The mattress was so hard my back was in so much pain it kept me awake.🙄 the only confort you’ll find is in the name of the hotel.

The Comfort Inn Auburn was a very nice, family-friendly lodging. Its lobby was warm and welcoming and it included hot coffee, tea, hot chocolate, freshly baked cookies. The staff, especially Inga, went over and above to help us when we told her that there wasn't enough shampoo for our four-guest room. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who needed to stay in this area.

When you can find a room at a great rate, add that to a clean room , comfortable bed, and good breakfast , you can’t go wrong . If you want something fancy or to impress someone you stay somewhere else and pay much more. But for the rate charged I would definitely recommend to someone just needing a room to sleep comfortably

The room and the service of food and coffee was great. Only issue was how hard the door was to open. Had to tackle the door to get it open each time.

Check out is at 11:00 though many hotels offer till 12 and even late check out if you need . Breakfast very poor and only till 9:00 am though again many hotels they offer it till 10:30 and we I came at 9:00 exactly the took everything in front of me.
The staff were not friendly at all.

This Comfort Inn was convenient for our stay near Worcester, and had well lit easy access parking. The Inn was definitely showing its age, but was still comfortable and quiet. The price was right and the staff was polite and helpful.

The room was nice and clean and some guest services like coffe and breakfast are acceptable but I saw some ugly concern with host animal friendly and not services after animal make necessities in the premises...😵💫

It was well kept inside and outside. There was good attention to detail in the halls and rooms. The public areas like the lobby and vending areas were well lit and clean and safe. It was overall a very good choice, with plenty of well lit parking.

The property was clean& quiet the nites we stayed there. The Employees were outstanding! Polite, had a smile& a Hello asked if anything we needed. They show st this Comfort Inn they take Pride in what they do. Will stay here again!!

I will probably ask to change rooms- which is not something I have done before. I’m traveling alone and they put me in a room that has an adjoining door. I feel vulnerable, as if someone could come in. I have it locked on my side but it’s unclear if someone can access from the other side… it probably wouldn’t be spooky if the door of my room did not have visible dents and gouges in it. It’s late and i am tired and do not feel very secure. I’m usually a very calm traveler.

The property is old and needs renovating. The bathrooms were rusty around molding, bed was creaky, elevator was loud, and the dheets and towels had a strong scent that I really didn't like.

This was an average quality hotel. The cleanliness of the room was average but the bathroom cleanliness was good. The hotel had a weird smell in the hallways. Breakfast was hot and ok. The price was high because it was Parent Week at local college, quality didn’t match price. Hotel staff very nice.

Run away!! Ghastly place. Filthy, unsafe...
Public areas filthy, no elevator to upper floors, room looks like a frat party had it last ..broken shades, wall mount for TV ripped off, furniture scratched and completely mismatched....cigarette burns in blankets and spreads, tub is stained, cracked, carpet horribly stained , ancient TV ( does work a bit), remote actually sticky! Yuck. 1980s furniture. All vending machines empty.

Save your money
When I showed up the cops were there for an issue with a guest. I get to my room and the scent (cleaning products/air freshener) was so overpowering in the room I had to open the window cause I had trouble breathing. Bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on the floor.

It took over an hour to check in. The room was prepaid on Expedia. Only one person was at the desk and the person before was having issues with their Expedia reservation. Then they couldn’t find mine. After finally getting checked in, the room was outdated. The area is nice and I have stayed at a different hotel nearby in the past. Breakfast was only from 6-8am, which is very early. Would not stay here again.

Check in took over 40 minutes because the employee did not know how to work with an Expedia reservation. He got a bit rude by the end of an exasperating wait in the lobby with other unhappy customers.
Stairwell smelled strongly of urine. Continental breakfast was limited…said they hadn’t had eggs for three days.

