My daughter and I were unable to sleep due to reacting to the room. AC smelled scented. Pillowcases and sheets smelled like they weren’t changed. I emailed attendant and never responded so we went downstairs. Besides our reaction we also got very itchy. Maybe from the dirty bed. We were told they were booked, but they ende find another room down the hall. There were 3 elevators by the front desk. One smelled worse than the other 2. I will tell you our symptoms got a whole lot better once in the lobby and even better when we got fresh air. The 2nd room was ok. Unfortunately we rented from them because of the proximity to Celebration. We had to be in Celebration for a marathon today by 530am in order to pick up the race packet. Unfortunately because of everything we dealt with we barely slept. We are still feeling the side affects of the first room.

The hotel was very dirty. As you enter the room the carpet was very dirty the shower was clogged and also the sink it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Forgot to mention the elevator was disgusting.

The room was so old and out dated and there was mold
The staff was so unfriendly
When we asked for extra blankets we were mocked and the lady at the front desk sarcastically told someone that we were freezing
No one says you’re welcome or hi or anything
My shower curtain was so old it was see through in certain areas from the fabric being so old and worn
There was a sheriff two days in a row there was an abandoned room where you could see a pile of mattresses from the highway
Awful awful awful don’t stay here
Oh and pool was closed and we didn’t know this before we arrived

Absolutely filthy
We were checked in to a 3rd floor room. The carpets throughout were absolutely filthy. When we complained to recrption we were moved to room on the 5th floor where contractors were fitting new carpets. The floor of the room was laminate there not carpet. It too was filthy. The "free" wifi, which worked fine on the 3rd floor kept dropping out due to a very weak signal.
Staff were very friendly but repeated requests for a working coffee machine in the room produced nothing - the broken coffee machine was still there when we left.
We requested room cleaning, but the floor was not cleaned nor was the bedlinen changed.
Breakfast was a basic buffet.
Having toured Florida and stayed in four different hotels, I would say this was the worse.

This place is gross. Not only are the hotel rooms outdated, they’re filthy. The carpet look like they’ve never been cleaned. I opened the curtains and my hands were covered in what looked like black mold. I asked to move rooms and they moved us 4 rooms down and it was a lot of the same. Filthy floors, mildew showers, stained sofa cushions. It was so bad that we never took off our shoes. The bathroom counter had caked lipstick on it. There’s clear evidence that they simply don’t clean their units. We should’ve eaten the money and went elsewhere but our arrival was at 1am and our kids needed to sleep. Just don’t do it…unless you like cleaning your hotel room yourself. this place shouldn’t even be allowed on Expedia.

We stayed 9 days (12/27-1/5) & nobody even attempted to clean the room. Only once did someone actually come into the room to replace towels but they didn’t vaccum or make beds. We asked every night for towels & made them aware on 2-3 occasions the room hadn’t been cleaned.we were told it would be a full clean every 3rd day. Front desk girl who checked us in was not helpful. We requested a crib & she told us it would have to wait until the morning because she didn’t know if she had them. Another staff told her they had them & a gentleman dropped it off & helped set it up. When we asked the same lady for towels she told us her back was broke & she couldn’t help. Same gentleman as before grabbed them for us. Also there was a man pushing a walmart shopping cart (I’m guessing he was homeless) who walked up to the tables where people were eating & he started coughing & blowing his nose at the table where other guests were eating. He proceeded to get food at the breakfast bar without washing his hands. I asked the girl at the breakfast bar & she told me she didn’t speak English. I then told front desk about him was told he was maintenance. Later a different staff told me maintenance doesn’t push a shopping cart & he was in fact homeless. There was a few homeless people sleeping at the bus stops across the street. The rooms are very run down & the ceilings leaked. Very disappointed in this stay. We’ve stayed years ago & it was great. Not anymore though

Rooms were not cleaned and when we called to ask we were given attitude. The rooms had a weird smell. But the location is near the Disney parks.

