Clogged sink, broken toilet, sink countertop split in half. We stayed at your hotel a few times in the past, mainly because you accept pets. We had some bad experiences before, but this time was too much. We couldn't use the sink because it was clogged, had to remove the lid on the toilet in order to flush it, the door key never worked. We will never stay at this place again.

Overall our stay was good. The hotel has outside entry and it was quite noisy during the night. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was modest at best. it did serve our purpose and the price was quite reasonable compared to others in the area.

Not a Quality hotel
Room was upstairs, no elevator and stairs were narrow and steep. Bed was comfortable. My husband actually had to do some repairs on the bathroom door hinge screws so the door would fully close. Almost all the outlets in the room were loose or not functioning at all. The motel shouldn't advertise breakfast buffet - we got there towards the end of the time, but there were about 3 small pre-packaged honey buns, some fruit (apples and oranges) and some cereal. There was a waffle maker, but we didn't use it. Ate elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend the property. We had a maid run into our room while we were unpacking the car. Ran in the open door and was rummaging around without even announcing herself , just slipped in the door looking for a walkie talkie! I told her maybe she should have her supervisor talk to the device so she can hear it! Ugh.

The brochure looks alot different the what is shown. It claimed it has a buffet style breakfast, according the photos in thr brochure. It only had coffee and waffles. It totally misleading and Expedia honors them. They should check the structure before the consumer in mislead

Very nice and clean room to include the pool. There is a great sandwich place next door and a small park across the street. My only compliant was with some loud neighbors but they settled down at a decent hour. I will definitely staying here again in the future. The staff was very helpful with all of my questions. Thank for the great stay.

Deland Craft Show festival
Hotel was better than most ice machine definitely too far away from our room. We would have to drive up there due to some handicap issues. Mattress could stand to be a little newer but overall this hotel was better than most and I think with some upgrades it would be something I would consider in the future.

This hotel is in decent condition and my room was clean. However, there are many people living there on a daily basis and many homeless around the perimeter. It is not safe.

After i booked this motel i started reading the reviews. We were very unprepared for what we found. The reviews were mostly very bad in every aspect. What we found was a well maintained facility. The staff was very polite and hepful. The room was cleanex and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. The only down side was the breakreast wa less than stellar. We would stay here again.

Front desk personnel not overly friendly. Very stand offish. Checked in after 8pm , no inside check in...done from behind glass and a brick used to cover hole to transfer cards/ paperwork. I understand safety may be an issue, but felt like checking in to visit a prisoner .

Enjoyed sitting by the pool and reading. Forgot sun screen and got a slight burn on my calves. Traffic near Sanford sure has increased since I was last there. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dirty area was our room floor. Soles of my feet were black walking on it barefoot. Overall, good experience in FL. May be the last time I visit, as I'm 77 years old.

The room overall was clean and a nice bed and pillows. They had left a used soap in the shower. The inside of the bathroom door was half painted. There was a very pungent smell of something in the office area.

Upon arrival, rude staff were to busy talking to each other to check me in. Once in the room, the light switch on the wall did nothing. The toilet didn't drain. The bedside receptacles for charging your phone did not work. The cleaning staff was blaring music outside our room at 8 in the morning. An hour before checkout, a guy claiming to be maintenance beating on our door that has a do not disturb sign on it. Will never go back to this rundown hotel

We had an issue with housekeeping. One morning they came and knocked on the door, we were still getting ready to go out. Needless to say they never came back and we didn’t have toilet paper until the next day. Pretty disappointing.

We are very disappointed that they called this hotel Quality inn because this hotel is very low to be called Quality at All, broken doors that you can see from the inside out, and many things broken inside the room but the most are the dirtiness in the room is made my stomach sick, the pillows were full of brown spot and not smell clean at all. Also Expidia dint help at all either.

It was adequate for our needs, but had a little run down feeling. The layout and arrangement of the room was poorly conceived, as the space was not well used. I think of the last remodeling as being budget-llimited. The furniture required a wall-mounted TV, but the TV was placed on what might have been a desk. A real dearth of table and shelf space, no drawers. We got by.

The hotel was used as some kind of government housing. People lived there. Lots of drinking/ weed use outdoors. Fairly shady looking people all over the place. Would not recommend for single female travelers. The bed was also terrible. Maybe 6inches thick and all you could feel were the springs. VERY LOUD/ uncomfortable. Site also did not have an elevator and the handrails were sketchy. Very slippery steps.

Gross!!! Read all the reviews. Go elsewhere!
Prior to arriving for our stay I decided to review my booking, and in doing so I decided to read the most recent reviews since I booked on Hotels.com. What I found was disturbing. One review just a day or so before said the motel was cockroach infested another said it was nasty. So I immediately called the motel and voiced my concerns. They admitted to the roach problem but stated it had been taken care of. That was enough for me to request a refund if we got there and were not satisfied with the motel. To which I was told that would not be a problem. However, by the time we arrived we had decided there was no way we would be staying there and requested to get a refund so we could go elsewhere. Management refused the refund at that time. We requested the assistance of Hotels.com who was also unable to get the refund we requested. The motel stated it was their busy season and that they would cancel our stay but not refund our money. If it were actually their busy season they should not have had an issue rebooking the room. None the less, I am now thankful they did not cancel our booking, otherwise I would not have this opportunity to warn others, as so many have done already. I’m just sorry I did not look into the reviews more ahead of time. We left and stayed at the very nice Holiday Inn Express just a few miles away. This was about comfort, and we just weren’t going to feel comfortable there. From the moment we walked in the lobby we could smell the stench of bug spray!!!

