The room I stayed in was broken the shower was broken the lock on door was broken the bed was rough but the guy that checked me in is the reason I'm giving 5 star rating I was very exhausted I think he seen that in my eyes and ensured he answered all my questions I had to the best of his knowledge and that helped me feel safer and I slept better .

Non smoking rooms weren't. Small cramped desperately needs updating. Double beds barely bigger than twins. I had to wash down bathroom wall and tub before i would even stay there and if it hadn't been non refundable i wouldn’t have stayed!! Best thing about it was the girl at front desk and it was just her first day!!!

This is a well run and quiet hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our favorite hotel in this area. They are conscious of the fact that we need a ground floor room and always provide us with one.

This place is totally a joke! Do NOT EVER bring your kids to this crack house of a MOTEL! Horrible! We didnt even stay....we walked up and walked off! Ended up staying @ The Best Western Plus in Spartanburg!

Good for a night
Door stuck and was hard to open and close. Bed was pretty hard. Clean. Nice digs. Good for a night. Right of interstate. Wasn’t loud. Would stay again maybe for a night but not comfortable and nice enough for long term.

Room 126 ugly
We were waiting to check in 25 minutes. The lady arrived on a rush and with a dirty appearance, her uniform dirty and nails. The Manager must be more committed to this hotel. Room 126 is a room that needs repairs. It was unpleasant to find flies like bobas stuck on the wall. The cracked bathtub, the ugly toilet lid and parts of the walls and dirty doors. Uncomfortable beds. Pay $95.00 a night and it's not really worth $59. But as it was an emergency. But it's not to a hotel that I'll come back. I really stay in other Quality Inns and this one really takes away its reputation. The administration must put more effort to improve the service and its appearance. Very unfortunate.

Worth every penny!!
In area frequently to see family. Though close to the interstate, was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. Were covid compliant. Wasn't currently serving the hot breakfast advertised to remain covid compliant, which meant more to us than the hot breakfast. Will absolutely be staying here each time we are in town!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean but bathroom ceiling light was scraped by door each time it was opened and the hair dryer did not work. We did not eat breakfast but the dining area looked clean and well stocked for a light breakfast. Would book again.

Hotel lobby was short staffed. I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk. The person had gone home to let out her dog, this was at around 4:30 pm.

The only complaints were they pictured a hot breakfast in the ad photos but there was non and the cold breakfast was sub par. The soda vending machine on site was completely out and I was told I could drive to get a drink.

Good parts and not so good. Check-in was quick and easy. Sidewalk in front of room had many splotches of mud impossible to maneuver around. Room was clean and orderly. Bathroom tile is very nice. Jacuzzi tub not in working order, no grab bars so getting in and out was scary. Breakfast buffet was clean, adequate, and food items were good.

Not a Quality room but ok.
Bathtub had a crack in the bottom that was halfway patched and hair dryer did not work. Tub was supposed to be a whirlpool, but had no controls for it.

This location needs to be renovated the staff is very friendly but there is nothing around this area, restaurants, stores etc. there is no delivery service only pizza hut and domino's how much pizza could you eat. If you need car service they take appromiately 45 minutes to arrive. Will not stay at this location again.

Room better than the impression the doors give.
The room was clean and nice. A fresh paint on the doors, both inside and out, would give the facility a better feel. The first room they gave me had a terrible chemical odor. I had a hard time deciding what it was, the person at the front desk checked and thought it was bleach from cleaning. She very readily agreed, even before checking the room to give me another room. Second room no problem at all. The room seemed nice and clean. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was OK. Well stocked. Looked like they are working on some rooms putting in new HVAC systems.

My husband and I stayed for two nights while we were in town. I was skeptical due to some reviews but it was actually nice. They have redone the rooms not long ago. New paint, Clean sheets, nice comforter, new sink, countertops that sparkled with silver speckles, new vanity, new Grey flooring in the bathroom and sink area, nice shower head, microwave, mini fridge, nice desk with an awesome chair, tv big enough to see that moved in any direction depending on where you were sitting, and not to mention it was very quiet during the stay. Staff was amazing and friendly during check in and check out to maids and maintenance people. The room was spotless on arrival smelling fresh and clean. We will definitely stay again when we come back. And the price was awesome.

Comfortable stay here at the Quality Inn. I accidentally reserved a “smoking double room” and the attendant said they were all booked because of an event. She said check out the room and to let her know if anything was wrong. If your not used to a smoking environment, please make sure you carefully choose you hotels. I called back to the front desk and told her the smell was unbearable. She told me to hold on while she looked an an available room. Luckily, she had a non smoking king room available! I thank her (I believe her name was Amanda) for checking the system snd accomdating me.

Perfect Mid-budget Hotel
EXTERIOR doors. Hotel rooms are recently renovated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Breakfast is pretty good. Lots of choices. Plenty of light in the room, many TV channels.

This was not a very kid or family friendly place. Seemed as a lot of locals stay and party at inn on weekend. Saw a lot of coming and goings and wondered about illicit activities. Did not have an issue, but was cautious. Was there for a college visit. Told this to College Staff and hey said they have heard this before.

Comfortable nights stay with breakfast
Good value, older hotel but nicely kept rooms. The beds, linen and pillows were excellent.
The continental breakfast is included and incredible, make your own Belgian Waffle, pour the batter into the waffle iron and wait 2.5 minutes, butter and syrup and enjoy. Egg, bacon, various Danish, cereal, oatmeal, juices, biscuits, coffee.
This is a great value, very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

Smelly Room, Decent Breakfast
We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours during a long road trip. The Quality Inn Gaffney was the right price, and just next to the highway, so we booked it. We arrived at 3:30am, hoping to get four or five hours of sleep. The guy at the desk was very nice, but the room wasn't in great shape. It honestly smelled horrible, like a combination of mildew and ammonia. It was disgusting. If it hadn't been 3:30am, I would have asked for another room. As it was so late, I just turned on the AC unit and we slept for a few hours. The free breakfast was a nice touch, but I couldn't wait to get out of that room. The smell was disgusting.
