Staff was super friendly and kind. Overall cleanliness was good, and the feel of the hotel in general was nice and updated. Downside was that our room smelt of cigarettes, even though they are supposed to be a smoke free property. & I’m not sure what it was but there was a loud annoying noise running throughout our entire stay, sounded like there were large washer machines going right above our room.

The hotel is beautiful, one of my favorites..The staff are friendly, the beds are super comfy. Convenient to lots of restaurants, the only complaint I would have is the room is not the cleanest I had to use my own lysol wipes to wipe stuff down. Other than that everything else was great..

If they ( Resort) invested in the physical property, and put on some more staff, it would be a five star Resort.
Alas, they have hired a “ bean counter” who has told upper management he or she will “ draw a line on costs”… penny wise, pound foolish.
One of the great locations on the south shore. Elevators broken, restaurant closed on New Years Day, no room service, no one to help with bags…

I would like some sort of refund for this stay. I tried to check in twice at the appropriate check in time and the staff was so rude. I let them know we had a wedding to get ready for and was still so rude. I had STILL let them know we would be checking in late and then when we did check in we were marked as a no show and almost didn’t get our room. I want some sort of refund.

We spent 3 nights, we had two rooms. Rooms were weirdly warm considering that it was late December, the AC was definitely not working properly. Mattress cover on one of the beds had a pretty nasty stain and we complained about it twice to no avail although beds were made daily! TV in one room didn’t work. Neither bathroom door locked. Parking is not easy.

This place is poorly run now
This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve endured ever!!!! Hearing g vent over my bed sounds like a freight train so it wakes me all during the night .. no solid sleep. Broken phone, no way to call desk so I had to walk to front desk with all questions. Hotel employee came to fix the phone and not knocking, walked into the bedroom unannounced. Wall looks like it has 2 blood stains that are not small.. so so so many issues it’s very disheartening..!

Nice hotel, We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Unfortunately…Long wait to check in. I prepaid, but was still charged a hundred dollar “deposit” at check in which was completely unexpected and unexplained until I asked. The resort fee was expected but the deposit was not and doesn’t make sense when you have already paid in full. They didn’t know anything about the electric car charging station, and could only provide a page long instruction sheet that required downloading an app and creating an account, which is very time consuming and I really wish they had told us in advance as we were already late and could have done that more easily in advance. The hotel is very nice and the pool and gym are excellent. We really enjoyed the experience except for the check in process so hopefully that will be smoothed out in the future.

We've stayed at this property 10x and this hotel has no system to recognize repeat clients or VIPs. We were there for 2 nights in Dec 23 and didn't get cleaning service, although we asked for it. They offered to provide a credit. Upon checkout, no one had made a notation of the problems or communication. No manager presence was available during the 2 days. Also, upon checkin, staff told us Shoreline restaurant was serving until 10PM. At 9:15, we showed up and restaurant kitchen was closed. So, was most everything else in town. We asked for new pillows that weren't lumpy. We were delivered pillows with no pillow covers by someone who couldn't pronounce the word "pillow". Overall, really disorganized and doesn't seem to be improviing. No one really cares about guests at this place. Avoid.

I had to wait 25 minutes in the lobby. It took more than 40 minutes for them to see the deal from Expedia in their system
I hate Hotels.com since it got taken over by Expedia
There is no way to reach someone on the phone and the bot sucks. The reward is really not as good: I used to earn 1 night on 10 booked. Now I am getting a couple of $ for each night. I will research for an alternative for 2024

It is the off season and a holiday week, so things were definitely a little slower everywhere and lots of places in the area were closed.
The indoor pool was great, especially since it was chilly and rainy outside. The room had a nice fireplace and the property was really well maintained. Only had a couple of minor hiccups but overall enjoyable.

I know it’s off season. But the staff needs some training.
After calling that I would be late for pre-paid check in, to please allow my GF access to room.(two calls) she still had to call from the desk..no message shared…GF had to call from desk..I was there in 20 minutes to check in.
Fireplace doesn’t work..asked for repair..no repair..asked for room change..never occurred to front desk to offer..no call back to move us.
Too bad ..we come here three four times a year…

Great fun.
We had a great experience. They have a kitchen bar adjacent to the Lobby
Food was great. Specially the stuffed hadoc. And their cocktails to die for.
Dave in the bar. Made us feel at home and was a very pleasant person to talk and joke about.
Over all great.
Only down side is that we paid for ocean view... I felt cheated.
Our room was on the side of the building. Yes I could see the ocean. But for the upgrade price I expected more

This hotel is going downhill
At one time, this resort was probably very nice, the quality of furniture and decorations are above average. However maintenance of our room was poor. The closet doors were off their tracks, windows did not properly latch, and road traffic was loud. Shower fixture was missing parts, no ironing board, and dresser drawer handles were very loose. The bed was comfortable and clean. Perhaps they couldn't hire and maintenance workers.

Hotel was fine. However, after we checked out we got charged an additional $93. I asked about the charge and was told it was an “amenities charge.” We weren’t told about this either when we checked in or when we checked out. And, no, they would not reverse since we had booked through Hotels.com! We paid for 4 nights but we checked out a day early. Again, we were told since we booked through a third party we didn’t get any refund. They clearly don’t appreciate anyone who books through a third party. We’ll never stay there again.

I stayed for a week and housekeeping came to my room twice to drop off new towels. The beds were not made or changed one single time despite my continued complaints and I ended up emptying my own trash. What an absolute disappointment at $400/night. Chlorine levels in the pool were intolerable even just to sit in the area, everybody was talking about their eyes burning. I would never stay here again despite it actually being a very nice hotel.

