Our home away from home in Florida!
This resort was wonderful! It is not fancy, but just like home away from home. Our room was just right for the two of us and was very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The bikes, beach towels and chairs are free and best of all, the beach is just down a short path, no driving or crossing any streets. There is an oceanview deck on top of the resort, plus several other areas to relax around the heated pool and hot tub. There are many dining choices within walking distance and grocery stores are just a few minutes away. There are full cooking amenities in each unit and three outdoor grills for your use. There are washers and dryers in some of the larger rooms and several units in the laundry room for the smaller rooms. The people in management are very friendly and very responsive to meet all your needs. We have already booked our stay for next December!

This property is beautiful and quaint and very easy to get to and it’s easy to walk around the area which is beautiful. The beds /mattresses Probably need a little update, but everyone was so friendly and kind. Definitely looking forward to going back.

your vacation. the room was very nice. it had a murphy bed that pulled down. the kitchen was equipped with all you need dishes, cookware, glasses. it resort had a heated swimming pool and a spa and excess to the beach. you can use their bicycles and they gave you beach chairs to use on beach. nice friendly staff. loved our stay

Beautiful
Loved our stay! We stayed for a week and loved the location, as well as the premises and room. Beautifully kept landscaping, and staff are all friendly and helpful. Smaller resort which we loved, quiet and has a family atmosphere. Pool is beautiful. Short walk to the ocean. The rooftop deck is also a great way to see views! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this place is absolutely excellent. The owners are so personable and wonderful to speak with, and the rooms and property are in lovely condition and very relaxing. I am most certainly a returning customer, and I truly cannot wait for my next trip!

I love this resort we will definitely be coming back again. It is a Hidden Gem. Lovely pool and just a small walk onto the beach. The villa was beautiful and spacious.

This 18-unit property is lovely with meticulous pool, landscaping, and patio furniture, including free cabanas, within a short walk to the ocean beach. The narrow property allows just one parking space per unit with virtually no guest parking. The units are well maintained but older, with loud mechanicals (air conditioning) disturbing sleep. Management is not around after 4 so regulations regarding pool use and disruptive youngsters can be a problem. Ability to mount stairs is a requisite if staying on the second floor.

Small old school charm in an area overrun with impersonal high rises. We have stayed in many locations on singer Island, but this one is truly a hidden gem. Karen and Rich go the extra mile to make sure that every aspect of your visit goes perfectly. Many Thanks!

Lovely Stay
Very low keyed and relaxing. Each unit has a full kitchen. Water pressure in shower excellent. Pool with lounge chairs. Jacuzzi. Cabanas with chaise lounges. No charge for bikes or beach towels. Management very helpful. Roof terrace with ocean views. Grills and table and chairs if you want to barbecue and eat outside. Beach is beautiful and not crowded. Free parking.

A veritable pearl among the concrete edifices that destroy the landscape around it.
Direct access to beach through a lovely garden.

Nice pool, easy walk to the beach behind the property. They supplied beach chairs at no cost. Resort was very clean and well maintained. Had the characteristics of an older style resort hotel. Cozy and charming. We have booked a return date.

Seas the day, a wonderful family vacation!
This quaint resort is the best kept secret on Singer Island! I previously owned a timeshare in a much bigger resort on the island and I've got to say, my stay at Sand Dune Shores topped every experience I had at the other resort! The staff at Sand Dune Shores were friendly and very hospitable! The room was clean and felt like a home away from home! The resort had an ample amount of pool toys and beach toys for the kids to play with, which is something that you rarely see at a resort! Each room is supplied with two beach chairs. I really liked this feature because a lot of times you are short on space in your vehicle to pack your own. It was nice that the resort had us covered when it came to almost every aspect of the trip! Overall, my family and I loved our vacation at this accommodation and will definitely be a return guests!

An enjoyable stay.
A very comfortable stay out of necessity rather than vacation.
Booked two rooms, a 1 bedroom Suite and a Studio (with Murphy Bed that was ok to be left down permanently).
Both rooms had lofts, nice areas to sit and chill.
Staff were very helpful and informative.
Beach is a few minutes walk down a private pathway. All in all an enjoyable stay.
