Comfortable pillows and blackout curtains were highly effective. Plenty of toilet paper stocked. Smelled like smoke inside my room and weed outside the property. Close to several eateries at each corner of the intersection.

Bed was horrible!!! Hotel is definitely outdated and has a musty old smell throughout. The area around the hotel is a loud and unsafe. Drug addict asking for money or food when walking to the McDonald’s next door. Never will be back! I would pay double to not stay there again.

TV did not work...in two rooms. Staff promised to fix it, but did not. Keys failed 3 times, maids did not clean room 3 of 5 days. Breakfast was good.

Location was good everything was close
This place was convenient MacDonald some feet away, U.S Egg & Dunkin donuts 2 buildings down CVS close and a lot of food options. This was a last minute booking. Service was great, Customer Service Great, employees very courteous and considerate.

The surfaces in the room had food on them.
The coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest.
There were no fresh cups
The refrigerator was not clean
The carpet had crumbs
The sheets and towels were stained.
The staff were kind and helpfull,
But the cleanliness is very lacking.

It doesnt mention it on here but theres a $100 deposit therefore my kids and i didnt get to stay here. Had already paid online and had to wait 3 days for my refund to be deposited, fun.

Great budget stay
Was in town for a hockey gameb so will I needed was a comfy room to lay my head in. Great budget stay about a 20 minute drive from Mullett arena. Staff was great.

This is a great and affordable property. Our check-in was very smooth in the person helping us for checking in the night was very, very helpful. He made sure we are all comfortable and answered all the questions. The room was very comfortable and there was no noise. The breakfast option was also very good. I would highly recommend this property

Well the hotel is ok nothing great but nothing too bad. Upon check-in, whoever was at the front desk was just looking at his phone, didn't acknowledge me or care to. So I spoke first and said I am here to check in, his response was , "ID" no hello or any civility. Then he proceeded to copy ID, then said "100 dollar deposit" and nothing else. He was very rude and annoyed I was there. Anyway, the room was supposed to be a king bed but was two queens. Fair enough I was tired and didn't want to deal with Mr. Rudeness. Room smelled like burnt broccoli and burned popcorn. But was at par for cleanliness. Overall it was a room to sleep in, I won't recommend but if you need a room slightly cheaper than others around, so be it.

It was clean and in a very convenient safe area. However beds very uncomfortable and we were in room next to the elevator and it sounded like a door was slamming dozens of times all night long. It was a good price so I can't be upset.

The room definitely had some wear and tear. Scratched up sink counter, broken lamp shades, etc. outside of that it wasn’t bad. Walls are very thin and the water pressure was insane. Every time you flush the toilet it was like a cyclone from how fast the water moved.

Service was horrible and the room was not clean and the cable tv did not work. I asked for another room and was denied. I chose not to stay there and asked for a refund. I was denied a refund. I would not recommend to stay at this place!

The first room they gave me had no beds in the room then i was given an “up graded” room for the inconvenience the bed has dirty and stained i asked for clean bedding and was given another comforter with black spots all over. there was mold in the bathroom the a/c in the room kept shutting off the mini fridge in the up graded room didnt work didnt keep any drinks cold

Took more than 1 hour to the front desk guy to find my reservation. He was trying to charge me for another room. I have to call twice to the orbitz customer service to get it resolved. Then finally he gave a room that was not ready. It was like an storage room. This was late at night and we waste a lot of time when we were really tired.

Prepaid for hotel room with Expedia points and cash 8-9 months ago. Go to check in and they say they don’t have my reservation. Expedia had reservation and so did hotel. Would not let me check in even reservation was found. Lost money and room and slept in car because I was on a tight budget. The one desk person was more interested in yelling at kids and looking at cell phone and didn’t help at all…