Only thing good about this hotel was the front staff.
Toilet didn’t flush and was backed up and with kids in the room it was a trip to a common bathroom .
It was fixed next day .
There is no hot breakfast although it was never mentioned on hotels.com that breakfast is apple and breakfast bar in a bag.
Beds were not redone.
Totally don’t recommend this stay

The property outside was nice inside it was a bit disappointing. There was a smell in rooms and furniture looked very worn out. Air conditioner really didn’t work. No hot breakfast like stated.

Comfortable but tired
The hotel was comfortable and quiet, but it shows it’s age. The hot breakfast was not offered, instead there was an inadequate bag breakfast. This was not mentioned at check in and was an unpleasant surprise.

It was extremely loud! Housekeeping started banging doors at 730am and seemed to be stationed outside my room. I also had a do not disturb sign on my door and maintenance entered my room. I only know because I went to the front desk and complained someone was in there and mentioned a bath mat. They said the new owner said they had to be done that day. Fine, then make arrangements, leave a message, slide a note under the door, a dozen options OTHER than entering when someone says not too!

This place is disgusting. It's clear our room had the beds made, but I would not use the word clean in any way. Where to begin? The bathroom still had the previous guests used towels, there was shaving cream and hair in the sink. Handprints all over the mirrors, the microwave and the TV. Food all over long chair in the room, the floor was not vacuumed and had food, crumbs all over it.

The breakfast was terrible. They did have egg sandwiches but you had to take them up to your room to microwave them. No cereal or milk. They didn’t make up your room unless you requested it.

Heat didn't work...room dirty with finger prints, dust, soap scum. Tiles in ceiling askew. Tape in shower holding up tile. Mattress cover stained brown with rust or bodily fluids. Expedia was wonderful. We checked out an hour later and they got us a full refund. Thanks Expedia.

It left a lot to be desired . TV was so low almost had to sit on it to hear . Very dissapointed as there was no breakfast buffet but price still stayed the same , Had difficulty with air regulation but was helped by employee .

Said they had continental breakfast but they did not problem currently with kitchen ??? But no cold cereal no milk locked the cooler with sandwiches to heat in room juice ( juice machine currently not working either ) even when told them walking with walker on admission was not given the handicapped room became available several times but wasn't moved there

Bed was fine, but we walked in to discover toilet bowl had not been cleaned. One bath towel instead of two. Relatively quiet. Breakfast quite limited, juice dispenser not working, just lots of plastic wrapped pastries. Overall a bit disappointing.

We booked this because of the continental breakfast. The note on the breakfast bar in the morning that said "we are currentky not able to serve hot food" combined with the stale danish, bruised fruit, and yogurt didn't cut it!

Lacking in comfort, but friendly and helpful staff
Everyone was very nice, but our bed was so uncomfortable! When we checked in, we were told the kitchen was out of service, but there would still be breakfast sandwiches, bars, fruit and muffins. The selection was horrible and on the weekend, they ran out of breakfast sandwiches. Also, thought they could have set up a toaster for bagels. Also, no juice of any kind! The cookies in the afternoon were a pleasant surprise!

Horrible experience, when I arrived afer check in time, they told me rooms still weren’t available. When I finally got in my room there were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom. On the site it state breakfast included and there wasn’t any available.

Your staff was excellent but your facility obviously needs some looking after especially with the little things like coffee maker was broken TV remotes didn't work and the nonexistent real breakfast that you usually have at many comfort inns was disappointing

Hello, there were several issues with our stay. The room was not cleaned during our stay. When we asked for additional toiletries, they were not provided and we had to go down to get more ourselves. The heater malfunctioned. When we complained nothing was done. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

It was very accessible to major roads. Close to restaurants etc. Just wished they had a computer for guests who need to print out boarding passes if traveling via airlines. I am not comfortable giving my information to a general email that anyone can use. Other thing is breakfast was meh.. sausage patties were really overdone. Eggs on cold side. Otherwise it was fine really.

Nice, but smelly
Good service, good rate, nice building convenient to the highway. Breakfast was prettu good, too. Only negative was the smell of old, sour tobacco and marijuana smoke; it was overpowering in the 2nd floor hallway and subtle but pervasive in the room. Thankfully there was a good shower.
