Moldy smell
The room smelled like mold. Looking at the window there was water inside the window on the floor due to the caulking being cracked or non existent in some places.

Checked in but failed to offer parking pass, then in room remote for TV did not work , went to front desk because they did not answer phone to get another remote, still could not get to work tried to call again no answer. Another trip down stairs. Finally person came to room and admitted tv is always a problem, asked why no printed directions just got a shrug. Body wash despenser empty another trip to front desk. Blankets on bed were thinner than paper, tried to compensate by turning up heat, did not work. Last there is no microwave, which had assumed

This was a very calm and quiet place to stay, close to the SEA-TAC Airport (6 miles). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Difficult to get enough heat into the room, but offered space heaters. Good parking, but $15.00 was a
hefty price to pay.
Beautiful, upgraded scene and rooms...well done!!

The restaurant QR was irrelevant, didn’t match the current menu and didn’t link to an online order. When dialed the number listed to put in an order for pick up, it went straight to voicemail. Headed down to the dining room to put in an order and the service was so.very.slow. Decided to have a drink while I waited, bar was limited, didn’t even have simple syrup, as well as ginger beer and Pepsi for cocktails.
As far as the hotel, when I booked through the app, I didn’t see that there was an extra parking fee per vehicle. Not even one space complimentary to the booking. The young lady at the front desk did not have the best communication skills. My husband works close by and I will be hesitant to rebook, it would be purely out of convenience.

My family and I stayed for one night because we were in transit and had a early morning flight. The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. They had a shuttle service that made it easy for us to travel as a big group, for an early flight.

We reserved a King, but it was unavailable at check-in. The front desk staff was very apologetic and comped the parking fee. The airport shuttle won't drop off at the departures area, so be aware that if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, getting a taxi might be a better choice. Full breakfast buffet was the best on our 3 week vacation.

The hotel is convenient to Sea-Tac and easy to get to from I-5. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly!
While rooms have received a refresh and were generally modernized and clean, some minor improvements can be made. Also, from our room, we could hear the draining of the shower of neighboring rooms (above or beside)--not sure if this was unique to our room, or if it is an issue that can be addressed by the hotel for future guests.

We stayed near the Showcase center for a concert. Took a Lyft 2 separate days to Emerald Queen Casino. Easy pick up and drop off. Parking easy for our vehicle. First night, our room just got so hot even though we lowered temp on thermostat. We Calle next day and they moved us a couple rooms away from original room. Also toilet seat almost falling completely off. New room was great and we had vouchers for a free breakfast for morning. Good response time.

This was a Fantastic property & the staff was excellent. The security guard was able to contact me to let me know my headlights were on. The bar/lounge had good food & friendly service. The room was newly decorated & very clean. The view of the river was a nice bonus.

Room was not feather free eventhough asked many times. Highly allergic not just for preference. Infested with ants. No compensation not even a sorry. The man was sarcastic when asked if all the room are like this. I had to tell him to not be rude then he changed. Very disappointed.

One of your employees went above and beyond when I discovered my suitcase had been damaged en route. She took me to Safeway to see if I could buy a rope or belt. Failing that she brought me a suitcase that she had at home the next day at 6am. Her name is Annvee Tutu. What a lovely caring soul!

Good night stay, bad customer service
It was a good night stay for a layover,
However, the guy at the counter in the early morning was not very nice or polite.
He needs to be trained on how to take care of customers.
We were a party of eight and had requested a shuttle service to the airport at 4:00 AM for the next day since we had a flight at 6:00AM. A couple from our party came down to the lobby at 4:05AM and the clerk didn’t allow the driver to take us to the airport a 10 minute ride, because it was past 4:00 am and made us wait until the time for the next shuttle at 4:30 am.
By the time we got to the airport and cleared the security checks we were the last ones to board the flight thanks to the SOB Hawaiian or Asian guy at the counter.
Either at 4:00 or 4:30 am we were the only ones that had requested the shuttle service.
He could of done better.

Airport shuttle never came to the airport after a near 2 hour wait. My reservation was screwed up and it took numerous calls and inconvenience to correct the hotel’s mistakes. Absolutely NO COMPENSATION. Comforter was stained. Infuriated with displeasure.

