I booked a Suite through a tgied party
( Expedia ) and the main reason i booked that particular place was the indoor pool for my grandson.
Upon arriving i was informed they were overbooked and a Suite was not available and they down graded me ti a standard room.
I asked about the pool and was told it has been out of commission for a while and they are still working on getting it open,
The shower walls are falling apart, the beds are uncomfortable and my grandson said look, there's abug crawling down the wall. i was happy to get out of there in the morning.
I would never return.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool, only to get there and see a sign on the pool door saying it was closed for winter. Why are you closing an INDOOR pool for winter?! Upon walking in for check-in it smelled of marijuana. The curtains didn't close well so the parking lot lights shined in on our bed. The pull out sofa mattress had a rust stain across it. Beds were not comfortable. If we'd been planning to stay for more than one night, I'd have asked for a refund and found another place, but we were tired and only there one night so we sucked it up.

The entire 2nd floor and elevator smelled like marijuana. It is literally impossible that the front desk couldn't smell it.
Also, all 6 rooms that i booked had to redo their keys each day we were there becaue the front desk did not put the correct num ers if nights on the cards. We also booked 6 suites and they onky had 2 avaialble so we did not have enough beds for iur group.

This property was very disappointing. Dingy linens, the hotel was riddled with a thick layer of dust, outside was not kept free of garbage. It wa obviouse after a short time that housekeeping only cleaned what you could see.

Horrific
This place was horrible. Extremely dirty. The pull out bed is only big enough for a toddler, not even a full size. Other beds are hard and low to the ground. The room had crumbs laying around near the microwave. The bathroom was gross with hairs in the tub. Roaches came out when we turned the lights off for bed. We ended up sleeping with all lights on. We asked the front desk if they had a cleaner room, but after viewing the 2nd room it was just as dirty.

First floor creepy. Infested with roaches. Microwave and tv stand near frig. Dirty moldy toilet. Did. It ask for handicap shower. Had to hold the shower wand/head in my hand. Very uncomfortable. Noisy hallway because next too conference room and staff entrance/room. Did not feel safe being on first floor near the highway and bushes.

At best a 1 star hotel
I never recieve room service for the three day stay. Trash never emptied. No fresh towels. Visibly seen roaches in the hallway. Hard to believe i was charged $100 a night to stay there. Odered a suite, the pull-out mattress was beyond filty and disgusting. No extra sheets. Per terror. I should have been given over half my money back.

Awesome location and Friends Staff
I was in Atlanta for training and this is yet another location I would definitely go to again. I didn’t get to Atlanta until 2am and the check in was super fast and easy. I did call prior to just to inform them that I would reach there late and not to cancel my reservation. The lady was super nice. They have an indoor pool which I would have definitely used if I had bought any swimming gear but maybe next time. My room was really spacious, I had a King bed as well as a sofa bed microwave and refrigerator.

Not a bad stay
Wasn't the bad hotel, but we had to hunt the house keeping down to get our room cleaned. First night did step on a bug in the bathroom. They did charge us twice but after talking with them thwy took the second charge off but it ruined some kd our plans because we were short money till it got put back in the account after we ledt our vacation. The free breakfast offering were a good value. The staff at desk were all nice and once we got with the cleaning they cleaned our room that day and next day left clean towels and washclothes in a bag outside our room.

This was the dirty. I have stayed at a Comfort Suites in Maryland, Connecticut, and other states. I recommended this property to my family for a family gathering and the motel was so dirty, a couple of my family members did no stay. The left and found another chain to stay. I think I deserve a refund.William and Dianne Brice Hoyles. We checked in on 6/30/23-7/23. We will never use a Comfort Suites again and I will never ever recommend your chain again.

Reception was very friendly. Only issue I had was my room had an odor of smoke. Reception suggested it was coming through ac vents from outside as this is a non smoking facility. Fortunately, the odor was not strong, so I was able to stay.

Was a good hotel to stay at. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc…. If you stay when it is crowded do not expect to get a hot shower in the morning. I took a cool shower in the morning and the hotel said they just didn’t have enough hot water for everyone. Other than the cold shower the hotel was good.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER’!!!!
The room was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The pipe busted there was No HOT WATER! There was a horrible SMELL in the entire hotel, I was in the room for 10 minutes before I checked out and found another hotel! I was still charged for that day and I am EXTREMELY IN UPSET ABOUT IT!

The plus is that you're close to 85 the negative is that you're close to 85. I could hear light highway traffic while I was trying to sleep. Continental breakfast was terrible. The best they could do was yogurt.

Needs big changes

We stayed 3 nights Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. I had to keep asking for clean towels the sheets and comforters were stained I asked for them to be changed a number of times but it didn’t happen. Never saw house keeping until my stay was over. The pool was freezing cold not funny at all for the 4 year old that was so excited about getting it. I was told that they were short of help but it was a holiday weekend they should’ve been better prepared for the amount of people staying there.

Glad I only stayed one night while passing through. Shower rod was broken and barely hanging on. Microwave and mini fridge were unbelievably old. The microwave was dated 2002!! The exterior looked nice but the interior was old and wore out. Needs updating.