Staff was great, breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh, rooms were clean and did not smell like cigarettes like most hotels which was great. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 is because the bathrooms are outdated and small but they were clean!

their system is down or something. since we got room that occupied by someone else. not once, but twice. room is not cleaned regularly we were told, lack of service staff due to holidays. towls were not changed everyday. bed was changed only when we asked after 4th day.
avoid staying here during holiday seasons.

when check in i got supprised and feared since someone already inside the room that was assigned to me. Hope poor girl inside the room was not terrified by stranger opening their room. then I have to go to all the way down to front desk agin spending another 10 minutes to get key for the room. Again, someone inside that room. after another 10 more minutes, I got the room that was similar to what I saw when I reserved the room via expedia site. room condition is not very clean. when I asked front desk, I was told no service available since it's chrimas holidays. Room bed was cleaned only once during my stay in 7 days. towls were changed \every other days so I have to go front desk to get new towls for atleast 3 days during my 7 days visit. I expected more good service during my holidays since we spend all days at parks and expected to be in hotel with relax and peace. but i found another issues in hotel when I come back from day in outside almost every day.
so anyone can avoid this place during holiday seasns.

Smelly, dirty. Someone smoked nearby and thought the whole floor was on fire and felt unsafe. In addition, breakfast is the most horrible food I have eaten, poor quality with white bread, sausage with gravy, and high-sugar orange juice. No fresh fruits available but canned peas and peaches. Poor front desk check-in manner.

Hotel is nice location near lots of restaurants. Free breakfast was nice. The bad: The room smelled of dried urine, shower faucet kept leaking, walls and some of the bed mattresses were dirty. Aircon and heat barely worked and sounded like a truck driving at night. If kids complain of smell, it’s bad. Hallways carpets are stained and dirty. Someone kept stealing out do not disturb sign every morning. Staff was “ok”. Front desk checkin felt cheap like was like I was an other number ordering mcdonald’s. Overall for the price, I guess it matched was you pay for.

They were remodeling, but we had a room that had been remodeled. The bathroom outlet didnt work, the water for the shower was only luke warm and the bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. The hallways of the unremodeled floors were terribly dirty.

Hotel Rooms and Corridors are in horrible shape. Carpet was stinking and we were barely able to complete our 2 night stay. Staring from Lifts to Corridors and rooms carpet was not even vacuumed and foul smell was everywhere around and inside the rooms. Bathroom has no exhaust fans and water was not draining from the bath tubs. Horrible experience!

Expensive price, super dirty, the elevator with garbage on the floor, the room and hallway with a bad smell, the bed sheets with unpleasant stains, I was only there the night I arrived and I had to cancel the rest of the days, we couldn't stand the bad atmosphere ; everything was disgusting

The hotel room was not very clean. The rugs were dirty. I found a few roaches. The breakfast was not what they said in the reviews. There was no protein,only carbs. The coffee was like water. I will not be staying there again.

Very disappointing.... my family stayed there before, couples years ago. Was good at that time, no complaints. But now 12/2023 the hotel is in bad shape. Bad smell, bathrooms and rug nasty. Breakfast the only thing we like mickey mouse waffle. I opened a drawer where the coffee are and i saw cucarachas!!

6-minute drive to Disney World. 30-minute drive to Universal.
The room had a strange smell that never went away.
House keeping services: came in almost every day to provide bathroom products (even if we were not using them) and to take trash out. The beds were never made by them, the carpet was dirty since day one and they never vacuumed it in our 5 day stay, amd the bathroom was not cleaned by them either.

The pros; the room was comfortable and clean, most of the staff were very friendly and the hotel was convenient to the parks. The cons: They really need to update the hotel, you can tell it’s an older place. They need more variety in what they serve for breakfast, instead of just waffles and biscuits and gravy

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold on the curtains, water stains on the entire ceiling, water under the tub (did not feel solid ground beneath you), lip stick on the door, stains on sheets, and dirt on the chair. I would never recommend this hotel. I did get a refund, however my sister and dad who also stayed got double charged and have yet to receive a refund.

