The hall smelled like cigarettes. Plus the leave water for you in the room, but with tages saying $6 a bottle. Why leave it in the room if not part of the room charges. Most other hotels offer 2 bottles of water in room of varying sizes but don’t charge for them.

Family stayed 2 nights for a soccer tournament, and found the location affordable. Rooms very clean. Hotel restaurant and bar very good. Would visit again. ****

My room was not as clean as I would like, & i was awoken at 4am by the heater making a loud buzzing sound, which continued until i checked out. When I mentioned the buzzing to staff on check out, they said “sorry about that”. No discount or anything offered for being kept awake from 4 am onward

Booked a suite for my birthday weekend with the girls. But sadly found out the pool was out of service. I spoke to Sam who made our stay so much more better. It was rainy so we only got to dine in at their restaurant and Alicia was the best. Making sure we had everything we need and more. You guys at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Marlborough are awesome!! And I can't forget Bob who greeted us with open arms!! Thank you guys!! we will be back.

Separate groups
My comment would be that whenever you have a large group of people please put them together in one section of the hotel so that those that have traveled all day or week can get some much needed rest. Thank you

Very clean and beautiful looking property. Was a bit bummed that the kitchen/ bar close at 10PM when the website said 10:30. We had to drive about 5 minutes for restaurants and coffee but the very easy parking, beautiful surrounding and the cleanliness of the hotel would certainly bring me back.

Extremely happy!
The gal at the front desk that checked us in was fantastic. Adina, Adrina.....gosh I wish I remembered her name. Great personality! We decided to eat on property instead of venture out because we were tired. Food was exceptional and the service from Jessica, spot on. If in the area again we definitely would stay here again!!

My son and I had a very nice stay for 3 nights. The front desk staff was very pleasant, super helpful and always available. The room was great and complete with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and hairdryer.
The humidity in the hotel generally seemed quite high during our stay.

Great place to stay
Worcester Auburn have awful accomodations at much higher rates. Drive 15-20 minutes and have a great stay with a nice restaurant/ bar in hotel. I will always stay here

The room was a good size for the three of us. The lobby was very lively, as it was a Saturday, and people were dressed up, in groups. Nice ambiance. The room was clean and seemed to be recently renovated regarding the bathroom. They made good use of the room in the room.
It had a microwave and refrigerator, which was a treat. Usually you only get a refrigerator in a hotel. Very happy with our visit.

Every time the person(s) above got in or out of bed there was a weird cracking sound like concrete bits under beam that kept crunching, sometimes 30 to 40 times per hour.

The hotel was very nice. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms had a nice set up with a little nook for the microwave and fridge. My only complaint was the pool. There was a baseball tournament in town so there were tons of boys playing rather rough. I love to see kids have fun and bond with their teammates but it was a little crazy. The pool area was small and was completely flooded to the point of having to walk through an inch or so of water. It was hard for our kids to enjoy the pool since they were whipping balls around in the very small area. Although it’s not the hotel’s fault, something should have been said to the parents. Other than that the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome people
The staff here were terrific. Very understanding and accommodating. Accidentally booked two rooms. No problem. Arrived late for breakfast. No problem…we will feed you. Wanted to check out a day early after our team was bounced out of the tourney. No problem. I would recommend these people above any hotel in this class where I have ever stayed. Keep up the great tradition of customer service!

Empty on weekends!
Beautiful hotel in the middle of a bunch of large companies. Corporate park?
We were there on a weekend and because a lot of their guests are there on business with the neighboring business the hotel was nearly empty and very reasonably priced.
We would love to stay there again if the opportunity arose

It was fine. A quick stay to attend a funeral. The room was fine but when we arrived with our dog- they are listed as dog friendly- that’s when we discovered the pet fee was $75!! That’s a bit much for only providing a space for dogs to go to the bathroom and doggie poop bags. No trash can near the area! No dog bowls etc. I did not need or expect those things but for $75 there should be something! When speaking to front desk people they did not care. Also, when I asked to speak to a manger the next morning he was unavailable! The hotel was fine but be up front about dog fees and have people who give a hoot work for you.

It was a clean, centrally located hotel for our trip. The staff was friendly and extremely accomodating when our flight was canceled due to weather. The only con was no housekeeping service.

I didn't like that for the price paid, breakfast was not included!
I didn't like that the hotel is not within walking distance to other stores, resturants etc.
I know a pet charge is needed. I have stayed at other similarly rated hotels with my small havenese dog and paid only $25 extra and not the $75 as charged. I guess Hilton does not really want us to bring our entire family with us when we travel.

Staff was a amazing. Colin at the front was super helpful. The best was the gentleman serving breakfast super friendly. We were in Marlboro for a hockey tournament and had to get up early. We got back to the hotel at 10:05, kitchen closed at 10 however he stayed and made our family’s breakfast with a smile. :)

Wonder weekend away
Room and lobby area were clean. Staff was freindly. Had personal care item I forgot. Great location, off the main road, yet close to shopping and activities. Bed was comfortable. Rooms extremely spacious.

I spent a night here at this Hilton with my husband for business. The Front desk customer service was excellent. The breakfast was great and the chef was amazing here at Hilton. The rooms were fresh and clean. This is the place to stay if you want your money’s worth.