Location was perfect for the weekend we had planned.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Last night there was a large family that rented 2 rooms across the hallway and they kept their doors open for transporting from one room to the next. Mostly kids and teenagers who were very loud with no concern for the other occupants. Had to go to the front desk to ask for resolve. She said she would but nothing was done. 1:00am before noise stopped

The hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly and I was also happy with the linens in the room. The unfortunate part was I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor pool. We visited in November and it was cold. Evidently, the pool is not heated. It was very cold. My entire family was disappointed. We would have chosen a different hotel had we had known.

The bathroom had a bad smell or urine and nasty odor, stains in tiles on bathroom floor, stain on carpet and wall in room, the house keepers after asked to change sheet because for 5 days stay no towels or sheet was change, didn't and left sheet on the floor in front of door where other customers passed over it in covid times and all. I told front desk that they should have house keeper change sheet,and I came back to a dirty old sheet and new sheet left outsidey door on the floor that is not hygienic and plus I'm not the house keeper and paid so much for that one week stay
I was over charge as well as receipt they gave said $633 total but Expedia charge $839 so will call for my refund.

The staff were friendly, so in no way are they the direct issue with my stay. The problem was unclean sheets on both beds and pull out bed. There were crumbs and other things on these. Outside of that, the room was very musty/ damp, it was overwhelming anytime you walked in. The WiFi was terrible as well. No option that I saw for an upgrade. Water pressure in bathroom was extremely high. Anytime you turn the sink on it’s hitting you full blast. In part we did check in earlier than usual, I appreciated that but I felt very unclean being in that space. I had just moved to GA so needed to rest for a couple of days.

It is a convenient location. I understand the restrictions due to the pandemic, but that information needs to be shared with viewers online. The dining room and exercise room were closed. I thought the indoor pool would be fun, but swimming in freezing water and told we are working on getting the pool heated was not up to par.

Needs a facelift and new beds
Hotel is old and needs updated. All fixtures were dusty and bed looked like someone slept in it already. I had to go out and purchase sheets to sleep, the bed was not comfortable and you can feel the springs. Overall I only spent a night but it’s overpriced and not worth the money. Wish I could get my money back. First and last time at a Comfort Inn.

It is a little bit hard to find because it sits behind another hotel. When you get off of the interstate the only way to get to the street is to do a U-turn in a busy intersection. Staff was pleasant. During a 3 day stay my room was never cleaned and was not asked if I wanted it cleaned. Outside there was a smoking area that had a trash can. No other trash cans were present. There is an indoor pool...sign on window...Pool not heated. Breakfast was some bananas, oatmeal packs, a few packages of assorted pastries, yogurt. Out of coffee by 8am. Had to ask them to make more, staff seemed like it put them out of their way. Hotel was clean. Beds nice. Overall a good stay and would probably stay here again. Several of my complaints may be due to covid.

The air conditioner was awful, wouldn’t stay on. The air would stay on long enough to cool the room, then turn off, which would wake the adults up in the room. Then the room would heat up and the air would turn back on. And it was loud! Then we made online reservations so they knew we were coming with 5 people, yet they didn’t have any linens for the couch bed, called and requested them and was told to come get them. The sheet didn’t fit the bed was way to big. So keep on falling off and the mattress was dirty with a big yellow stain. Not enough towels for 5 people. And the sign outside the hotel says indoor heated pool and hot breakfast. Both of which are lies. Don’t get me started on the awful breakfast, maybe we came down when all the food was already gone, who knows, there was 3 honeybuns and an orange left. They had some heat and eat food but there was a line for the one microwave they have in the area. Just awful. Won’t stay again.

A little run down, but overall clean. Looks like they've tried to do aot of the maintenance on the cheap. I'd stay again for the rate offered, but would probably upgrade to a different property if the price wasn't amazing.

We got locked out of our room and the gal at the front desk said she would try to get someone there but it would have to wait until the following day. And that wasn’t acceptable as we had a basketball game at 930 and all of our stuff we needed was in the room.
The owner of the hotel showed up just over 2 hours later and moved us to a different room that did smell somewhat but we needed to sleep.
When we checked out I was going to ask for a price break but nobody was at the desk.

The hotel is in a dumpy location behind other businesses and very close to the Interstate and traffic noise. Check-in went smoothly until the clerk said my room number out loud. This is a cardinal rule for hotel clerks to never ever speak a guest's room number; especially a female. It is a serious breach of all security rules. The room was clean and on an upper floor as requested. The refrigerator had a huge build-up of ice. Obviously housekeeping had not checked it in a very long time. The breakfast was very lame. My remote had dead batteries. The clerk gave me another remote. However, my TV was stuck on one channel; I could not change it. I mentioned this to Front Desk the next morning and I had a working remote that night. Thanks to the maintenance person. Next time I am in the Atlanta I shall find another hotel. I have 33 years of hotel experience in a variety of positions. I know hotels.

Thin walls - beware
The walls are paper thin. I could hear lots of noise from the people upstairs if you know what I mean. I got in late from driving four hours from my last meeting and only got 3-4 hours of sleep here so I was really unhappy to say the least.
