The downstair carpet by the elevator needs to replaced but that is minor. They had cheap vending machines that take credit cards. The free breakfast was delicious. We went to get our teeth done in Mexico and it met our needs.

Unexpected weather forced us to get a room last minute. Front desk lady was super kind. The hotel is older, and a little worn. But very clean. Keys are plastic wrapped, hand sanitizer availble at desk. The room is comfortable, very clean. Well lit parking lot with space for oversized vehicles. Ive stayed here 3 times and will stay anytime i visit yuma.

The building is old and shows its age though the quality on the amenities are average; nothing to rant about. Breakfast is hot and had lots of inexpensive choices; the beds and pillows are nice. A/C unit was somewhat noisy but it worked. Hot water was good; bathroom fan noisy. Toilet, sink, mini-refrigerator were good. We didn't use the microwave; it looked good though.

Just needed a clean, lower-cost place for the night, and that's exactly what we got. We had a little trouble with our room's door and the card entry, but the desk got right on it and took care of it.

We stayed four nights and never got our room cleaned. We told the staff not to clean our room the first day, but it wasn’t cleaned the next two either. I went to the front desk and was told they don’t clean the rooms unless we ask. I did get some clean towels at last.

Average hotel with good customer service
The hotel was low priced and clean, but it is a little rundown. All of the lampshades in our room were damaged and there were bugs in the light in the bathroom. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and many options for breakfast.

I asked for a handicapped room .i didn't get. And asked for a down stairs room. I didn't get. I have heart problems and can't walk long dustance so it was a bit of an inconvenience.

The breakfast was hot & fresh along with coffee, juice, fruit everyday of my stay. The staff were all polite & accommodating. My room was cleaned, bed made, towels replenished everyday. I would recommend this small hotel to anyone. Exceptional!

Old hotel, rundown. Had a 2 day reservation for 2 days at $80 per night ended up cancellling one day and they only refunded $40. Hotel is run by folks from India like 7 Elevens. I don’t trust them but you get what you pay for.

All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly. The check-in and check-out process were very easy. The breakfast was great in the morning. We enjoyed the outdoor Spa pool but wish the jets had been working. This hotel offers a great value and was very convenient to the freeway and other shops/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it had breakfast at the property. What i didn't like was that our room did not have that much lighting and that in the shower it didn't have anywhere to put the soap and shampoo. I also didn't like that the shower was a little slippery even before we turned on the shower.

Hi all, My stay at QualityInn in Yuma was great. The staff was super nice, room was clean. The property was safe and quiet. It was very close to a lot of dining options and it was fun. I enjoyed watching cool movies on TV and the amenities like the hot tub and gym were great. I give it 5 stars.

The front desk was quick, friendly, and welcoming. The price was reasonable. Plus, it was clean.
Side note. Smells trigger different moods and the smell was clean and refreshing which made my stay more pleasant.
I will be in Yuma again next weekend and I’m staying at this hotel again.

Room was very dirty. Found a bloody band-aid on the floor. Several hairs were also found on the tile floor in the bathroom and in the tub. Caulking around Jacuzzi was still wet to touch.

After bringing in all luggage and sleeping kids inand being settled, we found the 1st room we were given had pee/feces and such in the toilet. Moved to a 2nd room, which we thought we had checked, only to find damp used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Made mention of it, but with the hotel struggling to find another room, we opted to wait till the morning rather than move the kids again. At 3 am, rain started coming in the room from around the ac unit/window. Mentioned to staff in the morning... asked for a comp/refund for that night a we had already paid for two nights, only to met with a unreasonable manager who only wanted to talk about the leak.. which I get things happen. My issue was the unsanitary issues. A 3rd room was given, which appeared clean until I opened the sofa bed and old pepperoni and sausage came falling out. Then, the next morning, while in the shower, I found old shampoo streaks when my elbow rubbed against the wall. Clearly housekeeping is lacking, and the manager would rather argue and make excusess. The best he did was offer a 3rd night for free.. like I'd ever want to stay for longer than what I had already been forced to pay.

The place is very old. We did not receive housekeeping on our second day. Asked about it was told that when you had extended stay you need to ask for housekeeping. I do not know about you but the reason I stay at a hotel is for the daily housekeeping. I told they would be charging me more for the room since I left early, even with them not refunding any of my money. Will keep an eye on my statement to make sure it does not happen

The building didn’t smell good. Smelled like rotting food. The vending machine for drinks didn’t work. The cover sheet on the bed looked like it had oil stains all over it. Made me nerves about going to the pool area. Shower head leaking really bad. Not super thrilled with my stay. The receptionist was very nice though.

Disappointing. I had two criteria for my stay. Breakfast and a Hot Tub. The hot tub was cold and the staff said it was a kiddie pool when I asked how long the hot tub had been broken. Room was clean and staff was friendly and efficient. But no hot tub created disappointment.

Comfort in Yuma
Nice room with freezer/fridge and microwave which we use when we travel. Comfortable, clean king bed. Comfortable lounge chair to sit in.

Room was comfortable, clean, soft sheets and nice bathroom. The floors in the hallways could have used vacuuming. We also could have used a waste basket in the main room. The breakfast was nice. We had a good night's sleep. The staff in the lobby and the staff who replenished the breakfast were polite and kind and very helpful. The hotel was billed as pet friendly, but there wasn't much in the way of facilities for pets, like a place that was set up for pets.

We were tired and needed a quiwt warm place to sleep after 3 days of camping & vending at the Two Rivers Renaissance Faire. The price was fair. The room waa clean, warm and lovely beds. The carpets & public areas are a bit worn, but not dirty. Great, friendly staff. Ample selections for hot breakfast. 100% will come back next year.

Good convenient local close to places to eat, gas stations, and a shopping center with Target, Dillards, JC Penney, Vitamin Shoppe, and more restaurants.
Although located just off a major highway with freeway access, the hotel is set back away sufficiently that the noise is not a problem.

They have a great breakfast area. You can make waffles, they have eggs sausage toast yogurt bagels and cream cheese cereal oatmeal milk juice coffee
However, this place needs some serious updating. Our tub looked like it was caulked by a 2yr old, the drain backed up & needed to be snaked (gross), one of the lamp shades were missing, the top 2 dresser drawers were stuffed full of disheveled sheets...weird right?
THEN there was the problem of ants in the bathroom - they showed up right after the maintenance guy cleared the tub drain. When we reported this to the front desk person - she gave us a bottle of bleach and 2 cups...?
So I would definitely say I got what I paid for when I picked the cheapest accommodations offered to me.

Well we were given the wrong room at first then the second room we were given the door was open there was food still in fridge then half used bars of soap and urine stains on the tub rim just overall a nasty experience

The desk staff does not answer the phone, tried to call 5 times. I now understand why, her family was at the hotel when I checked in and out. There is very little lighting around the property, needs paint and new carpet.

The property was dirty outside with many cigarette butts on the ground and an uncovered garbage can near the front door. The hallway carpet is dirty and warn out and the room furniture is chipped. Breakfast was inedible, with stale bread. The best thing about this hotel was a clean bathroom and clean sheets. I would have found a different place to stay but I had guaranteed the room and was already charged. DONT STAY HERE - it's a dump!

Loved the pre COVID amenities at this hotel! Had the pool open with hot tub. Got to finally eat a breakfast at the hotel! Yes we have to deal with COVID yet we can get on with life. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!