Didn't like the fact that the shuttle van would not take us to the Link light rail station 1.5 miles from the hotel...but would take people the 5 miles to the airport....frustrating... $15 per day parking is also another negative......

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and all our needs were met re: crib, etc. Confusingly, there is another hotel with the same name not too far away, so we sent our Doordash order to the wrong address. Our fault but c'mon, the same name??
It's frustrating you need a key card to do basic things like operate the elevator. After 4 days wrestling two young kids on a plane, through a wedding, and back home again, I was not in the mood for the elevator to tell me it wouldn't move for what appeared to be no reason.

We were given a room that had a real HVAC problem- so much moisture in the room that even a cardboard box in the room got wet. We got colds as a result. We were given a better room so they did what they could to fix the problem. All areas of the hotel were seriously understaffed but Alex was wonderful and so was the ops mgr

This property sits on a very busy street which cuts it off from easy waterfront access, plus hill makes walk difficult. No view with special rate but room was great & restaurant good.

I enjoyed my stay here, qudos to the front desk staff at check in, the young man was really great, we arrived very early from a cruise and he was extremely accommodating and let us check in early! The room was very clean and spacious, comfy bed and HDTV with premium channels. There's also a mini fridge and nice bath products. My only complaint was the pillows, they were very flat and worn out, they need to be thrown out and replaced immediately!! The staff will provide additional ones if you request, however they will not be of much help. There's a restaurant on the premises with a simple menu and good drinks, they're open for Breakfast and Dinner and the staff is also very friendly. One Major Concern during our stay: On day two, there was a Fire Drill that started very early in the morning, it was extremely loud and went on way too long! We should have been notified of this at check in, instead of a note being slipped under our room door the night before, that I'm sure most guests did not bother to read. However, I believe this is an annual thing, so don't let it dissuade you if you're planning on staying there in the near future. Overall, I would give it 8 out of 10 and would definitely recommend 👌

I felt the neighborhood was unsafe and worried all night about whether or not my car was going to be broken into.
Restaurant was overpriced, however, our waitress was a wonderful woman. They really need another to help her out.

There were many of us trying to check in early, so we appreciated their willingness to try to make that work however the front desk woman, was rude and they were all completely disorganized. I know it was busy for them, and many were demanding, but they were using paper maps and paper lists to try to keep it all sorted out - it was super chaotic.

There was trash on the side of the road and a vacant wooded lot nearby where homeless people stay. I never felt unsafe walking the street though. The hotel was clean, comfy bed, and the staff was super.

The shuttle took about an hour to arrive despite the front desk saying they were on their way repeatedly. Be honest. After 14 hours on flights, waiting for an unknown amount of time and being passed by 1000 other shuttles is rage inducing.

1. Check in was easy . Rate was cheaper than those in the area . But this property is a Sheraton in name only . No luxury no frills
2 . Bathroom wasn't very clean . Grout on the floor was a mixture of clean , black and pink/red . Foundation makeup stains near the light switch in the bathroom
3. The beds are wildly uncomfortable and the linens were in poor shape . The down comforter for both beds featured balls on the down in the middle of each square like they don't wash them correctly making the blanket ineffective and cold when trying to sleep . The rooms are also super cold for no reason . It was about 75 degrees outside and even with the AC off the room was still freezing .
4. The last night we decided to go to the pool . It's open until 10 but there were no lights on outside . It was literally pitch black . I went to the front desk to make sure it was ok to be out there and they said it was fine to swim in the dark and refused to send anyone to turn the lights for pool on . They told us maintenance would be up in 10-15 mins . 2 hours later at 10 we left they never came .
5. Parking for this hotel is 15 a day and isn't secure , only some is even covered .
6. The front desk clerk with the curly hair probably early 20s was extremely rude every day . Anything you asked even at check in just major eye rolls , ignoring you when you speak ... honestly the worse 500 I've ever spent at a hotel in recent memory

Really nice hotel and enjoyed the room and swimming pool. However staff informed me the AC was not working in my room and was trying to find comps. Little confused as the hotel had many rooms and the hallways were cold. The toilet had trouble flushing. You also needed hotel card to open doors, elevator, and turn on lights in room. Overall nice hotel, but had a few problems.

Hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early. However that evening there was no hot water and when my friend came back inside there was a large sign on the door saying something about in violation according to the fire Marshall.
However I would stay there again, nice hotel for what we need
