Came to hotel primarily to use the Jacuzzi for back discomfort but the jets were not working. Also, front desk staff was hard to reach when checking out, beds were very uncomfortable and called front desk for extra pillows and I was told that I had to come down myself to get them from front desk. Went down and had to wait until someone came up front. I frequent the Marriott and and occasion have called for pillows and never had to go down to retrieve them myself. Thought I would try Hilton and was disappointed.

The property was well cared for, the staff exceptional, great location, near a great grocery store and many restaurants.
I had a few concerns. When we checked in we should have been told there was no daily room service. This was not an issue but it would have been nice to know. We always make our own bed. What do you do with your trash? We noticed there was a lot of trash by the ice machine as if this was the storage location for trash.
The primary issue we had was the bathtub. There were safety bars but there were no anti-slip strips in the tub. Because of that, we held onto the bars while we showered. This was not a comfortable feeling.
If those things can be corrected it would be a great location. Let me know if you make these modifications as I will be going back to Bolingbrook nest year.

Couple Weekend
My husband and I stayed the weekend for a wedding in town. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The service and food at the grill was exceptional. My only disappointment was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Taking a shower felt like a cool sprinkle from a water gun. After a day out in the heat , I would not stay here again

Overall pleased with our stay, but guest accommodations need improved. I booked a room with a couch and ended up getting a room with a chair, therefore our 3rd adult with us didn’t have a good place to sleep. When asking the manager at the front desk for extra pillows, we were told there was no pillows. Room is smaller than in picture, but very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located right off of I55. My room was spacious, but i was disappointed to see the carpet had not been vacuumed ( green candy and orange gold fish cracker by the bed) and the toilet did not have the just cleaned signage, instead the seat was up, as if someone had recently used it. Breakfast was good.

There was an over powering frangrance in the lobby and all hallways that smelled like really strong bathroom spray. This was nauseating and gave me a headache.

A Fun Reunion Weekend
What a nice, warm welcome on our arrival. There was the scent of cookies in the air which made it seem like a great home atmosphere. The breakfast meal was reasonable and delicious...made to order. The front desk helped us with a number of questions and they were always smiling and pleasant.

Decent hotel
The pool and hot tub was filthy ! Plus the night desk , I asked for quarters and he was hesitant about getting that for me. Needed it for the washing machine… the heck! Well at least the lady was nice at front desk in the morning at check out.

According to Management, this hote was short staffed and House Keeping was not available to clean your rooms. If you required clean towels, you had to go downstairs to the desk to pick them up yourself. You had to pay for breakfast. There was no free coffee ever available and some hotel guest were no happy. The water pressure was extremely low when taking a shower. I rate this hotel a 2 stars

The place to stay if you are in the area
This is a clean, modern hotel with snacks and toiletries available, as well as a bar/grill with fresh cooked breakfast in the morning and a decent menu in the evening. I'd recommend this hotel to a friend, family member or coworker

Filthy rooms and unhonest manager
At first seemed nice, lobby smelled great and welcome was nice. And it ended there. Room was filthy! Food crumbs on floor, toe nail clippings on floor. Coffee spilled not cleaned up. Hand marks on mirrors and windows. Beard clippings around sink, public hairs by toilet and hair in towels. Used lotion containers. Neighboting room up partying loudly until 430 am. Talked to manager and he said that the stay is non refundable as i used this app (found out this was a lie) if i contacted app right away. He tried to give us a bottle of wine, offered us a free stay or food at the resteraunt. I will not come back to this place again!

The facility overall was fine, but the bathroom needed updating. The toilet was leaking. Keurig in room did not work. When checking in we were told the breakfast we paid for in Expedia was not included in our rate. Were told to book through their hotel app to ensure breakfast was included.

Will never stsy there again. Twice on first day with do not disturb sign up. A housekeeper bothered us to get personal items out of drawers in our room. A toy car and a cell phone. Front desk kept telling us they would get us an answer but each time nothing.

Turn off the fog machine
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was fairly priced but the bartender was friendly if unskilled.The big problem for me was the lobby had a Febreeze fog machine that the hotel felt was an asset to the air quality. The whole first floor reeked of fake vanilla scent. It was unnecessary and offensive. You could smell it on the glassware at the bar. Bad!

Bathroom could be cleaner
Dirty in floor corners. Dirty corners in tub and around toilet base
But worst of all, when steamy from taking a shower the wallpaper showed an enormous amount of splatter from who knows what, gross.
Needs to be wiped down
I must say for a Hilton Hotel it was a bit disappointing.

Overall stay was excellent. Professional and courteous staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Minor inconvenience was the ability to purchase alcoholic beverages from the convenience kiosk is cut off when the hotel bar opens. Not everyone prefers to sit at a bar. My preference was to be able to relax in my room while enjoying my beverage. Other than that, excellent stay.

I liked that the room was nice and clean. I think the hotel needs to communicate about the jacuzzi. I asked the clerk and he stated that it was booked, then he stated it had to be serviced. So I think it needs to be communicated on the website or through Expedia the new requirements to use the jacuzzi tub. Other than that it was nice and close to all the restaurants and local things.

I really liked the jetted tub that was in our room. Everything was really clean.
For some reason the bar area was closed "until Monday" the night we stayed. A little bit disappointed in that.
We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area again.

I loved the pool and I was able to swim twice during my stay. I loved my bed! I had a wonderful SLEEP!!
I didn't like the way the continental breakfast was served. I don't agree with charging guests for a box breakfast. I didn't like that we couldn't have someone come to the room and take our used towels. I had spill on my bed and I had to change my own sheets. I didn't like that. The older gentlemen who checked my family in was not very nice.

The hot tub was broken and apparently broken for two months. There was a big wad of gum stuck to the headboard. You had to pay for a boxed breakfast. Otgetwise it was ok.

I love staying at the Hilton Garden in Bolingbrook, IL! It is so clean and neat in there. I do have 2 issues, the remote for the tv didn't work well and the coffee and creamer were old and tasted that way. Besides that I is the best hotel to stay at in the Bolingbrook, IL area! YAY!! Ms. Robin

I expect more from an HGI. This one was older, and the rooms weren't not as new and clean as I'm used to. The shower wasn't great. The charged for waters. They charged from breakfast. All in all - you could do worse, but for $160, in the middle of like 5 hotels, I'd expect better.

We loved everything about staying at the Hilton and it was very nice and clean. The only issue that we had was we had trouble connecting to the wifi. I tried several times to connect to it, but it seemed relatively complicated to connect. But everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fun Weekend Stay
It was a good stay overall, just a few things, their house keeping was gone by six to have items delivered so we made do without, had to rekey the room, and didn’t have have the extras if you forgot something. The location was great, the rooms were very clean, and the service was helpful when they could.

I would encourage the management to check the cleaning standards prior to guests arriving, also make sure that all the drains are working properly, in our room the bathroom sink drain was extremely slow to drain, and a friend of ours changed hotels after they found hair and nail clippings on the bathroom floor
otherwise the hotel was in very good shape, breakfast was good, parking easy and public rooms nice and tidy