I checked in on the ninth and my friend on the 10th. We were both so surprised that the mattress was a spring mattress. Very uncomfortable. Maybe putting a good mattress pad or something. We both kept hitting our feet on the bedframe, so maybe some pool noodles that you can put around it it. It will safeguard our feet’s .
The breakfast was ok. On the 3nd day @ 8:00. The was hardly any food out. The desk clerk was just standing around talking to her housekeeper like bullshitting instead of checking on the food supply. There were at least seven people waiting for food, but yet the clerk just kept on talking to her friends.
The room 112 the guy kept hitting the wall with the headboard day and night so maybe some kind of padding behind the headboard. To go around it. Whoever was upstairs in 214 they kept dropping everything on the floor they were running. They were jumping and this is at 5:30–6 o’clock in the morning are you kidding me?
The AC hardly worked. The room remained warm. Even with it being hot out side.
I know my friend and I will not be back at this location.

Good people terrible experience.
All the employees were good. Just didn’t say anything about a $100 security deposit when I booked the room. also the breakfast was lackluster and the room felt patched up, didn’t feel like a finished room ready to be used.

For being a cheaper hotel, it was a good experience! It was cleaner than expected, and near dining/shopping experiences.
However, the room smelled terrible despite being clean. There was a musty odor that was very noticeable as soon as you opened the door — I believe it was room 103. The male receptionist who checked us in was also very short with us and seemed like he hated his job. It was a good experience overall.

I love one particular young lady at the front desk. She really made me feel like I was at home. She had a very can do attitude. Very cheerful. I'm very glad I came to this place. The room was excellent. I'd come back in a heartbeat to this place. Very cozy and quiet. Thanks staff.

Not a fan this time
When we were checking in, the system had crashed. Couldn’t check in for over 45 minutes.
Then when we got into our room, there was dirty rags left in the bathroom;
They gave a man the same room key so someone was trying to get into the same room we just got.
Luckily we locked the door.

Stayed for one night. Really basic and pretty dated.
Clean enough, but not amazing.
The breakfast was bare bones. If you are thirsty for something other than coffee (including water) bring our own.

We stayed here one night at the beginning of our trip & decided to book a second night at the end because it's very convenient to the airport. The first stay was in the older part of the building that had not been renovated & was excellent. The second night we were in the renovated part & I'll just say they shouldn't have renovated!! Bathroom door wouldn't shut right because it scraped on the new counter. Cute window seat in all rooms, but the renovated one had a light that had no switch anywhere. Beds were not quite as comfortable, but acceptable. Breakfast was great, but could have been a little hotter. Mostly minor issues. Overall a good stay for the money. Would stay here again.

Rooms were very clean. I mistakenly booked a room with one bed. Upon arrival they let us switch to 2 beds with no extra charge, but said it would be in the part that had not yet been renovated. It was old & some things were run down, but we were aware & it was fine. Cleanliness was more of a factor. Breakfast was great. Hot foods as well as cold. We decided to book a night next week on our way home. Very convenient to Sky Harbor, but not too close for noise. Would stay here again.

Room was good, wallpaper in hallway coming off. Shower had no lip on the edge, even though I tried to keep the shower curtain inside, water got all over the floor. No counter in bathroom to put items like toothpaste, etc. TV was confusing. Staff was nice.

The main area is run down and dirty, reeked of marijuana. The floors are sticky and dirty. The carpet in the hallways look like they haven't seen a vacuum never. The walls are dirty and beat up. The mattress is uncomfortable and can feel the springs on your back. There was residue in the sink and toilet. The shower floor was black and dingy. Noisy all night, people smoking weed although there are signs stating you can't. The list goes on and on. I will not recommend this hotel nor staying here again

This is the perfect example of how an inexpensive hotel should be. Obviously with the lower price point you will find minor flaws within the building but in no way did it feel dirty. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, in my opinion: perfection at it's price point.

Stopped here for a night to visit a dear friend. I was surprised by the prices of the area hotels. I always want a safe clean space to stay. I was very happy with this place. Easy to find, close to everything you need, emaculently clean, and nice workers. Yes it appears that some of the lobby floors needs repair and perhaps they are upgrading their wiring in the outlets if some hallway walls but the room was beautiful, very clean, and we'll kept. Exactly as in the pictures.
