Our room had what looked to be mold growing on the walls, the carpet was wet and the sheets were dirty. Smelt like a pack of cigarettes as well. We were in our room for about 15 minutes before we packed our bags to go stay somewhere else. 10/10 would not recommend.

We had a bad experience. The facility was dirty, and the original non-smoking room they placed us in was full of cigarette smoke; which then, resulted in them placing us in another room that was only a slight bit better. The pool was cold but it is January! The man at the front, Roger, was rude and refused to give a hotel folio upon vacating the next morning due to us booking through a third party. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was stayable and safe, but not great otherwise. The room had an odd musty smell. A tile came up from the floor when I was walking around. The bed was comfortable and clean, but the couch and carpet were stained. The fixtures in the bathroom wobbled. Everything felt rather old and run down. But the breakfast was good

Check in was easy. I booked two rooms,one for me and my fiance and one for my son and his family. We had the King with the Jacuzzi (#131) and it was great. The water was hot, the room was clean BUT they only gave us 3 towels. 2 people that would use the Jacuzzi AND shower the next morning with only 3 bathroom towels? Not a good plan. My son's room wasn't what I had hoped(124). It had laminant flooring, that was very odd to me, and it had a strange smell, I called it minty/spearmint maybe? My son said it smelled like the puke powder from when he was in elementary school. They opted not to complain because they wanted to be close to us. Also, it felt like the room had left over things in it, rather used looking furniture and it was oddly spread out and just looked like a strange set up.
The breakfast was as expected,the grand kids loved the waffles and the yogurt. The coffee was great. The breakfast attendant was very nice, helpful and always checking and refilling. Great job! She even helped a woman in a wheel chair get what she needed and set her up to eat as well. The pool was not very heated. We were told a technician would be there on Sunday, well were were there Th-Sunday a.m. so that was a bummer. Many people came, felt it and left. My grand kids played in it for short periods at a time. I never went in with them. Also, no hot tub. Bummed.
Over all my was fine, clean, friendly. I'm STILL waiting for them to refund my 100 00 deposit though!

The lady working feont desk was so nice and she even let us switch rooms to a better room that fit us. The chair is the room had alot of stains on it and one of the jets didnt work in the hot tub but other then that we had a great stay. We will be back. Thank you.

Good for the price.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Everything worked.The furnishings were a little tattered especially the desk chair with ripped off upholstery and a warped back. Entrance flooring to the room looked new but tile and carpet squares were ready for replacements soon.

This facility is very dated. It is clean, but would be more appealing if it were updated. However, the noise level is extreme. I listened to slamming doors all night. It would be better if the doors had a soft close feature.

You get what you pay for. For $79/night my expectations weren’t high but some basic cleanliness would have been nice.
The pull out sofa was covered in stains and the mattress was thing and covered in mystery stains. There were broken toys underneath from previous guests.
The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so the shower got steamy and the room was humid and hot.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
The breakfast was pretty gross. The gravy was in a crockpot that I’m pretty sure is never cleaned.

No way any positive review on this site is real. This is a one star place with hair all over the bathroom, food on the carpet in the room, brown and YELLOW stains on the sheets, tore up bed covers, no tub stopper, filthy corridors and a rickety (seriously) elevator. Don’t make the same mistake as me in falling for the fake reviews.

Room was ok, had a weird smell. The lady working the counter at check in was great and friendly. The lady working the breakfast, was amazing. She was slammed and had people asking her for all kinds of stuff and she never lost her cool and took care of everything!!

The door to our room was broken so it didn’t want to shut correctly and had to be forced shut or open, we were only there to sleep for one night so didn’t worry about making a fuss about it. Seemed like kind of a crappy hotel for the price to be honest. Wouldn’t recommend staying unless it’s for a night to just sleep.

The property is very unkempt. Scratched up furniture, and the jacuzzi had caulk or patch marks (or something). Left within the first 30 minutes and am in the process of trying to hopefully getting a refund. Do not rent

It wasn’t very clean. The hallway stunk horribly, the furniture was beat up in the room, and also wasn’t very clean. There were dead bugs in the bathroom and dirt pushed into corners. We were shocked bc it’s in a nice area of town. Breakfast was also horrible- the eggs were hard and biscuits very dry. We just wanted a night away from the kids.

This is the only hotel I've been to that required a deposit ($100) instead of just a card on file. They also said I need to check out with them on the morning so they can "inspect" my room to get my deposit back.

Very convenient off of the interstate. Room was typical for the price. The area traffic was very congested. TV was almost impossible to operate. After consulting the front desk the person came down to help. However the channel list she had was out of date for a previous provider. She said that she would have to get new ones printed.

