My biggest issue with the stay was how there was a difference in price between what was offered on Expedia and what I paid in the hotel. I'm not knowledgeable enough about whose fault it is but the way the reception employees handled my situation was a bit hectic. Constantly blaming Expedia without offering to help facilitate the communication and take an active part in solving the problem. Moreover, In the pictures, my room had a sofa bed and an additional couch, when we arrived there was no couch and one person was forced to sleep on the floor for 5 nights and all the hotel had to offer in return was saying "We don't have couches in our rooms but would you like to more pillows?"

We stay 1 night on 29/30 in 2023. Room number 437 is terrible! The toilet was stuck, no one come up to repair, the elevator taking super slow and only 1 is service.

our room was nice. I liked that the parking was gated didnt have to worry about my car. checking in could of been better. It felt like pulling teeth asking for basic information at check in.

Only two elevators for 6 story Property, & 1 elevator was "Out-of-Service" throughout our 3-day stay!! Daytime elevator service took forever; & it was a Dangerous situation IF there had been a necessary EVACUATION Emergency. Totally Unacceptable.

Would gladly stay again
Spacious room, very clean, bathroom a little bit small but again clean and well stocked , love the dove products. Staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful.

The staff I interacted with were great; check in/out was very easy and quick. I appreciated the parking garage being so well gated; I felt that my car was safe. The room was spacious enough and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of the Space Needle and MoPop. Unfortunately, there was only 1 hotel elevator working during our trip which made getting luggage from/to the car an ordeal so we mostly used the stairs (we literally waited for about 15 minutes for the elevator the first time-it did come once but was at capacity so had to keep waiting for one with room)—this could be a big issue if someone has mobility problems (just a heads up). They don’t serve breakfast; there is an affiliated cafe on site with a very limited menu but it is very overpriced for what you get and it was not good (gravy was room temp on the biscuits and the eggs tasted like burned chemicals) so, plan for food elsewhere.

Good hotel for all Seattle activities. Pikes Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass, etc.
Noisy building works going on which would have been useful to have known about in advance, but not really starting until 8am.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable and needed more padding in the mattress.

Room condition is quite good - clean and well organized, but fitness room needs to have some kind of air conditioning or, at least, air circulation. Surrounded areas are a bit cluttered because of constructions. Overall it is a quite good hotel to stay for a night or two.

Great location and easily walkable to downtown Seattle. Highly recommended for cruise passengers staying in Seattle as there is a third-party shuttle service available to/from airport and to/from cruise terminal from the hotel.

I booked a king suite that would sleep 4 adults and prepaid for the room. When I got to the property I was told they had sold all the suites and they only had a king room. There was no couch or any other form of bed. I don’t understand how a customer can actually PAY for a room in advance (not just a reservation) and have the hotel give the room to someone else. There was no offer of a refund or any attempt to make it right other than offering some pillows so two of our party could sleep on the floor I guess.

Hotel room overall was great. Clean and all. Great location as well.
However on checkout day, I went for a walk with my family in the morning. We came back to the hotel room at 9:45-10am (checkout is at 12pm) and the cleaning lady was already cleaning out our room. The fridge was full of snacks, (milk for my baby) drinks for our kids and everything had already been throw out. Front desk apologized for this as they were not sure how this happened since we had yet to checkout. Her response was that the cleaning lady would be talked to. I was told no manger was on duty and that once the manager arrived I would receive a phone call. I never did.

The room was average and do not expect an early check in because that was not possible. The toilets did not flush toilet paper and had only two towels in bathroom as well. My wife and I were only staying one day so it was good for that and short of toilet issue the room was clean but needed some maintenance.

We were made to change room 2 times, because the rooms were missing doors, had very bad odor, lights were not working toilet not flushing. Overall we had terrible experience staying at this Holiday Inn for 3 nights.

Most hotels we’ve stayed at offer breakfast and early/late check in. This one did not. Ice machine broken on our floor. Probably will never stay at a holiday inn again.

Rooms are not in great condition. Doors in bathrooms showed a lot of aging at the bottoms. The last day of our stay, the entire hotel water was shut off. Could not shower or clean in any way. No communications from hotel staff. Had to call the front desk to find out that it was a whole building issue. Offered no late check-out, or compensation in any way.

Toast to Toast was the worst!! They ran out of breakfast meats. Forgot one of our meals. Never gave us the fruit they said they'd substitute. Very disappointed

The pictures on website do not represent the hotel correctly. I booked thinking that it would be a nice clean hotel maybe not the greatest but fairly decent. Instead we received a room where the bed sheets appeared dirty and when opening them up there were hairs on the bed!! It was like housekeeping didn't bother to change the bedding. On top of that the restroom towels were also not changed since they too had hairs and hairs were all over the bathroom floor. I had to call the front desk because we had a late check in and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and all they could do was bring me clean sheets that I had to change myself! And lets not mention the carpet.. it was filthy even though it is a dark color you could tell how dirty it was! My bf walked around in white socks and that carpet left them almost black from the bottom! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!