Do not stay here! This place is a dump!
This hotel is a dump. It has stained carpets, marks all over the walls and doors, rust and mold in the rooms, and water randomly turns off when you are using it. Do not stay here! They offer no exceptions for refunds even when they provide subpar, unsafe, and unhealthy accommodations. They even charge a resort fee! A resort fee for a hotel that the water just shuts off while you are taking a shower. Go anywhere else, do not stay here! You’ve been warned!

Hope remodel fixes the problem
Gave me a recently remodeled room that had no door knob on the bathroom door. Moved me to another room with a toilet that was leaking and running all night. Shower had no warm water. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No fresh fruit available and yogurt out of dispenser was no appealing. When I went to breakfast desk clerk arguing with another man that worked for the hotel. He was using profanity with guests nearby. Unacceptable

Could be worse
For the price it’s not terrible. Absolutely in need of an update though. TV remote didn’t work but we didn’t have much need for it anyway. All carpeting could either be replaced or a use nice deep steam clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast is decent but limited drink options. But if you just looking for a place to sleep and take a quick shower between your Orlando adventures, it’s not a bad place to stay.

We won’t stay here again
Upon arriving it seemed like a good hotel considering the price. However when we got to our floor (5th floor) it looked like a construction zone! Trash everywhere and half the hallway was blocked off by a plastic sheet. They were clearly renovating but in my opinion they should not have been putting any guests on that floor. And then when we got to our room it wreaked of cigarette smoke, in a supposedly smoke-free hotel! So we went back to the desk and requested a new room. They were very nice and accommodating about it and even gave us a bigger room which ended up working nicely for my 2 kids to have their own beds, so that was a plus. This was on the 2nd floor, which actually looked like a normal hotel hallway, unlike the 5th floor and the room was much better. We didn’t use the shower that night but when my husband tried to shower in the morning we discovered that it wouldn’t even turn on. The shower knob was stuck and would not move! Luckily we were checking out and heading home which was only 2 hours away. We were there just to sleep for one night for a Disney trip. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the accommodation of giving us a nicer room but we will not be going back here based on our experience!

Una experiencia terrible. Recomiendo no quedarse en este hotel. Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Hubo 2 redadas policiales.
Comida del desayuno muy mala, tuvimos que ir a comer a un Dennys.
No tuvimos agua caliente en una de laa habitaciones. El inodoro no tenia agua. Y la otra habitación no servia el aire acondicionado.
Vimos la misma basura en elevador por 7 dias y nunca hicieron limpieza.
No recomiendo quedarse en este hotel, por su salud y la de su familia evite quedarse aquí.
Expedia, debes de tener mayor cuidado de aceptar hoteles en tan mal estado como este. Me he quedado en otros hoteles de esta cadena y nunca han sido tan malos como este.

Our experience was awfull, staff unatentive. The room was dirty, no hot water, no towels, all the property was dirty. I the 7 days we stay there only help us with the cleaning once, and thats because we talk to the owner.

Needs some TLC
All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Breakfast was standard waffles sausage cereal yogurt juices and coffee. I thought it was great that an employee made ALL the waffles. Helped keep the line moving for sure. Room was clean bed was comfortable. But carpet in the hallways and around the elevators needs a deep cleaning. J ust some fresh paint around the entire property would help. The ceiling in our bathroom needs some work also. Looks like there was probably a leak at sometime. Parking lot is also well lit at night which is nice coming in from the parks late. Also very easy to get to the Disney parks from this location.

Need a deep clean and Reno
This hotel is very outdated and worn down. And very very dirty. The toilets don’t flush and our first room had a rug over the rug smelled like pee, had no hot water and the toilet didn’t flush. Was moved to a cleaner room but was still not great. They need to deep clean the hotel and make some serious renovations.

The staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The floors in the room and hotel were old and soiled. The walls were being repaired but in need of updating. The pool was closed. Breakfast was hot and had many items to choose from. It was okay for the money and that the room slept 6 people

I stayed here a few years back and thought the breakfast options were great and the hotel was overall very nice. Staying here this past week I thought it looked a little run down with stains through out the hallway carpets and the bathroom being dirty. For breakfast I was kind of upset that 2 of the 3 mornings we had breakfast they had only biscuits and gravy as the hot option but the first day they had atleast eggs as an alternative. It would of been nice to have something different as a hot breakfast especially because my family do not like biscuits and gravy.

