Beds are too hard
I usually love Coutyard because the beds are super comfortable, but the beds at this Courtyard were pretty hard. Other than that its a beautiful hotel near some outlet shopping and nice restaurants.

Convenient and cozy
Very clean and comfortable! The bed was the firmness we prefer and the room was toasty warm despite the bitter weather outside. Many shops and restaurants right nearby.

The hotel is nice, modern, located in a plaza with a large grocery store and many restaurants.
The bed was comfy, and there is a choice of pillows.
Room has a small microwave and a refrigerator (no freezer).
Television channel selection is poor, you will want to use your own streaming service logon info or bring reading material.
I was completely dismayed with the state of my bathroom- the tub looked as if it had not been cleaned since the prior guest- a used piece of soap was in the holder, the bottles of soap and shampoo had dried bits at the nozzle ends, the faucet and pipes were covered with water spots, and the tub itself was coated with soap scum. I had a packet of hand wipes, used those to clean the tub, then during the shower realized the hot water was only warm, not hot. I waited another half hour, no change in the water temp.
When I checked out the next morning I waited at the front desk to see if I could talk with the on duty front desk st6aff member, however she wished me a good day, did not ask how my stay was, and focused on the incoming UPS driver.
I went home and had a shower,

The facility was excellent and our stay was comfortable. However, I didn’t realize that I could have gotten a senior discount until after we checked in. When I asked the front desk about it he said it was too late to get the discount because we had already checked in.😕

Biestro was very small and very expensive. Our breakfast which was (1) egg/homefries/bacon, two coffees, side of homefries, (1) order of 3 slices of french toast, one yogurt, one bottled water, was $49.00 plus a $5.00 tip. We purchased the $12.00 breakfast coupons which only takes $12.00 off your meal, not a free meal. This is something that we wern't expecting and kind of put a damper on the great experience we had.

Easy & friendly check-in. Very clean and spacious room for Mom & my three teenagers. There is no breakfast, only coffee & pastries from starbucks, but in a plaza with a grocery store & other restaurants. We had a delightful 1 night stay, but found an equally clean & fresh accommodation a few miles away for our 2nd night. (and it was $100 less, with a continental breakfast and hot drinks included)

The Courtyard Marriott was clean and comfortable. My favorite part was that they "refreshed our room between nights by making the bed and emptying the garbage! So few hotels do and it makes all the difference.

One night stay
Came up to the area for one night to see our son play hockey. We needed a handicapped accessible room for one night. It was a great room. Very spacious and open for wheelchair or walker to get around the room. Staff was very friendly.

Don’t stay in the rooms above the kitchen. You’ll hear the back door bang late and early. A beautiful handicapped room isn’t worth a penny if it isn’t somewhere you can get a good night’s sleep. I was told we couldn’t be compensated because of the cheap rate I paid on Orbitz. Corporate didn’t offer any either. We did love two staff members - Abi and Eli. Place is lovely with a bunch of stores and near highways. Very clean and convenient but the visit was ruined by the shaking wall and unpredictable BOOM below room 219.
Proceed with care.
Nice place…accept that problem.
Pool was nice.
Bistró was pricey but okay.
No free breakfast but Starbucks on-site.
Great grocery store in walking distance.
Movie theater in walking distance.
Wish I could give the place high marks.
Orbitz got us a room for $169 a night. Guess that’s a deal. Still seemed to high for restless rest.

Half of a shower door is obviously inadequate
The shower in our room was actually designed with half of a door. There was no door or shower curtain for the other half. Obviously, this resulted in water splashing out to the bathroom floor. Obviously, this is not desired, and, obviously, this is a terrible design, but, there it was.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were up to date and very clean. The staff was great and very helpful. Reduced hours in the restaurant wasn't super convenient but there are several restaurants that are within walking distance so that is nice.

Lovely room!
It was great. No real problems. It was only a one night stay. Not sure why housekeeping needs to knock a couple hours before checking out. I should have put out the do no disturb sign, I guess. Shouldn't they be notified that I am checking out that day?

Hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly! The location was great with a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. My only negative comments: the hotel restaurant does not have food in the evening but does not allow outside food to be eaten in the common areas. That makes it hard for families traveling together to eat together. Masks are required which I appreciate but no one makes sure that the requirement is adhered to.

This was a beautiful property. Great rooms and the FD staff was very nice. What I didn't like is a microwaved $7.50 breakfast sandwich that was disgusting with a barely ripe banana. The beds were so comfortable and I was ready to really get some needed rest...until the leaf-blower and lawnmower started up under my window at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Really inconsiderate for tired travelers.

The best place to stay around Boston
My favorite place to stay around Boston. Always spotless clean, comfortable and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. The indoor and outdoor lounge areas are great, and knowing the quality of their operation I assume that once they will be allowed to reopen their buffet it will be great. But Starbucks and a huge, fantastic grocery store are in walking distance. Other dining options are also close.

Great hotel in a great location! The hotel was very modern, clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located right across the street from fairly large shopping complex, which also includes a grocery store and several restaurants. It was great being able to walk across the street for dinner and then to Starbucks the next morning. Overall, it was a great stay!

Everything was immaculate. We felt very "protected" from Covid.

Request information on cleaning/room refresh
Excellent check in and check out service. They did not refresh the room between nights stating it is a COVID protocol. Understandable, but was not clearly communicated. Had to make several trips to the front desk for towels, shampoo, coffee and cups because these things had not been replaced. Just a pain because you didn’t realize these things were not replaced until you needed them. Other than that, stay was great!

This was such a great hotel! All of the public areas were so clean and comfortable. The firepit outside was a great extra space. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and well appointed. Overall such a good experience. I would definitely stay again.

Strange, jarring wake-up!
This is a very clean and nice hotel with excellent amenities (e.g. lobby bar), and it's in a great location within walking distance of numerous shops, bars and restaurants. My otherwise uneventful stay was severely marred by a hotel staff member who took it upon herself to violently pound on my door at about 8 AM, startling me badly out of a sound sleep. My first thought was that there was a serious emergency in progress. When I opened the door, the employee didn't seem to have any explanation whatsoever for what she had done. She kind of stammered through an apology and then skulked off down the hall. I can remember staying in cheap hotels as a teenager and having the maids knock on doors early in the AM to roust people so they could clean the rooms. But this was a $289 Courtyard. Check-Up time is listed as 11 AM. So this was mystifying!

Hotel was great and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only issue was that because the hotel is right off the highway, if your room is facing the highway, all you hear is trucks on the highway all night long. They need thicker windows and some kind of sound barrier put up behind the parking lot.

Excellent all around! Very nice lobby area with tables and comfy chairs in a big, well-lit room - that's the first thing you see. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the pool area is great, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What's not to love?

Everything was perfect except all of the pillows were very soft/flat, however we didn't ask the front desk if other pillows were available so this may have been able to be fixed by asking. Otherwise everything was clean and everyone was friendly. We were there for a hockey tournament so we're happy the windows were able to be opened a little for fresh air while airing out my equipment. I'm happy there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
