The check in staff was polite. No issues there. But man, this hotel is beyond terrible. So much was broken or falling apart in our room it’s not worth even listing it out.
Pieces of the sink missing. Faucet in the shower falling out of the wall. Moldy caulking. Little roaches in the room crawling on the microwave.
I have no idea what the governing body of hotel sanitation is but avoid this place. You get what you pay for. Again, pleasant staff, but the place is absolutely awful.

I was in room 101. This room was outdated with old refrigerator, old microwave, TV had spots on the picture screen, furniture was pealing and had tape on some parts. Floors were dirty and there was hair left in bathroom from previous tenant. Also there was a stale smell to the room.

It was clean but needed updating badly, only 2 plugins in the room worked so it was hard for 4 people to charge all of our phones but one of the employees did find us an extension cord.
The blow dryer didn’t work!!
The staff were all nice and friendly!!!

I was appreciative to the staff for allowing me to check in a little bit earlier than my 3p arrival. I don't have too much to gripe. I liked the complimentary breakfast waffle and hot showers, and the bed, with multiple pillows, was firm. But the floors were dirty as my socks and feet were filthy, the bed had bloodstains on the edge, the face towel was ripped, and to find a roach in my bag that was NOT in it when the restaurant gave me was a put off. I only used this place because of closeness to business and the inexpensive cost so, I get what I paid for, I guess. I don't hate the spot but I won't ever recommend it.

Wouldnt allow visiter to get in the pool. Manager was rude and everytime my mother in law went to talk to front office the Manager was always peeking around the corner listening to conversation. Taking Deposit and not able to return it right away. Also mattresses had signs of bed bugs.

Days Inn, The room smell like old mildew. Curtain was. The floor was not carpet. The pictures of the room is deceptive. The room is old and need renovations. The bed sheet and spread was low quality. The customer service young lady was trying to be slick by not giving me a Cash receipt for a $50. I went in room came back & voiced my concerns. Her clothes look unprofessional dressed leggings.Although she was nice she didn’t seem to understand the significant of giving proof of cash deposit. Travelocity seem to be deceptive practice because first I wasn’t told that the money will come out my account) pay for rooms in advance or should I say I didn’t understand money would come out my account until after the date of reservation. Also didn’t let me know that a deposit will come out my account or should I say it seem like Travelocity is dealing with low budget hotels. On the surface by pictures, look hood but it low quality once you see with your eyes

MOST DISGUSTING PLACE
The most disgusting hotel! Smells awful! Holes in sheets and blankets! Dog hair from previous stay on blankets! Toilet didn’t work once! Checked out after one night and after paying for three nights. The front desk refused any refund and even refused to return the deposit! Most awful experience! Not sure how this place is open!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The room was disgusting and not clean at all, food on the chair all over the floor, beds where dirty, I asked for clean sheets so I could change my bed and have a clean place to sleep, I ended up wiping everything down myself so I could stay for the 3 days I booked. I also had my service animal with me which housekeeping locked in my room.

I didn't like paying another $50 as a deposit. Tells me their clientele is substandard. The property shows this - it is not very clean. No elevator to get to my 2nd floor room. I asked for a king size but was given 2 doubles. It was 11:00 at night - too late to complain or change rooms. Last time I ever stay at a Days Inn.

The room was gross. The floor had not been cleaned and there were stains on the sheets. We left and did not even stay there. And therefore had to spend more money on a different hotel because this one was nasty.

Very dirty. It doesn’t or didn’t looked like they cleaned anything. The bathroom was filthy, the coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was a nonsmoking room and there were cigarette butts behind the night stand.

We had a bad experience with bugs at a different hotel we were going to stay at. We found Days Inn and while the room looked nicer there was a roach running around on the nightstand and then another one on the TV stand. We stayed because it was already really late. When I brought this up to the attendant when checking out she was completely unfazed and just said that sometimes people being bugs with them. No apology, no concession nothing. If you actually believe this shouldn't you be fumigating your hotel? It wasn't a expensive room, but it wasn't cheap either. Do yourself a favor and drive through Columbia bad stay in a hotel anywhere else.

The 1st room was very nasty and roaches met me at the bathroom there was urine stains on top and under the toilet seat. After the lady switched my room
The second room was smelly I plugged in air freshener the light over sink was blinking and I couldn’t see my self well, then at night I got up and roaches was on the sink the microwave was nasty the coffee machine was nasty with a brown clear hot water holder the remote control was broken and very sticky I had to put in a clear plastic baggy to use I took a video of both the nasty rooms what bothered me is I asked the room keeper to clean the sink and bathroom she did and seen the light blinking and cut it off thinking I wouldn’t see it instead of fixing it

This was the nastiest hotel I've ever seen.. from the floors to desks and lamps.. bathrooms.. everything.. it was awful.. so not book this hotel.. i was super disappointed.. money wasted because they woyosnt give our money back

Well they did serve half way decent Continental breakfast. Property was run down inside & out . They required a 50 dollar refundable deposit although there’s no mention of that on Expedia site . Just something that ppl would appreciate a heads up ! Also on a positive note the beds were comfortable, sheets felt new & fresh . Wouldn’t stay there again

I have worked construction in the past that required me to travel and I have stayed in some questionable places. This hotel is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. The room had two double beds and the first one had some sort of red stain on the covers. The floor was dirty to the point my feet were black. Roach’s in the bathtub. The coffee pot was dirty and hadn’t been even rinsed since the last time. I expect this is not isolated to my room as a friend was in a room 4 down from me and it was just as nasty. I’m very disappointed in myself for accepting this when I checked in. I’m very disappointed

I rented 2 rooms at this place. They separated us one room upstairs the other downstairs. There were roaches in both rooms and the bed linens were disgusting. One smelled like throw up and that was AFTER separating Lysol. Addicts walked all night and kept us up arguing and talking loud. Stay away!