A beautiful place, pleasant surroundings, beach nearby, lots of restaurants but they close their kitchens at 9:00 p.m. practically all of them, breakfast is not included even though the price of the room is still valued.

Loved Nantasket Beach resort! Everything was wonderful and clean. Attention to detail in the rooms is a plus, loved the nautical theme!

It's a very nice beachy property that seems out of place in Nantasket ,a famously underdeveloped area.Beautiful beach but not much else.A couple of decent eateries ( the hotel's restaurant is very good but not open for breakfast) but very few shops.The North building is accessible but to access the South building you have to negotiate stairs and a long walkway, no direct elevator access for luggage which was really inconvenient.Liked it but we won't be back

This property was big had great views of the ocean. Beach was right out front and easy to access. The elevators were down so that was tough with heavy baggage. Restaurant on site was delicious!! Overall a great stay. I would return. Town is small and quaint. Not tons to see there but we just wanted to have some good food at dinner and sit on beach while there.

Sandwiched between 2-2 lane streets, it’s noisy, and not enough parking. Satellite dirt parking lot down the street.

Over rated and over priced. Here is what you need to know:
Pros:
The location is really close to the beach, and lots of restaurants which was great. There are parkings at the beach side as well as next to the hotel. There was a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t use them during our stay. The room was clean and hot water available anytime.
Cons:
Price & fees: The hotel was really expensive, specially that they don’t offer breakfast, plus they charge extra fees upon checking in which make no sense!! They call it amenities fees.
Staff: The staff saw us struggling with our stuff and didn’t offer to help not even to show us where our room was. The hotel inside is like a maze, literally took us a-day to know where the entrance and exit was.
Accessibility: All doors accessibility button was not working. Except main entrance. It was a struggle with stroller.
View: unless you get the ocean view, all rooms are facing each other. Privacy has no place in this hotel.
Expedia messed up our booking, we paid extra for full ocean views and got partial view and facing the other building. Our ticket still under investigation.

I was able to go to smoothie store across the street and the parrot resturant services gluten and dairy food. perfect. Great service to buildings down on the beach. Right on the beach the resort is. YOU WILL HAVE A SERVICE WHEN YOU STAY ONE WILL BE charge 23.00 YOU DON'T GET BACK THE OTHER IS 50. YOU WILL GET BACK. Second time I was there I went in Oct of last year and June this year.

This was an amazing stay. This resort truly is worth every penny. The staff go out of their way to help you. The food and drinks at restaurant were superb. There is a fireplace in the room. My favorite part was the shower. Honestly I was impressed at how much comfort they can provide. It was like they knew all the little mattered. Just be aware that there is an amenity fee you have to pay when you go to the hotel

Very nice resort; across the street from the beach. Easy and safe parking on the property. Clean and nicely organized and great place to have long walks on the beach. Pleasant atmosphere. About 45 minutes drive to downtown Boston.

Our shower only gave us scalding hot water. We found this out at 1 am. So we had to change rooms in the middle
Of the night and they only had 2 queens available and no kings. When we asked again for a king they repeated that they had none and that we could stay in the room with the broken shower if we want a king. Rude! There also Was an event that night and the convenient exit was
Blocked. We had to walk to the other side of
The hotel to exit. Very inconvenient and completely ridiculous to inconvenience all your guests for a party.

Fantastic Place Hidden Gem
We really liked this place a lot, I upgraded when I got there for an Ocean View which was worth the $40.00 up charge. Staff was extremely friendly especially the front desk guys. Eat at Jake’s Seafood for Dinner you can’t beat it for Seafood, ate at Bread Basket for breakfast and that was great too. Hotel is right on the ocean and decorated great too. Gas Fireplace in the bedroom too.

Terrible start to my stay
We booked at this hotel several months ago to attend an event in the area. When I arrived at the hotel at 9pm after the event, with two exhausted toddlers who needed to go to bed, I was extremely disappointed to realize they had booked me into a room maybe FIFTY FEET from the huge room where a wedding was being held. Clearly the dance floor was open because the bass thumped through my room for the next hour. No one told me that my room was directly next to an event space where an extremely loud event was being held. Thankfully it ended at ten, but for an hour neither toddler was able to sleep because the music was so loud. Honestly unbelievable and so discourteous that no one thought to even TELL me at checkin and give me the opportunity to pick a different room before I'd hauled two pack n plays and my luggage across the hotel.

Nice room, but had a strong hotelly smell. Fireplace didn't work and previous occupents left pizza in the fridge. We told the front desk about these last two things and they said they would fix whilecwe were out, but yhey didn't. Woke up this am and found that yhe coffee maker was broken.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The stay started out well on Thursday then went down hill. Staff was short and unable to get to all rooms. The chlorine was so high you could smell the chlorine from outside the pool area that was inside. It faded a hat I was wearing after getting out of the hot tub. The photos from the listing are outdated. We checked out a day early and went somewhere else.

Getting there from airport expensive. Uber in middle of day for 4 was more than $50 and at this time of year when it is not busy. I think the hotel should have its own shuttle service.
Room was comfortable but was on the road side and heard all the traffic and business and horns!!
People very pleasant. Hotel very clean.

Cleaning of rooms….
I booked 2 rooms, one room had someone’s clothes in the drawers, told front desk said they would send someone right up to remove, needless to say no one showed up so we removed them ourselves and room to front desk. Room 2 all kinds of stuff under the couch was disgusting we stay here every time for St Paddys weekend and was disappointed with the rooms this year, I book way ahead of time and we we’re out in older part of hotel No view of ocean. Elevator was broken so had to walk a bit for front elevator.