Very nice hotel
We got to the hotel early and we were surprised that the room was ready for us.The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly but the sad part is that I had to pay for parking and no breakfast was included but it’s very convenient to many places.

They didn't serve free breakfast, but right across the little alleyway was a little restaurant that served breakfast type things. I was super impressed with them! Super friendly and helpful! I think the little place was called Toast to Toast.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden. Short 15 minute walk to restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory. Would recommend to friends and family and stay there again.

After cruising in Alaska, we as a family of 4 adults stayed 2 nights in this Seattle hotel. I really appreciated that they had queen size beds and a small kitcheanette. We loved the quiet location close to the Space Needle,Chihuly Garden and Glass, and Pike Market.

The hotel was very nice. We found out later from a friend that the amenities at the Fairmont Marriott were much better. For example, they received breakfast included with their stay there while we got coffee, tea and water only in the morning at the Holiday Inn. Also there were more Lyft options from the Fairmont location which was just next door versus only 2 Lyft options from the Holiday Inn location about the same time.

I reserved a suite to have some privacy and the door was off the hinges . If that wasn’t bad enough, there was what appeared to be some sexual fluids left behind in the bedroom. Very disappointed.

Car window was broken by vandals in hotel parking garage. On two separate occasions on two different days I asked to speak to a manager. None was available. A major hotel chain in a major city and no manager. Of course I don’t believe that, and I’m insulted by Holiday Inns lack of empathy. I won’t be back and certainly won’t recommend.

The air conditioner in the room didn’t work . I brought this to attention of the front staff who said they would send maintenance to look at it. A maintenance person never showed.There was some type of medication on the floor in the bathroom and a used tooth pick on the floor in the room. The fire sprinkler in the room went off during the stay soaking the floor. The water had to be turned off for over an hour making there an inability to use the toilet or shower. The hotel over booked so there was no parking available even though we paid for parking in the garage. When pulled up to the lobby they had people parked there who left their cars unattended . Which blocked our car in for over an hour before an employee ran the license plates to ask the guest to move their cars. Overall worst hotel experience ever . When I brought all of this up to front staff they didn’t apologize for inconvenience or offer change of room.

Nice Location But Staff Need More Training?
Location, price, etc. are fine -- BUT I kept needing to ask the desk for help and though they are polite & friendly, their responses are not always very knowledgeable. Examples: My room lockbox has been left locked so I could not access it, and yes, they managed to get that fixed. But when I asked for a list of cable channels (because the remote guide didn't work), the first clerk swore they had no such thing (they did). When I asked for a 7:00 AM wake-up call and it did not arrive, the morning clerk simply said she hadn't been on duty last night, so don't ask her! Not even a "Sorry for the inconvenience." Maybe they need a little more training?

The Best Stay In Seattle
It was absolutely amazing! Anytime I stay in Seattle I'll be staying at this Holiday Inn-Seattle! They went above and beyond for my comfort and help getting around the city. I highly recommend this for anyone. Its the perfect location, just blocks from the Space Needle.

We were welcomed by the reception staff who helped exceptionally well during our stay. The room was very comfortable with everything you need for a few nights in Seattle. There is a ton of construction happening in Seattle right now (spring 2023) One is opposite the hotel which woke us up early as the guys and machines start at 6 am.

This hotel is located in downtown Seattle, which meant that we were walking distance away from several restaurants and the Space Needle and a short drive away from Pike Place Market. Our room was mostly clean; however, the small garbage pail next to the coffee machine in our room wasn't emptied out from the last guest (only wrappers and coffee stirrers were inside thankfully). I liked the Dove products in our hotel bathroom in particular. When there was a small mixup with our parking that was supposed to be free, the front desk was very helpful in fixing the error.

Great place to stay - clean and comfortable
Perfect location to walk to the Climate Stadium for the Kraken game. Check-in was easy and the staff was super nice. Parking was $27 but I showed her my Hotels.com confirmation that stated free parking under amenities so they quickly honored it. It would have been better if they knew it because I might have paid if I didn't know I had seen that when I booked. The room was nice- a separate area for TV and a king bed was very comfortable. No complaints about anything. No complimentary breakfast but we walked to an awesome bakery.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was a decent size and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave plus keurig machine. The secured parking was a nice feature too. The location is very convenient - walking distance to the Space Needle and other local attractions.

The property is located near everywhere. The basement garage is not that pleasant if you are claustrophobic you might have a problem going.
