I paid through Travelocity for this room. They asked for my debit card at time of check in. They charged my debit card one $153.98 and when I called to speak to the manager I guess I spoke to the owner he told me to go get blank And he was not refunding my money so now I got to file a complaint with Travelocity to get my money back. when I asked the front desk person this morning at time of check out why they charged my card again he started yelling at me. I asked for a receipt he told me no I was not allowed to receipt and that I would have to wait until they emailed a receipt to me. Finally after a little bit of an argument I was able to get a receipt and there is that charge for one $153.98

Checked in around 3pm. Did not have requested room. Gave us room that was under repairs. Front panel on sink was missing, bare wood showing. There was no hot water for sink. Reported to front desk. Was told they just installed a new water heater and there was nothing they could do. Phone in room did not work. Reported it and they removed the phone from room. Next day told us the phone line in the room did not work. No phone for entire stay. Alarm clock in room did not work. Had to go to front desk to get towels for the room. Did not service room until third day. Front desk staffer was extremely nice and polite.
He as friendly and supportive. He gave us directions to great restaurants and tried to make our stay enjoyable even though he was unable to correct any of the problems.
Do not feel the room was worth what we had to pay. Could have received a better room at Motel 6.

I did not like anything. Although breakfast is included, it was the hotel customers who actually argued with the hotel staff to bring the breakfast.Only when prompted and yelled at, the hotel "manager" brought breakfast. Terrible, lazy people.

Run down. Toilet leaked from the floor above and they did a scrappy job fixing it.
Would not accommodate an early check in.

Run down but friendly staff
Great service at check in, all staff was friendly during all interactions for our duration. Hotel is run down, but room was clean. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and breakfast was not good at all. Wouldn’t stay with a family or small kids again, but solo would be fine.

Property was dirty tub was stained roof had water leak shower would not shut off nasty filthy for $175. It should’ve been a lot nicer. Call spoke to the manager because his people would not do anything about it and he hung up on me. His name was DJ.

The receptionist that greeted us was cordial and helpful. There was some difficulty getting additional towels. The breakfast was probably the worse I have ever had at a hotel. There was no fresh fruit or yogurt. Neither was there oatmeal or grits. We had to go out for breakfast because there was nothing that we could eat.

Property was off off interstate and easy to get to but is in industrial area with nothing available within safe walking distance. Older hotel in desperate need of updating. Smelled like cigarette smoke in room hallway, initial key to room did not work, hairdryer in room was not working, Ice machine not working, housekeeping not offered for the days we stayed & were told replacement towel sets were not available. Walls are thin and guests in other rooms could be heard. Breakfast items were minimal, no usual fruit or yogurt offered with continental breakfast. There are better places to stay for the similar costs & we will not return.

It is very clean and comfortable place to stay. The only negative aspect is that if your rooms are facing the high way, you could get awakened by trucks rushing by. Otherwise it is a fairly decent place to stay.

It was a mistake to be there.
1.At check-in, I asked if she could give us a room with a view of the pool, he totally ignored us, she didn't even answer yes or no. It took so long to check in.
2. At room, floor look old and dirty. The hair dryer was broken.
3. the room and the bathroom, shower were very small.
4. At breakfast, what a disappointment!! I arrived at around 7:30 am, almost empty, there was no one eating, the refrigerator only had cubes of butter, the egg tray... empty, nothing inside, no cereals, no fruit, no juices. The only alternative I had was the waffles, what a disappointment here too! that waffle mix was so runny, it looked very bad, and when I put it in the machine everything stuck.
I have been in many hotels and never had that experience with the waffle.
I asked the front desk if he could provide food for breakfast, the man with long hair, it didn't look like he knew anything about food or preparation. It took a long time to bring the eggs, and brought only about 4 pieces, the egg looked very greasy, and nothing good, in the end I lose my appetite and I didn't eat anything.
5. When leaving, nobody was at front desk, I press the ring, the manager didn't even come to the front desk, he was in his office inside, the only thing i heard was "bye, bye"
what a disappointment!!!
My family and I had a very horrible experience in that hotel. We will never return to that place and I do not recommend that place to anyone either.

I picked this hotel because I wanted a place near the Tufesa bus station. This hotel had a better rating than others in the area. I did feel safe and the place was clean. And the pool is big and very clean. But the staff was very unfriendly. They always had the "we will be back in 5 minute" sign up. If you rang the bell, they seemed annoyed. The breakfast was awful. No water, no juice, no fruit, no yogurt. You had to beg for them to bring eggs, sausage, and milk. Eggs were cold, good thing they had a working microwave. Coffee machine was good, and we were able to enjoy the coffee whenever we wanted coffee. I did not dare ask for an extra towel when I went to the pool. Didn't want to annoy the staff anymore than I had to, LOL!

Lost my gold hoop earring and white Juniper pen n cartridge. No Kleenex tissue to blow my nose. Pillows were flat and mushy. Need to replaced.

I stayed one night at this hotel and I had a bad experience. I forgot my original fast charge Samsung cell phone charger. I called the front desk and the customer service person was uncooperative and rude. He told me that there was no charger in the room, which was a lie because I left the charger in the room. He didn't do his due diligence of investigating the incident with the employees. He didn't even ask me for further details, offer alternatives, or at least apologize for my unfortunate situation. I feel robbed.

