As a person with mobility issues, I was disappointed that the front door, and the door to the first floor rooms did not have a button to cause the door to open. I was using a mobility scooter and struggled in both cases to get through the doors. It really surprised me that a nice hotel like this did not have these standard accessories.

The hotel needs to be updated. For a person having health problems related to walking the layout of this hotel is very inconvenient...small hallways and the rooms are too far from the elevators.

Good value close to airport
Good value at this premium location. Very close to airport and Light Rail. 24hr shuttle to departures great for early morning flights. Had bath drain problem but reception ready to arrange maintenance.

Can walk to the airport, but they do offer a complimentary shuttle. The chair in the room was stained and dirty looking I wouldn't touch it. The heater was awful runs nonstop.

Very Convenient
It was comfortable and really close to the airport. We had a very early flight and we stayed here for the night before our flight. It was quiet and the van to the airport was very prompt.

I liked the fact that it was close to the airport and had airport shuttle service. However, the room was drafty, the heather was noisy and it’s cover loose. It was hard to adjust anything on it. If you want heat, you have to turn on the fan and the heat pump would turn on pretty loudly every 4 minutes or so and it would provide heat for about a minute and stop, then the fan would bring in cold air for another 3 minutes and then heat for another minute, and this would keep repeting. I was only able to sleep for a couple of hours because of this issue.. Otherwise, the staff were nice, the place has pretty good mattresses and pillows..

Friendly staff.Clean enough room although I did find hair in the shower. It’s convenient for the airport and downtown without a big price tag. I Would stay again for a night or two.

My stay was great. Although I arrived a little early my wait was minimal at the airport for the shuttle pickup to getting into my room. The location is very close to the airport, and walkable to a restaurant for dinner. The staff was fantastic, and very accommodating. Everyone of them were customer-focused friendly. My room was clean and it was quiet. My stay was short, but I would definitely stay again just because the service was great.

It’s fine for a necessary proximity to the airport but it needed to be deep cleaned and renovated with fresh everything. Towels, to furnishings. Everything seemed well worn and dingy

It was ok. Chair had a lot of stains and carpet dirty. Tables in restaurant were dirty and when I asked for a towel to wipe down they gave me wet napkins. Close to airport but don’t think I’d stay there again.

The staff that work here, are awesome, super friendly and great with kids, front desk clerk, and in the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport chauffeur was fast at 4 in the morning and super helpful

Won’t stay here again…
Upon our arrival the front desk person was u friendly and did not greet us and not professional. After we got our room number and reached our room, the overall condition of the hotel is outdated and run down looking. The room smelled dusty and moldy and definitely needed a deep cleaning.

THE STAFF!!! So friendly and so accommodating. Couldn’t be more convenient for the airport. There is a free shuttle with a courteous driver but it’s not even required if you don’t mind walking a couple minutes to the walkway entrance that connects to the airport. Stayed here at the start and the finish of my trip and would do it again :) in addition, the walkway entrance connects to the light rail train for a convenient trip into Seattle to explore the sites. In the other direction on the light rail, Angle Lake is the last stop (Angle Lake Park is walkable from the hotel or the light rail) and is a beautiful spot to take in :)

OMG, the carpet was so disgusting, first could not even roll my luggage, then house keeping had big pastic bins in my way which I had to move to get to my room, the room again disgusting thank God I brought diseffecting wipes when I wiped the wall unit Air conditioner it was so dirty, same with remote for tv! The entrance door was so dirty, the only trash can was in the bathroom, then coffee maker in the bathroom had a long gray hair inside! All night there was a banging not sure were it was coming from but just horrible, I do have the banging that went on for hours on video! Very very very disappointing

All The Right Details
It's the "smallish" things about this property that I appreciate: a human being answers the airport pick up line and is there in 10 minutes, early check-in, short walk to the light rail, comfy reading chair with light, good reading lights by the bed, a flat seat to open a suitcase -- and quiet. Plus, it's so reasonable, compared to nearby properties that are about twice the cost.