The 5th floor of the property appeared to be under renovation or maintenance. Our room was on the 5th floor, The hallway carpeting was dirty and stained throughout the 5th floor. It would have been nice to have known they were doing work prior to booking so I could have booked with a different hotel.

Absolutely terrible.
Do not recommend for the foreseeable future! They are doing a remodel, with zero heads up to anyone booking or even when you check in. We work 3rd shift and have been hearing them banging all day long from the "5th floor". I can feel it when laying in the bed, the banging is making a baby wale all day long, I am on the 3rd floor. Quite disappointed I have two more nights here and can't get a refund to go elsewhere. I love working with zero sleep... Annoying to say the least!!!!!
Update: by the time we were offered to move to floor one, we already did not have enough time to get ANY sleep before work. I could not go in tonight because of it. First floor and the room smells so terribly and strongly of dog pee that I was constantly spraying my body spray in an attempt to "mask" the smell. I don't think anyone could pay me to stay here after this. Not to mention the rude blonde at the front desk literally saying "I don't care" to me when raising this very concern. She is the only blonde to work the front desk on 2nd shift from 3pm-12am. You work in CUSTOMER SERVICE honey.

Save your money and stay somewhere else
We paid extra and booked a non-smoking room with a suite style to fit our family. After checking in, we went to our room and it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. My husband called down to switch rooms and they said they only had one left so we switched to one that had bunk beds for the kids. The smell was fine but there was rust everywhere (a lamp was covered in it), mildew in the shower, the walls just covered in dirt and marks... honestly we're hoping we don't get bed bugs. Then the fire alarm started going off in 30 seconds increments every few mins. My son started crying, terrified a fire was going to break out. We called and by the time the maintenance worker came up, our kids were asleep so my husband had unplugged it. The maintenance worker said we could just keep it off the wall...which is another issue. We immediately started looking at hotels nearby and decided to switch the second night since nothing was available nearby that night. We have never needed to switch hotels after one night but honestly I don't think it was safe. The room we stayed in should be deemed uninhabitable. And now my kid is having nightmares that he's going to catch on fire. Don't waste your money booking here and just stay somewhere else.

There were plumbing issues- the toilet kept clogging and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom and the tub faucet dripped the whole time. The door was creaky, very loud. Lots of rust. The one good thing was the Mickey Mouse waffles for breakfast.

The toilet was clogged all the time and it kept flooding to the floor never switched us to another room, sheets were dirty . Someone from the hotel took my personal towel from our room and to this day, no one has called us back or a refund for it ! Breakfast is terrible every day is the same !

Absolutely the worst
This hotel should be torn down. Absolutely the worse hotel we have ever stayed. We lasted about an hour in the room complaining about how filthy dirty the room was. I personally think the health department should be called in. The carpet complete filth, the sheets questionable. The vent had mold in it in the bathroom. If you are someone with no expectations this hotel is for you because they clearly have 0 expectations. Disgusting we should get our money back.

The rooms are outdated but still good for the price. Rooms were also clean. My biggest complaint was the photos showed additional gym equipment in the gym but it was not there. I know not everyone thinks about workouts on vacation but I picked this hotel for its location and the gym. The area around the hotel is okay.

We like the convenience to Walt Disney World. However, the pool heater didn’t work, the hot tub didn’t work, our ice machine on our floor did not work, and an elevator stopped working while we were there.

The property was close to everything we wanted to do, but it is really run down. We had small bugs in our room that we did not see until the last night, my son said he even saw a cockroach. There was a lady at the front counter that was rude, and breakfast was a joke, we literally went to McDonalds next door for breakfast everyday.

