In one room the air conditioner would did not work right and the other room we had the toilet was messed up this last stay he's there now got the same room as the first time where the air conditioner is messed up the fan won't stay on after the air conditioner kicks off then it gets a very hot in the room

Great customer service!
Calandria, the girl at the front desk was amazing! Very efficient & friendly & I was really impressed with her. The hotel is convenient to the highway & the rooms were pretty standard.

I used hotels.com to pay for room we get there and the lady check in said card was declined. So she charged my card again and i had to eait for the unnecessary charge to be be put back on my bank account she even told me not to stress about it The room was hot and bathroom floor was slick other then that it was nice other than the one woman at check in the other staff we had dealt with was awesome

Unplanned unplugged weekend
No internet or cable the two days I stayed. I understand it may have been out of their control, but it is quite disruptive and does affect a trip. Especially at $113 per night. An unplugged weekend was probably needed but not necessarily wanted.

It was my daughter's Spring break and we came up there to see my grandkids. We got there before 3 they let us check in early and the room was nice the breakfast was good and they treated us like family I will be back. Thank you

Two things I would comment on- the breakfast was cold. (Eegs were cold) and there was no milk for cereal.
I had a room up front and it was LOUD with trucks driving by all night without mufflers or the big semi trucks. I did not get a good night sleep but the room was clean, the staff was FANTASTIC and it felt safe.

Since our stay was to visit relatives we would not be out of the room when they came to clean. Yes we had do not disturb sign, but when we left we remove the sign. Apparantely they clean a floor at a time and if the do not disturb sign is up they will not come back later to clean room. For two days our room was not cleaned. You do know they have 55 rooms to clean excuse me!

Rollaway charge
The hotel itself was ok. No major complaints. The only complaint I have is that our car had broken down on our way. We had to stay at another hotel that night bc we couldn’t get there. We ended up having an extra person bc someone had to come pick us up and they charged us $20 for a roll away! So not only did we pay for a night we weren’t there and a night at another hotel they tacked on the extra $20 for the rollaway! We didn’t expect a discount or even ask (although it would have been nice considering the circumstances) I have never been charged for a rollaway in another hotel let alone under these circumstances. I didn’t even know that was a thing! Will not be staying at any other comfort inns.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was roomy and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. We 3 enjoyed it.
Only one slight disappointment. The decaf coffee was out of order. OK with Sam and me, we prefer regular, but sister-in-low prefers decaf. But, again, very slight issue.

Had to come to Henderson Kentucky for a friend's funeral. I have stayed at this same Comfort Inn in the past and have had a wonderful experience thus the return visit.

Normally, this property is a little cleaner and a little better staffed. The parking lot was trashed with mud from construction trucks, and breakfast start earlier. Worst of all really is the air quality in the rooms. I’ve always loved the location of this hotel at its convenience, but it needs a serious update.

Worn out.
There were relatively high hopes for this hotel since they have an 8.4/10 rating. We asked for a non-smoking room. The placard outside the room said "non-smoking." However, it was evident that there was a history of cigarette smoke in that room by the permanent odor that permeated our olfactory senses. Breakfast was also served, but we did not elect to eat. Nice people working at this venue, but it really should be a 6/10 rating.

One of the few hotels in Henderson, and a difficult left out of the parking lot, but situated perfectly off the road and seemingly quiet. Breakfast is really good, and in general furniture in amenities are pretty darn good for the price. Love the area in downtown Henderson!

I always enjoy this hotel because despite all of the construction workers, it’s affordable safe clean and reasonably comfortable. The furniture in the beds could stand to be updated, but it’s in a very quiet setting off the road from the main drag. The only issue was getting in and out of the parking lot off of a busy hwy 41.

I’ve stayed here off in over the years. Typically it’s standard hotel, but the breakfast is always good, the furniture is comfortable, the air-conditioning heating system works well and I’m able to sleep well. Small town of Henderson needs more hotels but this one is great.

A quiet out of-the-way hotel off a busy road it has a very simple approach to comfort, but great rooms, a good breakfast, and a beautiful little downtown area around it with Henderson quaint with great scenery and dining.

Overall nice place

Though a slightly older property, the convenience of this location, along with the basics that one needs without the plush luxuries & the expensive non-necessities, this comfort inn always delivers. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, and the breakfast very good!

We were there for horse racing at Ellis and it was conveniently located to the track, as well as conveniently located to dining options.
Unfortunately, once we were unpacked and set up we realized the lock on the door didn't work. We didn't feel like packing up and moving to a different room. So we just used the bar thing. Someone could have still opened the door partly. We slept with a chair in front of the door each of the 3 nights we stayed there.

As always this is a great value and a great location, a reasonably priced property with nice rooms and a decent breakfast. I wish that the construction company clientele that sends their workers here could establish some standards for how they dress and behave however!

The property manager is very rude. Staff was not kind because we have a service dog. Staff asked what my disabilities were to warrant a service dog. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated against for my disability.

Conveniently located just across the bridge in Henderson, this is a great little affordable hotel with very nice amenities and clean comfortable rooms with nice beds. I think it’s a great value and I’ve never had any problems here. It’s not upscale, but it’s affordable and very nice.

Check in was quick and efficient. When Arriving to the room it was not what was booked, however, a quick trip to the desk and it was fixed quickly and pleasantly by the staff. Room needs a little maintenance (ceiling is peeling and cracking in restroom) and the bed was hard. For the price it is decent, very clean, and the staff professional.

Not very accommodating
My husband is diabetic and need a snack in the middle of the night. The vending machine was COMPLETELY empty....not one thing in it. We always keep snacks in the vehicle so had to go outside in the middle of the night.
The electrical box in the bathroom was about to fall out of the wall and did not work therefore, the hair dryer did not work. I asked at the front desk for a actual hair dryer but they did not have any so I left with wet hair.

The best stay in a long time
Our stay there during the weekend was great best place that we've stayed in a very long time we will be staying at this hotel again very soon very happy very pleased thank you Comfort Inn. Beds were comfortable and we had about six soft fluffy pillows everything was clean carpet beautiful normally they're sticky and you can't go barefoot and other motels that we have stayed at in the past but not here you could actually go barefoot, so we'll be seeing you soon.

moldy smell, hard to sleep
It was a clean hotel, for the most part. Not very up to daye as far as furnishings. The woman who ran the breakfast room was awesome, and kept things well stocked...even up to 5 minutes before breakfast ended. The worst part was the mildewy smell. The room, sheets, air conditioner, etc, all smelled of mold. Like in a stuffy basement. This made it very hard to get a good sleep because I kept thinking about toxic mold, black mold, aspergillosis, etc. I am not a hypochondriac or heavy worrier...the smell was just “that bad”.

The property was convenient for our needs and the staff was very nice and accommodating. FYI For some reason the signage from the street is hard to see. We drove past it twice and we were looking for it. There is a new Dollar store being built in front, and their building hides the hotel and all you notice from the streert is their green signage.

My go-to in Henderson
I have stayed here several times. Good value. Beds could be softer but they are ok. Clean, good service, nice staff. Breakfast is typical—could use more healthy options. Good coffee.