Ugly rooms and toilet very low like kindergarten
We stayed at the SureStay hotel in SeaTac in Seattle-Tacoma. The rooms are nothing like the pictures shown on hotels.con.
Rooms are very small and the toilet it’s almost down to the floor.

Only hotel in Seatac that alliws a cat
We stayed here when we needed a place to stay after selling our house and moving overseas. The reason we chose this hotel was they allowed us to have our cat with us, who we took overseas with us.

Our check in went well, Zacia was very helpful and a good representative. Our room was clean and very nice.
Unfortunately, that's where the good news ended. The refrigerator made noise all night along with the toilet that ran continuously. We also had a neighbor who talked very loudly until 3:30 in the morning, all of which kept us up all night. Quite honestly it was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel.

The staff at check-in were great, bed comfortable and facility quiet. I chose this hotel because they said there was a restaurant and bar on site. Restaurant only served bar food and the young lady staffing the bar was too young to pour a drink. That was disappointing. The carpeting in the room has lots of stains and should be replaced.
Iguess for a place to stay near the airport its okay. I dont think it would be my first choice next time.

We were surprised no even bar fridge in the room, air conditioner 10000 years old, no breakfast , hardly found a parking spot close to the door ( no spaces for HC cars) No luggage cars…. And cost like a Best Western, not like a motel ….

This was the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms looked nothing like they did in the photos on line when I booked this room .The bathroom window was open when we got to the room and no screen ! TV did not work .I slept maybe one hour that night on top of the covers because I needed all the padding I could get . You could literally feel the springs in the bed. I would’ve been more comfortable in my car.
I would highly suggest that ask to check out the room before they charge your credit card because they do as soon as you check in … This is my first ever negative review , I don’t like to complain , I would want to know .

Convenient, but a very dated property. Hallways seemed a bit dingy. Bathroom light took 4-5 minutes to finally come on (we were warned by the front desk). Excellent marks though for the shuttle service to the airport. Wife and daughter weren't quite ready yet when the bus left. Very same bus returned 11 minutes later and dropped us off at the Delta terminal. Ride only took about 3-4 minutes at most.

The rooms are dark and dingy looking. The air conditioner was not working well, so we sweat all night. The pillow case smelled like it had been sitting in the washer too long. The bed was comfortable but I had to ditch most of the pillows because of the smell. The Bistro was convenient, food was just ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel layout was frustrating. The rooms required a hike down a very long hall.

Overall our stay was verry good! Quiet , and nice to rest from a long flight or a long day in the city! Staff was super friendly and helpful! The poor prt is the rooms! They need to be updated because the a/c units are super old, they give the room a bad smell and its not nice walk inside a room with a disgusting smell! Walls , carpets and bathrooms need to be taken care of too. For a couple to pass a coupple of nights and leave, its good cause’ u are practically in the airport! But for a longer stay I prob wont go back until the place gets a propper facelift because after all its not pennies u are spending in your stay!!

Took four calls to get the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport. They kept saying they were on their way and they weren’t. Also, there is a north and south hotel facility. Their van was not labeled north or south, all it said was Sure Stay. Very confusing. Hotel is tired. Needs updating.

Within 5 minutes of booking on Expedia, I discovered an error in date. Called Expedia…no relief. Called hotel…no relief. I did see the “final” explanation when booking, but believe there should be some exception when immediately reported.

Not bad overall if you're on a budget
Not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget. It is an older building that seems like it has had some renovations done recently, but some parts still feel outdated. We have stayed here a couple of times and have not had any issues with service or cleanliness. The location is convenient to the airport and light rail.
There are definitely nicer places to stay in Seattle, but we would stay here again just because of the fair price and convenience to the airport.

We stayed here as a family before our early morning flight. The staff at the front counter were super nice. The rooms were sooooo old. They smelt like old smoke, the water marks in the hallway were gross and the beds were terrible. The tub had many stains in it as it was so old. Maybe we just got the oldest part of hotel. As for food was ok. It was easy for the kids but definitely nothing fancy. I think i would try another hotel next time.
