. I asked the desk for compensation for my inconveniences and was told no management was on site, except housekeeping. That mgr with multiple nose piercings told me nothing could be done, I feel pretty sure she couldn’t check a guest in, much less compensate for a poor experience. She could take the rings out of her nose, and present herself like an adult, as she appeared to be well over 50.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My key did not work on the door and I had to return to the front desk twice. The second time a staff member went to the room to ensure the lock was working properly and placed all my belongings inside. She then walked back with me the third time to ensure the new cards worked (and they did). This was helpful because I was traveling with my working canine and had to take her with me each time we went to the front desk. It was also very convenient to be near the courtyard where there were potty bags for pets. The trash bin for used bags was completely full and it appeared had not been emptied in at least a day.

Mostly a comfortable stay, but a few ants
The suite was clean overall, but we did have a problem with ants from the start, possibly due to some stickiness we found under one of the bedside lamps, and a couple candy wrappers we saw under the king size bed, which we couldn’t reach. Since we were there 3 nights, we did kill some ants, however we didn’t report it to the front desk, which we forgot to do when we checked out.

Basic Hotel
Clarion Pointe is a restored old hotel. Although the hotel is well located, with easy parking and many restaurants around, the building has only two floors without elevators, which makes it difficult for people with disabilities or with a lot of luggage. The room is very tight, the beds are small (full size) and the bathroom is very small, the sink is around 30" wide, impossible to put the travel toiletry on top of it. The breakfast was very limited, there was no bread, just a waffle machine and a few things. Very disappointed. The price was attractive, but it is only for a quick night, not recommended for those looking for comfort or more days.

My stay was disappointing. The staff was rude with no greeting upon arrival. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, and the old lady managing the area was also impolite, constantly watching and nagging guests for minor issues. Moreover, there was no coffee machine in the room, and the property's location next to a parking lot in a strip mall was not ideal.

Not the worst but not great either
Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. But the entire place smells weird. I can best describe it as a mildew smell and the floor almost felt damp. It wasn’t the worst experience that I’ve had, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable.

This hotel was everything we needed. Nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Service with a smile and a hot breakfast in the morning!! 10/10 recommend. Pictures on the website are real. They are not fixed up. What you see is what you get. A very Nice experience!