You get less than what you pay for. The property is rundown and in need of an update. Other guests staying there seem like they "live" there, are out all hours of the night, are constantly smoking in the stairwells and hallways, and making noise/arguing through the day and night. It feels unsafe.

The floors were so filthy the bottoms of our feet were black. Door not properly sealed as I could see light coming through. Shower not sealed. VERY NOISY. Crackheads and convicts live there.

Its horible place. I payed for breakfast. And they give you some serial. The waffle maker didnt work at the time i was there. By the way its one small waffle maker so even if it was working i wasnt gonna be abele to make any waffles because of the waiting time. I don't recommend this place to no one. It looks like trakers motel. Im very disappointed.

Not worth $39 per night.. let alone $140 a night
This place is honestly a dump... Should have been a one-star rating... The rooms smelled like smoke, The pillows smell like smoke and the rooms were not even clean...
Whoever comes and does the room service just changes the sheets possibly because when I came back the bed was made.. But there was trash from the last person that stayed in the room as well. So not even confident that the sheets were even changed. The only reason I stayed here was due to everything near the racetrack for the Rolex 24 were sold out.. I guess I should have just brought a sleeping bag and slept at the stadium It would probably been a little bit more comfortable.
I guess if there was any positives from this day is if you need a place that's dog friendly this is the place.. because the dog next door was a Chihuahua that never shut up... 😂
I ended up checking out at 2:00 a.m. there's no way I could stay there any longer... What a waste of money...

We really liked their breakfast offerings, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and well equipped the room was. There were a few things that you could tell just haven't been updated yet, like the picture was just a picture frame really. And then there was a wall with just a big square board on it. That was pretty much all of the decor. But the bed and the bedding were great. I was hoping for a tub but it was a walk-in shower. The pressure and temperature of the water and shower head, as well as the quality of the concessions provided, was enough to make me forget that stuff.
We liked that the (soda and juice) vending machine was by the pool. We did not use the pool. Any other snacks we needed, we were able to easily walk to a convenience store, and stumbled upon this. Really cool. Park. Mill Lake Park was well lit up even in the middle of the night, we liked it so much that we walked around it the next morning. That was after we had our nice breakfast of coffee and juice, Belgian waffles, yogurt and fruit. I regret their landscaping, somebody killed a whole bunch of their palm trees. Oh well. Can't win em all.

The ad on Google states permanently closed and no one would answer the phone after 3 days of trying so I booked somewhere else and now Expedia won’t refund my money because they are actually open. If you are traveling from out of state, you are not going to take that risk. I doubt I use Expedia anymore!

Upon arrival, we open the door and I know I requested a smoking room, however, I should not have smelled an ashtray attack my face as soon as the door was opened. Proceeded to spray the room with my obsession perfume to get rid of the ashtray smell. Started to look around the room, not a good idea. There is mold on the ceiling there was broken door jambs there was nicotine encrusted bathroom lights. The door to the room was not secure as the locks had screws hanging out them. There was a good 3/4 of an inch gap in the door. The ice tray with the wrapped cups was burnt with cigarettes and not he faced how's that were wrapped around a bar that is clearly needing replaced, we're staying so dark my husband thought they were dirty. The phone was very dirty as were the outlets, but back to the phone the handle and the cord that attach the phone would not stay attached. We did not feel safe enough at night to go down to our vehicles and retrieve anything that we might have forgotten. ( Even though I have my legal carry license, and had my weapon with me)
The floorboards near the door the woodworking was completely missing and shoved full with a nasty rag. The bathroom door was split in half and extremely dirty with mold and dirt on it. I have a video and pictures. I would love to be able to upload them to show you. We will not be using this hotel in the future,. I'm trying to upload the photos via your app, but for some reason I tap the icon and nothing happens. I have video& pics

Disappointing at best. Told the attendant at check-in that my dog wears a vest indicating she is a service dog. He said he would waive the $15 pet fee, but he didn’t. The room was on the 2nd floor, and the attendant knew we needed a disability room. Going up the stairs with luggage was very difficult and painful for an 82 year old geezer like me. In the room, there was no tissues in the tissue dispenser, enough coffee for just 1 cup, and 1 bath towel. Never again.

It was my first time in Orange City & I'd come back to the Quality Inn.. I was there on business & required a late check out. Ask & you shall receive :)

Paper thin walls and can hear everything between rooms; very close to busy street and two outdoor day care centers and a park - need ear plugs. Breakfast items practically unavailable with 30 minutes left in the advertised dining time.

The towels were crunchy ripped and had stains on them I asked for replacement ones and the replacement ones were just as bad. The room was dirty there was hair in the shower and hair on the sink. The outlets on both lamps did not work. The Microwave was placed in a spot where there was no outlet at we had to move the whole microwave in order to plug it up.

My room shade was torn and unable to raise so the room was dark. The door was very dirty. Staff was very nice. The shower looked like it had mildew all over it. No hair dryer. There was mildew around the sink. Pictures on the website makes the amenities look better than the reality. VERY hard to turn shower completely off. The bathroom floor was slanted in a bizarre way. Not one drawer!

Worst stay of my life!!!
It was the worst stay of my life room was dark dirty doors and walls the smell was horrible like a old fungus and mildew basement smell could not even eat in the room so bought food and ate it in the car stayed 1 night from the 8 that i booked and ran off to DoubleTree by Hilton where I truly enjoyed my stay and time in beautiful Florida, would never ever recommend this place to anyone and the price per night was ridiculous!!!

what I liked the Property was 15min away from everything bed was comfortable,
Pool was clean. what I didn't like was a bit noisy in the mornings seemed like there was a construction crew staying at the hotel that week and the got up 4am every morning. Pillows were lacking and not enough of them.
