Staff was nice, breakfast was good, however they weren't quite as pet friendly as expedia lead me to believe they were. They have restrictions on dog size, and fortunately they had a pet friendly room, apparantly they didn't even know I wanted a p.f. room, which I suppose could be expedias fault, as well. The hotel was supposed to have roll away beds available, which was a main factor in my choosing, but when we asked for one, they didn't have any available, so one of our party opted to sleep on the floor. The room was pretty clean, but definitley had an odor of "pet friendliness."

We loved our stay at the hotel, the beds were comfy, sheets so crispy, staff so lovely, everywhere was spotless and a very delicious and healthy offerings for breakfast.
Will definitely return to this place..

Clean and comfortable hotel.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Housekeeping came everyday which was nice.

We had to check out a day early bcz we were allergic in the room for some reasons. Eyes were swelling and itchy, sneeze constantly. Please refund us the one day stay, thank you.

Honest review
Check in was easy. Room clean, but cold. Check out easy. Only downfall was we went for breakfast and there was no place to sit, we took it back to our room which was inconvenient.

Most of our travel we needed to take a left out of property...wasn't easy for that and had to make a u turn further down road. Overall a decent and safe place to stay....Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fun quick vacation!
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room could be cleaner. Carpet in the room needs to be washed. Bed are very comfortable and front desk is very accommodating.

The hotel is horible the bathroom door never closed, i could never take a nap because i could hear the people and kids running. My room number was 208. I will never go to this hotel again. I had to go home early because it was very bad. The hotel pool was very small and cold my children didnt even want to swim in the pool 😑. The elevator was almost broken, I felt like i was gonna fall and my kids were scared of the hotel. I hate that place.

Telephone in room didn't work.
Had to call front desk from cell phone at 3:30 am because the people in the room above us were yelling, singing, stomping, etc. The noise continued for an hour or so.
Paid over $300 for a less than average hotel room and I will not stay here again.

Nice place with plenty of parking spaces. Room was good: comfy bed with lots of pillows, modern furniture and roomy bathroom. Housekeeping came in daily to refresh room. I appreciate that. Many choices on breakfast food.

Large, clean room
Modern looking, clean, large room, large bathroom. The TV was not right in front of the bed so that was a little strange. Breakfast was just OK but it was nice that it was included. Good location. A little pricey for what it was.

I usually love this hotel but there was an incident. A smoke alarm went off at 11 PM waking me up. There didn’t seem to be a protocol for what management needed to do when this happens. The manager banged on my door thinking the alarm was in my room and that I had been smoking. I had been asleep. I don’t smoke. I was made to stand in the lobby while they tried to figure out what to do. Eventually they figured out that the alarm was not in my room but in the laundry adjacent. I had a long drive the next day and this event disrupted my sleep. They couldn’t even compensate me for being unjustly accused and inconvenienced bc I had paid through Expedia.

The room was pristine and clean as a whistle. Isadbella was the housekeeper, and would serve this company well, because the inside cleanliness of this hotel is superb. However, the back yard has much to be desired. Cigarette butts and trash on a back lawn that could otherwise be a nice grassy area. It is also a dog walking area, but they need to have someone tending to it. The front desk manager isn't very welcoming or friendly more interested in getting my credit card then any hospitality, however, Michelle on at night was very nice and helpful.

We were there for one night only, to facilitate a very early drive to the airport on the following morning. We had a restful night's sleep, the room was clean and neat, the hotel
was easy on & off the highway. It all worked out perfectly!

I like the property that it is conveniently located, close to Rt. 3 , on the way to Cape Cod.
What I don't like is that the flooring/carpeting was not constructed well so that the footsteps of the people above our room 209 were so loud that it sounded like a surround sound speaker inside our room, it was hard to sleep because they were walking around into midnight. Also the windows reflected the street noise of vehicles.

I checked in at 2am after traveling all day and was welcomed like I was visiting someone’s home ! Very impressed!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and room nice. Only issue was if you get a front facing room it is very noisy. Traffic on road very heavy and lots of trucks racing by. Ask for back of hotel.

Left my charger in the room! I called and they put me on hold to retrieve them! That’s service imo. At the hotel 1620 they took the $300 headphones I left by accident.

The hotel is clean enough but nothing fancy. Bed was very hard and so were the pillows. The front desk person was not friendly and just wanted us gone. We won’t be staying here again

I liked that it had been recently renovated and was very clean. I like having a microwave and fridge in the room.
Breakfast had a good variety. One suggestion, the warm cinnamon rolls were not warm, either the machine is unplugged or not working-someone should look into it.
I LOVE your pancake machine! not messy and the pancakes were pretty decent.

Convenient and close to town. Clean facilities and good breakfast. Pool may have been 80 like desk clerk said but the pool room itself was cold, which makes a big difference with enjoying. I didnt swim.We asked to split bill with our guests at check in for when we checked out but they charged room even before checking out. Not a big deal to fix but not noting it is lack of communication or caring. Beds comfy.

It seems like they’ve done a lot of renovations to this property recently and, while the room and breakfast were fine, I’ve found various wildly different prices for a room with 2 queen beds, ranging from $130/night to $284. Best to call the front desk and get a firm quote.

Would stay again
We enjoyed our stay overall. Nice to do laundry-$3 to wash and $3 to dry. The pool was cold, but we still enjoyed a quick dip. The only complaint was that the hotel entrances smelled like cigarettes as everyone would stand right outside to smoke. Maybe consider having a smoking area.