Mold covered the dust ruffles on the beds in our room and the carpets on the third floor were “wavy” as if they have been wet and lost the adhesive. Smell of mold and mildew and there were commercial blowers located in hallway. Breakfast was awful. Will never stay there or recommend. Upon checking we were told systems were down all day and having trouble making keys. Check in at midnight and it took way too long and the keys only worked once and we had to go back downstairs and have new ones made—-twice. There were “protesters” on property at entrance we noticed as we were leaving that posters said they were sick from staying there because of mold and something about what the found behind the mirrors. I don’t know what that was all about but they were passionate about it and even had painted signs saying to shut them down it is unsafe. We do not recommend staying here ever.

For the amount of money we paid for this room, it should have been nicer. A few areas were very cheaply renovated. The carpet looked like it hasn't been changed since the 80s. No chair in the room. Pillows were uncomfortable. Lady at the counter was pleasant and accommodating.

We waited 25 minutes for someone to come and check us in. Had to request a different chair in room cause ours had broken leg. Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping service was pick up 4 towels and 2 washcloths (gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth back!), empty trash. AC worked poorly. Breakfast waffles were green?! In the middle 2 nd morning. First morning they were not.

as soon as we arrived and tried to open the room the key wouldn't work , the person in the room next to us said that other guest were given access to his room they really need to pay attention when programing keys its not a good idea to give multiple keys to the same room to different people at the same time.

Buena ubicacion. Pobre limpieza, cuarto con demasiado olor a humedad, necesita remodelacion. Cama y sofa cama incomodos. En lo demas, la atencion fue bastante buena.

I was checking in at 3am in the morning while driving all day with two children. The guy at the front desk was rude and being mouthy. My mother in law was with me and I just looked at her like is this really happening. Like is he really talking to paying customers like this. The place is outdated and not the cleanest. I always pull back the sheets to make sure there are no bugs and there was poop on the mattress liner. I couldn't wait to leave.

Breakfast needs to be changed to food that everyone can eat and different variety..Staff is awesome from Lisa,Mia, Jonathan and Harold....

My husband and I went to Animal Kingdom for one day, and we decided to have a hotel for 2 days, meanwhile, we could not even shower, because the shower was broken and only had cold water, and our toilets were broken as well. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. As a pregnant woman, The only thing I can eat there was cereal and they did not even have milk.

While I know we got a deal on 12 days- I feel like minor improvements could go a long way!
Our room was on the 4th floor & after checking in noticed the water was cold- they said boiler issues, then the next day moved us to the first floor (water was hot on ground level).
Wifi was sporadic and we were told lightning hit two weeks ago & was messing with that. Then the pool was closed a few times due to rain (apparently there was lightning in the area & the app they have would not allow pools to be open?)
The hotel is under management so hopefully renovations improve the things ie lamps, rusty bar fridges, stained carpets & broken elevators.The self laundry is a rip and charged WAY more (I’ll take that up directly with my cc company).
The turtles in the pond was the highest point of our stay - although the wood walkway is in extremely poor condition, in fact I caught myself on many screws & my hubby fell through a rotten out board (we informed staff) I believe even the owner was behind her at the time - seemed annoyed more than anything- like we weren’t grumbling just letting them know & 2 days later when we were leaving, the boards were still the same- I hope no one gets very hurt!
The breakfast was free - 1-2 days a week you get sausage and /or eggs (they had them the first two and last two days on our 12 nights).
Staple is waffles, biscuits with gravy, cereal, whole wheat bread for toast and yogurt. Coffee is available at all times.

Terrible stay
After sending them a message with my complaints, they showed absolutely no interesting in correcting the issues. The maintenance is terrible. The place smells strongly due to humidity. The shower was dripping all night. Crayon marks in the walls. They charge for packages being delivered. Reception service is terrible. Not recommended. They place has potential if only they wouldn't be so cheap and save on maintenance.

Only one person said hi to us and I’m sure it was the manager. All staff had stank faces and looked like they hated everyone including themselves. Had to ask for towels several times.

It's the little things that make a difference
Having decent coffee and a towel holder in your bathroom is evidently asking too much for this chain hotel. The breakfast was terrible and they evidently forgot to read the food pyramid to see fruit is on the list. The room was just all right. The windows do not open and the rooms smell mildewy. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the curtains do not close all the way. Other than that, staff was friendly and nice.