Beds comfort and pillows good , shower was hard to turn on. Few stains on bath and rust in sink. Hot tub good.
Breakfast was awful - the eggs has soft cheese in it and sausage smelt cheap. Hot juice so the staff said use ice to cool it. Pancake mix was watery. Apples only, bread and a cake .that’s it! Basically ate cereal very disappointing for a comfort inn give breakfast a -0
Don’t know why there offering a breakfast as they cba - won’t ever re book this again !

Based on parking lot cars parking (2 cars only including us) when we check in at 5 pm Sunday 4/30/2023; 4 people (including us) around 7 - 7:30 am in breakfast room and 4-5 cars on parking lot, we don't understand why the front desk lady won't give us a little quiet room since they have so many vacant rooms. We asked the lady for quiet room when we check in but she still give us room close to highway. Because I-10 too noisy all night so we cancelled the next return 5/3/2023 booking even though it's convenient location for us to stay.

Staff friendly. There was breakfast available in the morning however we couldn’t partake as we left for the airport by 5am. Only downside to our room was that it had a heavy perfume smell. I don’t know it was just way too much.

It was the closest hotel to my overall destination. I was limited on what i had to choose to eat because i had no transportation and i wasnt willing to walk very far due to the weather. Overall i made it work and i would also stay again. It is in a ok part of town compared to what i grew up in so be aware of your surroundings but the hotel sits off to itself which makes it OK. I would stay again and also recommend this hotel.

Not what I thought it would be
The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but inside it is much different. I booked this hotel because it had a high rating. The overall appearance of the inside is dirty and there is a bad smell.

When you spend this type of money on a hotel you usually expect an above average property, but this property was only average. While there is nothing wrong with an average property, you would prefer to pay an average price.
There was one issue with our bathroom as it clearly had water damage from some time ago. It did not appear that an effort was made to fix it and it was not pleasant to look at during our 4 night stay.

This hotel was great! It was extremely clean which is the most important thing to me. Second most important is the bed and it was super comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location made it easy to get around. The breakfast could have been more varied but otherwise a perfect stay.

Our stay was quiet, clean, and service was quick. The hotel appeared a but lived in- some carpet stains or water spots, but it was evident that everything was very clean. The surrounding area is not the nicest. Visually looks questionably unsafe, but i never saw people that validated that assumption. The parking lot was very well lit and in the property was in the best compared to everything down the street from it. The property was just off the freeway which is what we always took to get into Glendale.

Made reservation online and was unaware of surrounding area. The hotel was next to freeway in a very undesirable neighborhood. Felt very unsafe. Worried my car wouldn’t be there in the morning. Carpets were disgusting, complimentary lotion had something brown on it, ceiling had stains. On a good note, the bed was comfortable.

Check in was fine but we were disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom had clear water damage with bubbling and cracks in the ceiling. The room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes. I alerted the staff of this to make sure that I was not charged for the smell. The manager came to the room and told us it was because of the room heater and assured we would not be charged. We only stayed for one night but we’re disappointed with the state of the room for how much we paid for it. Overall it was fine if you were just sleeping there and didn’t need to shower.

First time to Phx from Seattle on vacation. The most
terrible experience I have ever had. The hotel mgr cancelled my reservation when I arrived, without notice, yelling, screaming at me, ordered me out, threatened to call the police after I asked him if this hotel was safe, told him the police officer warned me about staying here, prostitutes, unsafe area. Mgr refused to give me a cancellation notice, then only for 1 day, not 3 days of my reservation.I called the police for help, got none. I had no place to go at 6PM. Ended upon driving over 2 hours, 200 miles to find the nearest hotel for the night! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Everyone later on told me this I-10 and 27th Ave W area is unsafe. Am a truck driver. always stayed at Comfort Inn's, NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN WITH EXPEDIA! They refused to refund my room and credit my card $748.56!!

As a seasoned hotel stayer with over 30 years of experience, I regret to say that my recent stay at the Comfort Inn West Phoenix at 27th Ave and I-10 in Phoenix, Arizona, was far from satisfactory. From the very start, my experience was marred by uncomfortable interactions with the staff, Brian and Lexis.
As a black man, I couldn't help but feel that they treated me strangely, and I suspect that their behavior may have been racially motivated. I had booked my room through Expedia with my company card, but when I arrived to pay, they refused to accept it, claiming that it was against their hotel policy to accept business cards. I found this highly unusual, as I have used this same card at dozens of other hotels across the country and in Arizona, including other Comfort Inns, without any issues. Despite my repeated requests for proof of this policy, they refused to provide any, and instead insisted that I use my personal card. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Unfortunately, my room was no better. The bed was itchy, and the noise from the nearby highway was extremely loud and even vibrated the room at times, making it difficult to sleep. The room itself was dated and uncomfortable, and the overall quality did not match the price.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was a joke. The hot food was cold, and the cold food was room temperature. It was clear that little effort had been made to provide a quality breakfast for guests.

Average, at best - not a great area
This is not in the greatest area of Phoenix - so definitely plan to stay inside the hotel. The room had some furniture stains, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were lumpy.

Honestly pretty tired of seeing these fake 4 star hotels on Expedia and showing up to a cardboard mattress and bathroom that smells horrible. Some staff were nice and the managers were not. Getting an extra towel was a mission and was being belittled when checking out. Definitely would not do this stay again.

Overall, I would stay here again. The only bad thing I have to say is, there is a side door that states "you need a key to enter". That door never locked. You don't want some random person to enter. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. And, it's right off the freeway. Easy in, easy out.
