There was no hot water, no water pressure and the TV didn’t work. The entrance was not the standard of other Choice hotels. It was the level or standard of a Motel 6. It was so bad I almost left but I was tired from driving. I certainly believe I should be reimbursed for the issues that I endured. At lease half if not the whole amount.

Loved this place.
This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It has huge and had a view of the treetops. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had a sink within the bathroom and another just outside. The sofa and bed were comfortable and there was a table and a desk. The furnishing were classic and had the ambience of old world wealth with the conveniences of today.
The check in staff even gave us a choice of which floor we wanted.
Unfortunately the Tiki Bar was not open, but there was a Cracker Barrel within walking distance and the room was so nice we really didn't want to leave.

Great hotel for good price
Very nice hotel. Beds, sheets, pillows very comfortable. Room was very clean. Great hot breakfast. Staff kept it stocked & clean. Pool was clean & nice. It’s a luxury Comfort Inn Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Very happy & good price.

Ridiculous charges made to credit card after stay
I would have easily given this hotel a 5 star review. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I am currently dealing with outrageous charges that the hotel made to my card after checkout. Not only did i not receive my $100 deposit back, but an additional $167.50 was charged to my card the day we checked out. That's more than I paid for the single night we used the room. The hotel is claiming that it is a smoking charge. This is ridiculous as we traveled with our 3 young children, stayed just one night, and literally only used the room to sleep in. Absolutely no one in the room was smoking. Beware of giving your credit card to this hotel for their "deposit"...

Great job on keeping the breakfast buffet clean and well-presented, it was truly top-notch! Just a small suggestion, maybe consider moving the scent diffuser slightly farther away from the buffet. The rooms were nice and clean too!

They cleaned our room and did the bed while we were out. The bed could be better, it was so firm...and the pillows where extremely small. Service was good, breakfast was not the best. Property can use some upgrades. But overall, not bad for a two day stay.

The ladies working serving breakfast did a great job making sure to keep everything in order, cleaning and stacking. The front desk was average. Needed quarters to use the washer and dryer the front desk staff did not have any quarters. They sent me to the near gas station. The suit that I booked has a full kitchen but they didn't provided all kitchenware that a full kitchen needs. The vent hood is working poorly because it didn't clear the air in the kitchen. Housekeeping staff was pleasant and did a great job.

A simple but pleasant stay
Clean. Comfortable. Close to interstate. Staff friendly. Loved the mirror arrangement in bathroom selection. It allows u to see the back of ur hair for blowdrying and styling. A rare find for that. Pool looked nice but it use it. Did see pool guy cleaning in the morning. So u know they clean it daily. Plenty of parking.

Check in was very easy and staff was wonderful, my only complaint was I had to pay deposit of 100.00 that was not disclosed at time of booking, and the refund of the 100.00 will take several days to be refunded.

We were there to attend a funeral and were assured an early check in. But on arriving we were told that we wouldn’t be able to check in early. We sat in the lobby for more than an hour, checking the desk every 15 min. We met someone from housekeeping that had a list of available rooms and there were many but she couldn’t help us. We finally had to get ready at another venue and were late attending my daughter-in-laws service.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service!

I did not have a working shower. Went to take a shower before leaving and it did not work! The hotel did not try to make up for the lack of a shower. Never heard of such a thing.

Comfortable and clean.
Front desk staff was very friendly.
Room was clean and smelled nice. Sometimes you get a heavy cleaning chemical smell when you open the door to hotel rooms. This smelled fresh. Beds were clean and tightly made.
The Tiki Bar at the pool had very reasonable prices and a good menu.
The kitchen in the room had a full size fridge, bowls, plates, pots, pans amd silverware.
The pool is next to the Tiki Bar. Small pool bordering the parking lot. Not the best location for the pool but they made the best of the property.
Breakfast is included. Eggs, bisquits and gravy, eggs, fruit, pastries, bagels, coffee and juice. The woman working the breakfast area was awesome. She was cleaning and helping people who had no idea how to use a waffle maker.
Overall great stay.

Not the best stay
While making reservation I thought I had requested a regular king room, upon arrival were told I had reserved a handicapped room. The day manager said if we didn’t need he would try to switch us to a regular. When we returned at check in time a young lady RUDELY said “it’s what you reserved so no changes” told me room number and dismissed me. My concern was that is someone came in for a handicapped room it wouldn’t be available due to us having it.
Upon check out we informed front desk of an any issue in the room. They were all over our luggage and other items. Hair dryer only worked on low and shower was horrible. Pressure was so low that I had to wash my hair in the sink so I could get soap out. For the price charged we won’t stay here again.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Very clean. The room was much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfy beds. Quiet. The tiki bar by the pool was excellent. Good food, good drinks, and great staff!

I enjoyed the rooms, but got a little frustrated when we had to change rooms because i added a day and upset the room i booked wasnt available when i checked in. I am a diamond member and see no difference than if i booked off the internet. The 2nd room had a broken coffee maker and only two workable outlets. When i spoke to the reception area they said theyd let maintenance know. I hope you train your front desk personnel better in other locations. I have another trip coming up next month, hope its an improvement.

