I felt our bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The trash had not been emptied and hair was in it. I requested they clean it. Caught the guy who was supposed to be cleaning lounging on the chair with his phone.

Nice place to stay
Hotel was nicely decorated and updated. Room was set up nicely as well. Should have requested more pillows, they weren’t very supportive. Would stay again.

The whole place is going through renovations and the hallways are ripped up and look terrible! My son actually cut his foot on a board in front of the elevator. The breakfast attendant was rude and hateful to all of us. We paid too much money for such shambles.

Fabulous Family Time
My daughters came into town and we had a girls night out! Extremely clean rooms. We ordered carry out and sat at the tables downstairs. Breakfast and coffee were fabulous.

Would not stay again !!!
The girl at front desk was self-absorbed and she changed my room from a King to two queens. No explanation given or advanced notice. Hotels.com contacted them that evening and would not give them an explanation either. She kept huffing when she told me that she couldn’t do anything because a third party (hotels.com) booked the room.
The room also was not very clean; there were nuts on floor, dried urine in front of toilet and dirty wash cloth.

Rooms was nice size, staff was friendly. Found a sandwhich left in our fridge, and some sticky stuff on one of the tables. Other than that would stay again.

This was a very well-maintained, clean property. Staff was friendly when I arrived. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Surprised to see biscuits and gravy. Fruit cereal, eggs waffles toast, bagels do usual was available. This location is very convenient off of the highway located the nearby restaurants, gas stations stores. I was pleased with this location and will stay again when driving through town.

The room was comfortable and the bed was one of the best we had slept in for a very long time. The staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to check on the breakfast bar. The food was not warm at all , The biscuits were a little to firm. Otherwise we really enjoyed our very short stay and would us use this property again

Probably our last stay there
We have stayed here several times over the course of several years, and it was always fine, but now it seems to be going downhill. They seem terribly understaffed in certain areas. You have to request housekeeping instead of them coming in each day like normal. We had a dirty shower towel and had only one used up toilet paper roll with no backup. The breakfast staff was mediocre at best. The front desk staff were friendly and gave us towels, toilet paper when asked so we do appreciate them.

We will stay again!
We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious (we had a king with a sofa bed). The breakfast and coffee were great. We were close to restaurants and only 10 minutes from the Sportsplex. We were in for a volleyball tournament. We will definitely stay again for future tournaments!

We were here for the 1st time in 2019 right after they opened and it was super clean, inviting, quiet and loved the cookies upon arrival and the to-go lunch. We’ve returned Once again 3 years later to find everything just the same; except there were no cookies 😔. They’ve been consistent with cleanliness, warm welcome, and I forgot, the fabulous free breakfast in the morning. We’llfor sure be back again.

THis Hampton was an unexpected surprise. It was modern and updated, comfortable in every respect. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was outstanding- the best we have had in full 10 days on the road.
