We were in Miami a day before our cruise was to leave. We didn’t need anything fancy. Other hotels in the heart of downtown brickell can be a bit noisy at night. This hotel hit all the marks for me, clean rooms and property and quiet.

Recently stayed at this hotel and I was great! Staff was friendly and able to help out for extra requests we had such as late check out without a fee. My only complaint would be we asked for the umbrella to be open by the pool twice, and no staff came to open them. Rooms were clean and spacious. There is a Metrorail running beside the room but it isn’t that loud to bother us. Breakfast was terrific with many options to pick from! They were also able to hold our suitcases for us as our flight was late in the evening after checking out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Novotel Nice Option
Train noise across the street was a bit disconcerting. No free water bottles in room; no microwave. Otherwise, nice room and comfortable bed. The pool was nice and cool but only 4 feet deep. Nice decor.

Great service. Walkable to good areas and all good restaurants. I had a suite. room was big and beautiful.However, super noisy. the train rail is next to hotel. so if u are on the South of the hotel you are in a bad luck. U hear the train every hr. other than that it is a good affordable hotel.

Loved the hotel overall nice rooms nice pool & lobby only problem is they were knocking on my door at 11 & check out was 12 . Also payment from hotel came out at check out when deposit was already takin out but i received payment back 4 days later & wish I had higher room then 4th floor not to much of a view

Noisy property in downtown Miami to be avoided if you are a light sleeper. FYI there is a commuter train track that is extremely noisy day and night and this track surrounds the entire hotel. Not visible in any of the online photos.

This entire property is surrounded by a Rapid Inner City Railway Track and is super noisy day and night. It's a total killer for any peace and quiet.

I truly enjoyed my stay! I was actually on the trip solo and the staff took care of me the front desk Ana was amazing! The housekeeper was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better stay ! Novotel will be my choice of stay when I visit Miami

Very nice and clean. Close enough to where you could walk to the center of brickell and enjoy the restaurants and nightclubs but far enough to where you didn’t hear any loud music. Very nice hotel.

Novotel is a nice place to stay. It was very clean! Our room was clean & the bedding very comfortable.
Service was good too.
The only reason I gave 4 stars overall was because of the $98 breakfast I purchased in advance. I didn't state it was a buffet....
It was clean, but sadly underwhelming. It was similar to the free buffets from places like Holiday Express, at best. So basically a cup of coffee & a bagel $98 for 2 people.

Super trendy!
We went to Miami for a nba game and looked for something semi close to the arena. Novotel was easy to find, check in was super easy and our room was very clean and comfy. We ended up taking a Uber to and from the game just for convenience. We would def stay here again!

The rooms were comfortable, the floors needed bettter vacuuming in the room as well as the hallways. Maybe best to get your own toiletries. It is a quiet area with construction in front of the hotel. There are hardly any dining options within a 10-15 minute walk. Overall it was fine. We

Amenities were scarce and we had to ask for more( shower gel and coffee capsule)
Problem with the hotel accounting desk.

We had a great time. Would definately come back to this hotel. Few minor things. Light in bathroom not very bright. Nobody told us how to work the elevator. Parking garage was hard to turn into. Small spaces and few spaces. In my opinion quite pricey. Loved pool, so very relaxing. Food was pricey and nothing special. None of that affected our stay. Had a great time.

We wanted to like the hotel, but it did not meet our expectation.
First, we had an episode of the door key not working due to battery issue. This resulted in two roundtrips to and from the lobby to the room some wait time for an employee to arrive and troubleshoot. We ended up needing another room. All of this was okay.. but the communication/hospitality at the front was less than standard. For all the inconvenience, there was no gesture of understanding/apology.
Still, what really made us write this review was the dining experience. We went for dinner - pasta was tasteless (no salt at all), pizza shockingly was a reheated, frozen kind (this one was too salty and hard to bite). This really killed the excitement of our trip. We planned on eating breakfast at the hotel, but after the dinner, decided that it would not be worth it.
Lastly, the rooftop pool is very small (max capacity of 15), not what we expected from the photos.

Clogged toilets, clogged sinks, water coming in the window through the window in the room. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had in Miami. I DO NOT recommend this hotel stay. Awful, a free breakfast for our troubles was all that was offered. Manager acted like I was lying, never got an inspection of my complaints, no follow up. Nothing. 0/10 do not recommend

Location was good. The breakfast very poor for the price, room facing the metro tracks, air conditioning didn’t work, the technicians (8 visits to try to fix it) said it was damaged, no other room to move to until the last night.