Rooms were spacious & clean & a reasonable price through Expedia. Front desk staff can use a lot more training. I called to see if there was a better price than on Expedia. Man I talked to said they weren't on any booking sites & quoted a price $70 more than Expedia price. Parking directions & directions to our room were awful. Sent us in the complete wrong direction. Doors don't open with room card after a certain time although the sign by the doors state to use your room card after a specific time. Very disorganized & acted like they didn't care. Nice hotel, but uncaring staff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn
(Feb.28-Mar. 1 '24). The facility was clean, the wifi was fast and easy and the staff were available and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean (room decor was a little dated
and a little small for 4 people ( 2 Queen bed size room) but the bathroom seemed much newer, extra star for that.) Housekeeping was great. The continental breakfast was hot, fresh, delicious, always full with food and the staff keep the area clean throughout. The pool was clean and open till 5 or 6pm and the pool "TIKI" bar was open serving food and drinks till midnight with reasonable prices. With the exception of a few funky smells in the hallways, I haven't a negative thing to say. For a 2.5/3 star hotel the price was right and I would not only stay there again but I would recommend it to others.

The room was expansive and had nice amenities. The TV was in a strange location and far from the bed. The dishwasher was not attached to the counter and tipped out. The outlets were loose and did not hold electrical cords. On Saturday night there was excessively loud and annoying music from the banquet room and I had to complain. There was no carpet outside our room and roller bags were loud when rolling by. We would have rated higher except for the noise on that one night.

The fire alarm went off at 4:00am. There was no information from the front desk regarding evacuation. After going down to the front desk I was told they couldn't find any fire and to ignore the alarm. It continued to sound for 3 hours.
They also do not accept American Express for security deposit.

The sofa bed was awful and barely useable.
No adult could sleep on it and expect to have a restful nights sleep.
Someone from your head office should try it out to see how uncomfortable it truly is.
This was a room booked for 5 people yet there were only 4 sets of towels in the bathroom.
The pool was only open till 6pm. When check-in is at 4pm, this is not a lot of time to use the pool. The Best Western we stayed at the day before had pool hours up to 10pm.
We checked in on a Sunday. Only one person was at the desk. Understaffed. Always a line up. I had a question but had to leave with out having it addressed because of the amount of people waiting to be served.

Decent hotel, but the hallways smelled weird, like soapy or something……couldn’t quite place it, but it was strong & overwhelming like they were trying to cover up some other smell.
Hotel also didn’t seem like it was in the safest area.
There was also a bar with food, but it said 18% added to any to go orders! Thought that was quite annoying since we’d just traveled all day & came in kind of late from NY! The last thing I wanted to do was go sit at a bar & eat! What’s with the extra charge for to go orders???? You’re a hotel, people want to go back to their rooms & relax, especially after traveling all day!!

Outrageous — when I awoke in the morning, I could’nt turn on the shower. I went the desk to ask what I was doing wrong, and they showed me a notice on the desk that they were doing repairs and water was interrupted from 8 AM until 4PM.
How can you rent a hotel room that doesn’t have bath or shower!!!!! And front desk Ass’t Manager was no help.

The heater in the room was not working. The shower head fell off. The carpet looked like a moist molded carpet. We called and the night shift said we can’t change your room till tomorrow. The next day a young guy at the front desk started questioning me as if I made up all the above. The night shift hadn’t made a note about anything. He was extremely rude. There were no managers available to discuss, so I checked out. Sleeping in the car was a better idea.

Odor un tue room, dingy ceiling tiles and stains in the bathroom ceiling. Chipped off paint everywhere, rust n the bathroom fixtures. The absolute worst was a human hair hanging from the shower faucet. Disgusting property. The front desk were not super service oriented. But it wasn’t really the staff so much - the property was dirty. How can this people charge $250 or $300 for such a disgusting place?

Tub didnt drain properly, the water temp was tepid at best! Dogs freely roaming the lobby and elevator despite being an animal free facility. When I asked the reception about it, she didn't seem to have noticed. The dog was at leat 80 lbs and very large.😅 They automatically charge vou 100.00 deposit and your room must be cleared by housekeeping before the funds are returned. Be sure to wait and have them check your room before you leave if you want your money back. Beds are comfortable, room was quite and clean. Over all a decent stay.

hotel wanted to charge $50 for checking into a room 40 minutes before 3 pm, when they had rooms available. then, of course, at 3 pm, there was a long line of customers waiting some more because all the patrons were treated the same. hotels may think they are generating more income this way, but they will be sorry for treating their guests this way. i have a long memory, mr. comfort inn.

We are very pleased with our stay. The room was large & clean. We were asked which floor we would like to be on, we chose 4 (top). My blow-dryer was broken & maintenance came quickly to replace it. Breakfast was OK. Did like how all bread/pastry items were wrapped. Would have liked a shady outdoor area to sit, but overall, was great!

Nice place for a night. Sadly what’s happening to all the Comfort Suites and other hotels is the upkeep, fixes, repairs are dwindling to just “throw it together and it’ll be fine” mentality and craftsmanship.
I used to work in the cleaning business at hotels…..my boss would come behind with her “white glove” test. Obviously not the case anymore 😞

Arrived to a lobby with trash piled up around the one trash can spilling over onto the floor. The furniture and condition of the property was extremely outdated and beat up. The air conditioning and control panel on the wall should be in a museum.
Overall functional but why would anyone want to stay in this place in this condition is beyond me.
If it wasn’t late and I could have walked away I certainly would have done so.