I spent a decade in the Marine Corps . . . I have legit slept in a hole in the ground where I was less concerned about bugs! Do not look at the photos, this hotel has not looked like those pictures since the 90's! It was awful! My first room I found bed bugs so I asked to be moved . .. I was traveling all day and had zero energy to find a new hotel. I had a hard time sleeping at all and came home with a nasty spider bite! Awesome, right? The girl at the desk was nice, but that's about it!

Staff was very good. Personable, professional and friendly. Room was dated. Pool was covered. I’d say during the mass purchase/expansion of the many main chains, they boosted their name but need to follow up with updates.

worst stay EVER!!!!!
Room reeked of smoke, chair felt like coated with honey, pool closed, bathroom door locked us out, no one answered office phone, paid for two king rooms, got two doubles—mattresses were about four inches high and squeaked(very old), deposits for “incidentals” were ridiculous—since none were available. One room only had one. hand towel. Worst stay EVER.

The rooms are horrible!! I didn’t want to sleep in the beds they were old and the mattresses were worn out!! I didn’t even want to shower there!! It was a horrible and scary experience!! I have pictures of both rooms the walls look scary spider webs furniture is old and cracked up the wood is separating as if it was in a flood or something!! They had holes in the walls and the stuck tissue in the holes!! I have pictures of all of it!! By far the worst hotel experience ever!!

The pool was green and closed. The lobby was unavailable to stay in. We refused to stay and ended up going to another property. I messaged the hotel and requested a refund but I have not received a response. If no refund is given I will stop using Expedia.

Overall it was fine. I get the Covid times that we are in but the continental breakfast offered was embarrassing. By 8:30, there was no cereal,yogurt, fruit options, etc. Basically had a choice of apples and waffles.

Needed a good nights sleep
Upon arrival I noticed the construction going on ( did not mention that when I booked). The hotel receptionist informed me they were working on the roof and not to park next to the building. It was not an issue for me, I was leaving early in morning. The room had minimal lighting and the furnishings were very worn. The sheets were clean and the beds were made properly. The AC worked good , the towels were pretty good. The shower had good water pressure. The mattress was not comfortable . The stains on the lampshade and comforter made me feel less than confident about the cleanliness of the surfaces so I wiped everything down with my own disinfectant wipes. I had an important job interview the next day so I needed to make do with the situation. The property was quiet and I did not hear any noise from the street. The receptionist was very nice and professional.

I got the deluxe suite that was available and the toilet overflowed from the bathroom to the door of the room, so when i called i was told no one could come in bc of covid regulations. So front desk brought a plunger to the door for me to try access the problem in which I did not.. So upon checking out there was no compensation, or anything offered!! It's a no for me!!

Step up cleaning/maintenance of rooms
When checking in (site said 3pm check-in) we got there @ 3:15 after a very long drive. Had to wait 30 minutes for room to be ready. Got a smoking room. I understand they dont use best linens, etc where there is going to be smoking but bedspread had several burn holes. Sink wouldn't drain. Television had some kind of something dripping down the front (I dont even want to know what that was). Decent location and grounds but cleanliness was sub par at best!

They put us on a non smoking rooms where it is reserved for handicapped had to park the car across the room. The bed metal bed frame makes noise when you turn side by side of the bed. And the next door was do loud that you can hear talked and also their door next door so annoying , that we can heard them when they go in and out. Even the night turned early morning still the next door so loud with their mouth. No refrigerator inside the room, no microwaves either. Charges $20 for a dogs also with tax. You have to make $50 deposit either with dogs or no dogs.

My experience was completed negative. The bathroom was awful, inside a room a see roach. For a night the neighbors used a music too loud and a listen one I don’t is husband and wife or friends, whatever fire, I was es cared for that situation. And the promotion said have breakfast, a door was closed.

Stay was fine...took $50 deposit and told upon checkout could take 30 days to refund totally unacceptable..i for this reason will never stay there again. I travel all the time and every incidental deposit is back in my account 24 hours after day of checkout.

Used COVID as an excuse to cancel out on amenities. This needs to be address on ORBITZ website. Property is definitely NOT of Days Inn standards let alone using the word "suite"..pathetic!

My comforter had white stains on its pumpkin comforter. The door looked as though someone tried to break in the door. The bottom didn't close all the way. The tub had brown stains in the bottom. The bed skirt had cigarette burns on it.
