Nice little stay right off the highway. I stayed with my toddler and we had a good night. My only issue was that there were no options for kids channels on the tv. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. Both ladies, evening and morning were very pleasant and kind!

Wont go there again!
Well i waited for like 20 mins for someone to go back to the front desk. Finally a guy did and got us checked in. When we were going to our room, it was weird as our room door was open! Dont know why! It was very concerning as anyone could have been in there! All we asked that the room was clean and ready bc we got there bc that was our wedding night. There was tissue around the fire alarm and tissue shoved the in peephole. Around 8 or 9 am someone kept knocking and banging on our door! I didnt feel comfortable just opening it as i kept asking who it was and got no response. I couldnt look out the peephole bc it was shoved with tissues. So finally i just opened the door and it was a housekeeper asking if we got any trash! So that sunday we just decided to check out as we didnt feel safe and comfortable.

The TV was blaring when we came in to the room and the remote didn't work so we had to go back to front desk to get a working remote. Refrigerator in room was missing a leg on the front so when you opened the door the whole fridge tilted forward. Clean room & bathroom, comfortable beds; great breakfast.

Quick to get you checked in. My daughters and I enjoyed having a breakfast before venturing out. The beds were comfortable and great enough for myself and two daughters. Easy to find property and they have 24 hr service desk. Coffee!!!! I can't thank them enough for the coffee. I was there for a total of 5 days and never had a negative feeling.
For those that dont mind the road by you it's a great location to get going in whatever direction you need. Breakfast waffles! And a selection of cereals and fruits. I do recommend since the staff was there for the guests.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay there. The rooms were dirty things were broken , dresser drawer handle, broken no security lock on the door people letting their kid scream in the hallway because they lived there.

I’m so upset with not being refunded for this place! I booked a stay for the night of the 10th and 11th due to being a travel nurse and working in the area. I got there the night of the 10th and the first room they gave me the window was open and there was no screen (so I don’t know who had been in and out) the window would not lock at all! I went to the front desk and she gave me a second room but soon as I entered it it smelled like a wet dog had been rolling all around the room! I went back to the front desk and she gave me a third room and the windows would not lock in that room either! She put a stick in the window to keep it closed..it was storming so I decided to suck it up for the first night since the last room was on the second floor but couldn’t take a shower due to cold water and no shower curtain for the shower! The next morning I voiced my concerns for the lack of cleanliness and safety and turned in my key and did not return for the second night. I told them I wanted to cancel my room and also contacted hotels.Com about my concerns. I feel like I deserve a refund due to the fact that I had to pay more money to book a different hotel and that it was not my fault that the rooms were not safe for me to stay in!

The photos provided online is not the building you are staying in. It shows a 5-6 story stucco building online. It is actually a brick 2 story building with the doors to the room outside. to top it off we was put in the back building. The short comforter for decoration on the foot of the bed looked like it hasn't ever been washed. It had blood stains on it. Every time I went outside there was a man was out there smoking and acted sketchy. Around 11oclock at night someone was dragging something like the laundry plastic bins around on the sidewalks.

Hotel overall was nice. I stayed 2 nights. The first morning, they ran out of breakfast and I didn’t eat due to time constraints. Was told more food was on the way out, but I didn’t have time to wait. Second morning I was awakened by a screaming child in the foyer below my room. I think it was just unlucky that my room was that close to the main lobby foyer and the sound traveled very well. Overall room was nice, staff was friendly.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! There is no elevator which is honestly the least of our worries. The room was filthy; sheets were nasty dirty and showed obvious signs of use, and the bottles of lotion/shampoo and conditioner had been used previously. The room was conjoining but the lock holding the door shut between rooms was attached to the trim and the trim was pulled pretty much completely away from the wall so it was pointless. We had to barricade the door with table and chairs to feel somewhat secure enough to sleep. There was scrap metal laying under one of the beds and to top it all off, the TV was not functional. Bugs of some sort, not bed bugs, in the drawers and the toilet paper was so thin you could see through it.

