Great stay!
From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left was one of our best hotel experiences. Jackson at the front desk at check it was efficient and friendly.
Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were super cozy. Sad our stay was less than ten hours.

Really impressed with how clean and quiet this hotel was. We loved the workout facility all the machines seemed new and clean. Only complaint is that the indoor Pool (which was the reason we chose the hotel) was not open until 9am and we really wanted to swim before getting back on the road. I would think that homewood suites is a hotel or business travelers who have to work at 9, dont understand why it has such a late opening.

If you are taking a long trip from deep north to south or vice versa, its a great pitstop in the middle. It has everything you need for a recharge to continue. My family will be making this a stop.

Too few parking spaces
Parking space is inadequate when the hotel is at full capacity. Adjacent to the hotel is Fairfield Inn which uses the same parking spaces that appear to belong to Homewood Suites.

Breakfast was lacking compared to other Hilton properties we stayed at on this trip. No protein other than processed scrambled eggs whereas other properties all had various proteins and omelettes.

Great friendly staff! We happen to stay on a Wednesday when they have a free social evening with food and cocktails. A very nice surprise! Kids loved the pool! Very nice and will stay here again!

Great except for Third party Reservation issue.
Stay was perfect except Hilton and Hotels.com have to get their act together. I made sure we had certain specifications (bath tub) and when we got there they said no and that I could t change anything bc it was a third party reservation. Hotels “said” I should have the tub but Hilton wouldn’t comply and I was caught in the middle. Finally Hilton relented which they could have done immediately. This happened at my other Hilton reservation as well.

Family experience
We were surprised by the room size, comfy beds,shower supplies and great breakfast. Family room was actually 2 rooms with 2 tvs. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything a family would need to prepare food and a table to sit down to eat.
Employees were all friendly
Great find. I am a member now.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It offered a spacious room with mamy amenities. Could use some detail cleaning, but overall probably one of the best hotels that I've stayed at.

Great hotel, but VERY limited parking. There were many pickup trucks with trailers that took up 4 to 5 spaces and when we got there, ZERO parking. We had to park on the street by the curb in a no parking area. I was a wreck all night thinking the car was going to get hit, towed or vandalized.

So spacious and clean!
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to. I’ve been to other Homewood Suites and this was by far the best. It was very spacious for our family of 6, it was clean, and the breakfast was very good, with healthy options. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. We will definitely look to stay there during future visits to see our daughter at VT. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. when we checked in the bathroom sink had hair all over it and something that looked like vomit. But everything else was good and Taylor cleaned the bathroom right away she was very pleasant

Mistakes
Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly. Gave us an early check-in and a good dinner recommendation. However, there were some annoying mix-ups. We were given the keys in an envelope with our room number, but it was the wrong room. We entered easily since the cleaning lady was just leaving but later our keys did not work because they were for a different room. I went to the front desk and they shifted our reservation to the room we were already in, but…our keys still did not work. After another trip to the front desk, they finally adjusted the keys correctly. But, we could not sign on to the internet. After yet another trip to the front desk, we found out that they had spelled our name incorrectly which was needed for the sign in. Finally, this was corrected as well. But, the next night at a different Hilton, it was still spelled wrong in the system which led to yet another front desk trip to correct.

Nice hotel.
The hotel room was very clean and large. Perfect for what we needed. The breakfast in the morning had great options. The pool was clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the water in the bathroom, especially the shower,was lukewarm at best.

The room starts to date a bit and needs a little care. Both beds in room were sagging on one side. We got there and tv was not working. Clock not set on right time. Rugs had bleach stains in hallway. Lamp by bedside was not working, bulb blown. Tub not draining. Fridge not clean inside. Sticky stain on kitchen table. Besides that, the place is fine. Quiet, nice breakfast and friendly morning staff and maintenance staff.

When we tried to check in there was a big problem no fault of our own and they left us standing there for quite some time trying to figure it out. When we walked into the room late at night there was a distinct smell we finally figured out it was coming from the drain in the shower. The bed was improperly made we had to take the covers off and remake the bed plus it had sheets that were not the right size. When we came in after our late night engagement there was no parking at all on the property. Had previously enjoyed a stay there . But this was not enjoyable in the room.

Covid makes things tough but breakfast could have been better. There was a very obviously dirty knife in our room kitchenette. The towels are small and not very soft.
But the staff was very nice.

Staff was great to work with. I had some special needs because I was traveling with a service dog in training. I had stayed at this location earlier in the week and because they were so AWESOME with helping me I changed my reservations with another hotel to this one for my return travel. They are great at this location.

The rooms are nice but it was a frustrating place to stay. There was poor communication about the fact that the rooms are only cleaned upon request and a consistent reluctance to accommodate normal daily room cleaning requests. When we made the first request we were initially told we asked too late. That was subsequently reversed after we complained, so we made sure to ask the day before for the next day's cleaning. That next day we called to confirm and were told they assumed we did not want the room cleaned two days in a row. That was also reversed after we complained. Also, we were asked each time ("well what do you want cleaned?"). It was one bizarre communication experience after another. Also, the mattress on the pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable with springs pushing out. Upon request, that was swapped out but the replacement was the same.

I requested a two Queen room for my family of four and we received a Single King Room. My wife had to check in by herself while I worked... so was unable to switch rooms. We made due with pull out couch, however it was not ideal.

The suite was amazing. It was spotless and well suited for our stay. Everything about the property and room were wonderful. Only down fall was the free continental breakfast in the morning. The hot food was horrible, at best. Their hot food was sausage and pancakes. Sausage was as hard as rocks and you couldn't cut the panckakes with a knife they were that tough. The food was placed in the warmers way too early which rendered it almost inedible. There were absolutely no egg options. Coffee and beverages were great, cold cereal, well you can't ruin that...we had to go out for breakfast as it was not good at all. The rest of the stay was wonderful.; If you want an extremely clean place, stay here by all means.....

Conveniently located close to Highway 81, the hotel is very clean, has nice amenities and a very friendly staff. Unexpected bonus of our Monday night stay was an evening social, with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks.

Good hotel
We had a one night layover on our roadtrip, and chose this hotel because we love to stay at hotels with a separate bedroom when we travel with our kids. This was also fairly priced and had easy parking. They served an easy breakfast to go (or stay), which was okay.
The area has a lot of shops around and was quiet at the same time.

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed our overnight stay. Clean and cozy. The pool was a nice amenity for mtly kiddos. The pillows were a little flat and the TV was in a weird positions, but those are minor. All in all, great hotel.

Overnight business stay
As one might expect from this hotel, most everything was superior. The breakfast on the other hand was NOT typical from hotels belonging to this chain. The hot food was lightly warm and rubbery. I believe they need to improve their method of serving the food.
