Perfect location and a convenient stay
Overall a great stay in a roomy suite with a loaded kitchenette! The location of the hotel is perfect - everything and everywhere you need is within walking distance. My only 2 concerns were as follows (1) The breakfast area gets chaotic and overcrowded during the busy hours. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful though. (2) The pool was useless in late December since it was not heated even though the entire rooftop was very cool and relaxing.

Service was good, and it is a great location in South Beach. Valet parking is $50 per day which is expensive, not many options around for parking. Hot water at shower was an issue but solved. Not a good smell where kitchen is.

Try and stay away from this property. The reception staff are rude, the AC never worked, and it was steaming, hot in my room and moreover, this hotel had the worst Wi-Fi ever.

I stayed a few nights and the rooms were clean, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent. Shopping centres and restaurants are within walking distance as well. Overall a great experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything about the hotel i enjoyed. Pool is really nice ! I do think that staff should explain all details to you on how to find your room, where is the pool etc but besides that everything was great!

There was blood on my sheets. When the staff member came to change them he carried in the set and sat the on my table which we had to move food. On check out I was never asked how was your stay..nothing. Checking in they did explain where anything was, pool fitness center, nothing I had to explore and ask guest

Very clean and staff was extremely nice and welcoming and helpful!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. You do have to do some walking to get around but there is a good amount of things in the area and the beach is about a 15 minute walk. Go down Lincoln street though so the view is better.

we are a family of 5 including an infant, stayed here for 4 nights. The room is spacious, bathroom / shower is decant..we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would give the service a five star as it all exceeded my expectation: free bikes, free shuttle to and from the beach (1.5km away), free beach towels etc..staff members were all very friendly..etc...Free breakfast was good as well..lots of seating areas...overall, we had good time and will come back in Jan 2024.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The parking is not family friendly- only option is valet which website said was free however we had to pay. But if you taxi/Uber there, it’s literally walking distance from everywhere

A great hotel for Families
The room was very spacious with a kitchenette. Great for a family. The included bkfst was amazing! Waffles, fruit, bagels, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc.. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but having a roof-top pool was a bonus. A great place!

The experience in this hotel almost ruined our weekend. First I did not get the room I paid for and next the air conditioning was not working properly and the staff did not have any solution, the minute I requested my refund and booked another hotel they found another room like the one I paid for initially and a working air conditioning, unbelievable!! I ended up leaving because I was uncomfortable about everything and they way the handled the situation and it worked out for the best. We stayed in a way better hotel, great area and wonderful staff. Never going back there.

Great location. Room was nice. Had a kitchenette with full set of pots, pans and dishes, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was good. The only thing wrong was that one of the two elevators was broken during my entire, one week long stay. Very uncomfortable since the stairs led to the street.

Not too please with our room, it wasn’t TOO clean, the headboard was gross and only realized it after I wiped it down. The floor was even worst and didn’t realized how dirty it was until after my 5 year old sat down and his white socks were as dirty as club Liv when the lights turn on. I asked for the room to be serviced but only got new towels and garbages disposed. By the time I returned I felt it was too late to ask for it cleaned . Only stood for two nights .

It's a very nice, modern hotel. We liked our stay there. It's not close to the beach but they have a convenient shuttle. The only minus of this hotel is parking. You can either park a few blocks away or use their valet parking which is very expensive (we paid $55/night for an SUV which added to the cost of our stay).

I didn't like that I was charge for a room a week in advance of my stay. The reservation made no mention of any sort of advance payment. Marriott, prior, never charged me for a room prior to my arrival unless a pre-pay rate was selected. Also, won't move my charge to the proper credit card. Finally, I found better rates on Expedia and hotel wouldn't match even when I pointed out Match Guarantee.

Ines is so helpful. We arrived around 9:00 am from Las Vegas and check-in time won’t be until 4:00 pm, and yet she gave us room right away. We even had
breakfast on that morning which I thought we can only start the next day. When I asked if we can have breakfast she said, Yes and my 3-kids just run towards the place.
I like their service of drop-off and pick-up to and from the beach. But if you like walking you can also do that which we did after our nice dinner in one of their nice Cuban Restaurants in the area.

The stay was great. However, hotels.com canceled my reservation with o explanation and the residence inn did not properly close out the account and someone else bill was attached to m bill after we checked out. Otherwise, Miami is a great place to vacation.

Everything was wonderful. From the check in to check out. Although we did not use the parking garage it should either be free or cheaper especially for such a small space. Also the rooftop pool closes at eight or eight thirty which was eh. The breakfast offered was very very limited and tasteless :-( Overall the room was a very nice size. We loved all the silverware, appliances plus utensils. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay but could communicate better
There were a few things about this hotel my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed and a few things that could be improved.
The good:
Location, amenities (especially the rooftop pool), staff was friendly, modern decor, rooms were spacious and include sleeper sofas.
The bad:
Room keys barely worked the entire stay. We had to keep going back downstairs multiple times, sometimes in the same day, to get new keys and they kept disabling. We were careful not to deactivate the cards by putting them near our cellphones and they kept not working. We also heard other guests staying on the 2nd floor complain about this well so the problem may be isolated to that floor only, but it was incredibly annoying and inconvenient.
The lighting in the rooms are sparse making the room very DARK and dim. No table lamps, no overhead light fixtures -- could definitely use more lighting.
A shuttle is able to take you to the beach but not able to take you to the airport. This should be reconsidered.
The Ugly:
The front desk staff needs to do a better job communicating. Before check-in they charged my card several times for a deposit of the 1st night's rate to reserve the rooms without any notice beforehand. Then apparently at check-in the amount they put on your card is just a "hold," they don't actually charge you until you check out. This is incredibly inconvenient and can put someone in a bad spot if they're not prepared. They also would not let my friends check in without me.

The front desk service was excellent. Guillermo Gonzales at the front desk was extremely helpful, accommodating, just a world class act and what a front desk support should be all about. The hotel Manager was super engaged and helpful. Their van service to the beach was scheduled but reliable safe and quick. Good breakfast, great staff.

Room is large and well equipped. Clean as well.
Free breakfast every day.
Only valet parking is provided. A bit costly.
Elevator is busy. Only one is available for entire building.
Overall, a pretty good place to stay.

Beautiful stay in the city
Another amazing place we stayed at durning our Miami and Keys vacation.
This hotel was spectacular in the city with a beautiful full deck and patio overlooking the city.