The room appeared to have had maid service prior to my arrival as the beds were made up and no dirty bath towels. Three of the four pillows on one queen bed had fresh blood on the pillowcases. After pulling the bedspread back on the other queen bed, there was food on the sheet. Appeared to be toilet paper stuffed in the overhead fire/smoke alarm. Clock wasn't plugged in. Microwave read in military time. Maid service came in the room with her girlfriend to fix the t.v. This was the first room of the three rooms I was moved to. Seedy motel. Be careful folks.

This MOTEL does not look like the posted photos. The rooms are shabby. The desk chair has all of the top layer peeled off. The tub has dirt and a dead insect. The floors and bedding and bathroom fixtures are all older than they are made to appear in the photos. I asked for a refund shortly after checking in for a 3 day stay and was told NO. They told me to check with Expedia who checked with the motel who refused any credit for any of the 3 days. I paid for 3 days and stayed for 0 days.

Shower had more water coming out the spout than the shower head. Asked the staff to look into this a gentleman came up and said he would come back after we left for the day and upon our return nothing had changed. After the heater would run for a while it would quit heating we turned it off and let it sit for a bit and it would start working again but, it continued to work this way during our stay. I didn’t waste my time reporting this since they didn’t even bother to fix the shower issue. The breakfast was awful so we just ate breakfast at area restaurants.

Pull in at 230pm in afternoon and 3 cop cars all around the front. Related to car thefts and break-ins. Ask Mgr to cancel as we didn't feel safe much less our car being a target. They would not refund, and Expedia called and they couldn't help either. Im done with Quality Inns and Expedia too. Will never use either again in the future!! Beware of this place!

This place was not safe per se as the locking apparatus was broken. They offered us another room, but we declined. They actually gave this room to someone we knew earlier in the day but then when they complained about the lock, they moved them as well and then offered the old room to us when we got there. Disappointing and a bit sketch overall. We chose not stay here based on the lack of security and safety there.

Filthy! Holes in ceiling in bathroom strains and dirt on coffee pot counter tops and carpet. Bad neighborhood with police activity. Non smoking room listed but room smelled like an ashtray/ cat box. Towels were stained and threadbare. No hot water. Air conditioner sounded like a descending airplane. I was there 40 minutes and checked out cause no way I could stay there and sleep and no refund given.
DO NOT STAY HERE you would sleep better and safer in your car.

The room we checked into looked clean and decent at first, but then noticed a terrible smell and couldn’t quite figure out what it was musty carpet? It was very strong so we had our room changed. The second room seemed fine at first until the next morning when we discovered that the toilet was leaking so we had to switch rooms, AGAIN! This time we complained and asked for compensation. They offered 1 night with no charge which is still getting ironed out!
Staff was nice and accommodating but boy does this place need work !

The room was mostly clean, but the floors were not very clean. It didn't look like they had been vacuumed. The edges of the bathrooms had dead spiders in it that looked as though they'd been there awhile. None of the edges were clean. The drapes had a stain on them as well. Everyone was friendly and it was a fairly cheap room. The ceiling had popcorn missing in massive patches, so it looked shoddy.

Comfortable room, easy to get to, breakfast was ok, food wasn't very hot and we had to heat it up in the microwave. For the price not bad. Room had an unpleasant smell though, non-smoking room that someone had obviously smoked in. We are not smokers.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. However they did not ever make the bed the 3 days I was there. They provided fresh towels just 2 of the 3 days. My most frustration was with key cards that deactivated daily. You had to go to the front desk to get them to work again, and twice I had to wait for someone to come to the desk. Once was so long I tried calling the phone number which went to voice mail and then the voice mail was full. Meanwhile I cannot get into my room after a long day. On a positive note, upon my arrival the first evening, the kind lady did go to great lengths to talk me in when gps could not help me find them.

I was given a room that smelled musty and damp. Fixtures were covered in rust. Sofa was literally deteriorating. Bedspread was dirty and stained.
Fortunately i was moved to a dry room. Electronic keys had to be recoded 5 out the seven days i was there. Towels were old and coarse and stained.