The hotel was in poor condition in my opinion and needed a remodel. The picture advertising it was deceiving. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The pillow cases had stains as did the towels .. should have asked for money back and left.

Property was VERY dated. They were doing renovations while we were there, so hopefully it will be better in the future. We reserved the King Suite with 2 person jacuzzi tub. It was $335 for 2 nights. Hair was in the jets and tub was not clean. We noticed the TV did not work very late at night, so couldn’t watch a late night movie like we wanted to. The next morning I called the front desk to ask about it. Lady came to check on it, but was unable to figure it out. She said she would call the maintenance man to work on it. We left our hotel for the day, when we go back to the hotel later that night TV still didn’t work. Not sure if anyone ever came to look at it, but problem was not resolved. Bed was not very comfortable, could feel the springs. Also, very thin walls. The poor baby next door cried most of the night and it was like we were in the same room. Overall disappointed in our stay. Was way too pricey for what it actually was. Staff was nice though.

I didn't get any further then the front desk. I made a reservation through Expedia several months ago. When i got there to check in the front desk clerk was VERY RUDE and said we didn't have a reservation. He did not believe me even though I had my confirmation from Expedia. I left very upset. I called Expedia and they were not able to fix my reservation. I had to cancel it and continue to stay with family. We were going into Arnold as we are scouting places to retire and purchase land. So, so disappointing.

This property was not what the advertised at all it was dirty in the room mold build on the ceiling of the showering in room 202. A awful smell coming from the room just straight up musty I asked for some air freshener and they didn’t have any the offered watered down fabuloso instead .. and not to mention half the parking lot you couldn’t even use because the hotel was under construction but doesn’t disclose this to the guest ALSO they were super drunk guest outside falling over so I would just steer completely clear of this place

I was unable to check in. I waited and rang the bell at the desk but no one came. Further more, there was a document on the front desk that required a signature re: after hour rules. It appeared that they had been having issues with parties and security. I felt uneasy and decided to leave to seek better accommodations.

The only good thing about the room was the "hot tub"! The tub itself had numerous chips in it ,but worked and that's the main reason the room was booked. Overall, the room was less than satisfactory from a cleaners point of view......to say the least. Was not properly cleaned or at least not detailed

The entrance staff were really nice and accomodating, and the common areas were well kept. However the room we stayed in was quite dusty and didn't look like it'd been cleaned in a while. Staff did not replace towels or anything unless asked, and we did not have the do not enter sign on the door. Elevator definitely needs maintainance. Breakfast area was good! Nice variety and clean space. Pool was well kept too. Overall a good stay for the price.

No more quality at the Quality Inn
The quality just isn't there anymore. The room, although clean had a smell like dirty socks. Light bulb out in bathroom. Ripped cushion and broken back on desk chair. Drapes falling off rod at window. There was a hurd of elephants staying in the room above us. We will find another hotel next visit.

Didn't like the smell. Not sure what it was, but it smelled awful. We bought air freshner to spray in the room. The room was handicap accessibility, which we did not request. The breakfast was to be from 7 to 10. They had it all taken up by 9. So we are going somewhere else to eat.

The room was not cleaned. Bed sheets had blood stains on them dirty clothes from another client left in the room. Used soap on the sink. Then to top it all off the double charged my card for an extra night we had to stay.

They checked us into a room that was occupied by someone and pulled back the cover and there was lent in the bed room not clean however they did give us a different room we rested on the heater was loud which made you wKe up every time it came on. No more quality inn hotels ever again. I have pictures of room conditions

Dirty, uncleaned, bodily fluids on beds. Staff stated they were sold out and could move us. After complaining more, we were moved. There were multiple families that were in the same situation as us. We ended up having to go buy cleaning supplies and cleaned our own rooms. Thawed out the fridge in our room and cleaned the garage out of that as well so it was able to be used. The amount of money that was paid to stay in such a rundown, dirty place is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back, ever to any location that Choice Hotels runs, Clearly they have very low to no standards when it comes to cleanliness.

Don’t like sleeping in an ashtray!!
When we checked in at midnight the lobby smelled like feces. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking, it stunk like an old ashtray, it literally kept me awake on and off all night.

The room was great and the staff was wonderful. Our only issue was with breakfast. There was plenty of options, but the hot food (not waffles) tasted off like maybe it was either undercooked or bad age wise. The apples looked fine but were soft and brown inside.

I never checked in. There was trash cans over flowing everywhere on the property, burned out lights, sketchy people hanging around the parking lot. I just turned around and left. I'd rather forfeit the cost of the room than get Hepatitis from a filthy hotel

There were fries on the floor by the night stand and candy on the bed Frame .. the staff was nice but the room was a mess