We arrived and dropped off our bags in our room which was 122. We went to see my daughter-in-law. When we got back to the room, we were getting ready for bed when I saw poop and sperm marks on the chair and ottoman next to the bed, after seeing this I checked out the covers and saw Uren and makeup on the comforter and poop on the sheet. I checked the chair that was the desk chair which had the same sperm and poop marks too. I look at the bathtub which had not been cleaned & saw they rigged the shower curtain that they had used staple pad to hold to the wall and the shower curtain was dirty plus there was no bathmat. After showering I placed the towel on the floor to step out on and shuffled across the floor, when picking it up I saw that it was black on the bottom side which had cleaned the filthy floor.
I have not ever been in a hotel this nasty before.
My husband called down the desk and ask to have a clean comforter sheet and he told her about the chair too, my husband also ask to speak to the manager.
The lady that brought the items was ok at first, she said that the manager was out of town. She ask in a sarcastic way if we need her to make the bed. In which I said no thank you
After she left, we stepped put side to smoke and overheard her talking on
her cell phone complaining that we had ask for clean things. As we were leaving, I took and opened the and saw that the window was crack, and they used boxing tape to cover it.
We took pictures of everything!

When I checked in, I was given a room around back, on the 2nd floor (I am disabled). I asked if I could have a room on the first floor and the desk clerk said no problem even walked me to my room (after I had gotten lost twice!).

The stay was great, although the check in process was strange. I had made the reservations 4 months prior. I did not remember whose name I put for the second room but I did have a confirmation number. The confirmation number means nothing. Once we got that all sorted out everything was great.

Upon check in I was put into a room that was dirty. I was moved to a different room. The next day after checking out, I saw that my credit card was charged twice for the pet fee. I called the hotel. The manager told me I was not charged twice, but it was they charged me the difference from what they didn't receive from my payment to Hotels.com. He yelled at me, told me "I was a guest, not God, and that they were in the business of collecting payment.". I asked him to talk to Hotels.com to get the payment and he hung up on me!

A place to lay your head...
The staff I worked with were very helpful, but staff can't change condition of the property. It's old, outdated even though a few things like the beds feel like they've been updated. The AC unit was noisy and dirty and no matter how much staff worked on it, it didn't quiet down.
When I entered my room there was a device plugged into the all that "removes smoking odors", and the toilet bowl lip had urine stains on it from someone who had used it and didn't clean up after themselves.
The door, storage unit/fridge holder and most furniture seemed old and ramshakle. Again, it worked for a place to rest after a long day, but it wasn't what I expected.

Dirty and noisy rooms overlooking a busy highway. Breakfast was horrible and the breakfast room was dirty, Being in a non-tourist area I would have expected the management to try a little harder to attract customers.
Maybe all Quality Inns are like this )it was our first time spending time in one) but if this their standard it is very low and to be avoided.

We got there room was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned. There was bm in bathroom toilet, second bed sheets had hair all over them! The desk clerk which was very nice,did take out trash and spray air freshener and flush toilet. I was woke up from being bit by a bug and loud noisy tenants upstairs! We didn’t try their breakfast. We checked in about 5:30-6:00pm and out at 6:35am. Pool needed painted but served the purpose.

It’s was an ok stay for my family. There were a few issues. We first booked a 2 Queen room and walked into the room with it smelling like smoke. It was suppose to be a smoke free room. The only other room they had open was a King, which we took because we had no other option. It was a rough night sleeping with our toddler. Lol
The room was ok, there was a lot of noise coming though the walls and for breakfast, you aren’t allowed to bring your breakfast to your room.

Provided breakfast was good. Waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bread and rolls, cereal, yogurt, juice (?) And good coffee. Our room was fairly large. However, we requested a king bed and got 2 queens. Spider and long red hair in the shower was not acceptable. Over sized hotel fridge was a bonus since we were staying for several days. Bed and sheets were very comfortable.

A very nice motel.
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even loaned me a phone charger. Yep, forgot to pack mine. The motel was very clean and well maintained and the bathroom was updated and modern. The room had good accessibility as there were multiple entrance and exit doors depending on the location of your room. The bed was comfortable and the room had a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board & iron, etc. There is a guest laundry if needed (very clean). The free breakfast had many choices and was fresh and well stocked. Very good parking also. I had a three night stay. I will stay here again and highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting the area.
