BEWARE!!! Not LUXURY ! The bed was like a hammock, they never came to check the living room TV which didn’t work, the bathroom was small with no counter space, we had to walk thru the garage to get to the beach and no restaurant. And extreme difficulty in checking in as reservation missing…had to pay for another room and have waited for over 30 days for a refund from the first reservation which was canceled. Avoid Global Luxury Suites like the plague

I booked an ocean view room, I got a partial ocean view room. When I went to ask, the lady who was in the front desk had an attitude and said “you have to call the company”. When I turned my back she was laughing with another person who was sitting next to her. she was clearly laughing at me I don’t know why, but this was very unprofessional. I’m addition, the room was not clean, we were supposed to get free bottled water, and we only got two on our very first day and that was it. I feel very disappointed, I regret choosing this hotel.

The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful.
Our apartment was very classy and vet comfortable We did have a problem because when we wanted to discuss the fact that the beach chair concession closed early we had to class the rental company since the front desk does not deal with those type of complaints.

The property is located in a very safe area. As soon as you pull up to the lobby doors, a valet/door man is awaiting to help you inside and park your vehicle for a small fee. The lobby attendees are warm and very friendly and are willing to help you in any way possible. The suite itself is beautiful and very inviting, the views of the city, the bay and the ocean round out and make it worthwhile staying here. I think the only thing that might need to be updated is the sofa bed, which seems pretty worn out, but besides that the 2 pools and spa area is phenomenal. Quick and easy access to the beach out back, will definitely be returning back and will push to stay in either an oceanfront or corner oceanview next time.

Hotel was ok, I was expected a luxury place but not really!!
! Stuff weren’t nice at all only person who was attentive was the valet guy ..
Another thing was that we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel at night time, everything closed at 7 pm and was not sitting outside or around the pools very disappointed!!

I loved that it had a washer/dryer unit in the suite. It made laundry super easy. The hotel and area were clean and quiet and there was easy access to everything needed. Will definitely book there again.

My experience was average. I liked the 2 pools, the hot tub ( even though I thought one was in individual Rooms). Loved the short walk to the beach. I was a bit annoyed having to use different keys one to access the room and one to access the elevator plus a wrist band. These things can get lost easily and the cost to replace each is hefty. The hot water in the unit I stayed in was sporadic. I liked the place overall and I would go back.

My first time writing reviews. Horrible experience with this property. Bugs all over the rooms. The customer service didn't work. The front desk on the property has nothing to do with this property owner. So, tried to contact the customer number but nothing worked out. Multiple bites from bugs. Dirty dirty dirty! If you liked bug bites, book this property.

My experience
Everything was good but the fact that we couldn’t get more towels unless we ordered cleaning service that cost and/or wait for them was not a good experience. Also the valet get busy and I waited for my car for over 30 min and the garage is on site. It was bad enough so we just decided to park across the street the rest of the stay. Everything else was nice and the rooms match the photos.

The view was amazing , the staff was really friendly , the room and apartment itself was gorgeous.
My takeaway: the water pressure was extremely low when we tried to adjust the settings to a more bearable temperature , leaving us never to have a really nice shower.
2 : the tiling in the bathroom shower had mildew on it.
I throughly enjoyed my stay , love the bed. Besides those take always I’ll book again.

The room is so clean and bright room. However, the washer was broken and it seems like they knew it but did not replace it. Because when I told it to the front desk, they did not see or inspect it and just change it. Furthermore, room phone does not works and I need to go to front desk to tell it and their handy man was show up to our room after 3hours later and I show up to front desk 3times. The washer should be replace it before check in…

The apartment was just as described and shown in pictures. Check in was smooth, and the corner apartment facing the ocean was spectacular. The property has two pools, both extremely clean and climate control. Direct beach access with chairs, towels and umbrella service from 9am-5pm. Front desk staff welcoming and courteous. Will definitively come back!

If you’re check in time is 2pm, they won’t even entertain you to check in at 1:55pm…. They’ll make you wait 5minutes even if there’s no other client checking in. 😏

We were very pleased with the property! There was only one issue.... the AC unit has a remote shutoff mechanism that apparently was malfunctioning. The gentleman at the desk showed us how to unplug and reset it. So this would have to be done like every 4 or 5 hours. Other than that... it was grand!!

Fantastic get away!
Being locals, over the years we’ve stayed all up and down the beach strip, The Monte Carlo has been one of the most easiest going and relaxing places we’ve stayed at.

Apartment was very nice and spacious! It had all the necessary amenities. Great view and comfy bed. Multiple pools on the property and it sits right on the ocean. Only downside was unpredictable Miami weather and valet parking is $20 a day plus tips. After speaking with Bushra Chaudhry in guest service, I will gladly book with them again for future vacations.

I would so very much like to give this place a full 5 stars. The view is perfect. The very generous balcony is heavenly. The walls of glass windows are everything I could have hoped for. The valets are great. The sunbeds and umbrellas set out every morning on a not crowded beach are fabulous. Even the elevators are not a problem-which they often are in Miami. These are all the things that truly matter to me on vacation. My complaints are minor-to me, but might be very aggravating to some. There was a paucity of silverware and kitchen accoutrements. No baking pans of any kind. Only 3 spoons, etc. I’m sure these have disappeared over time, but frankly they are cheap and easy to replace. No one is expecting Le Cruset. The ice maker was broken and the shelves in the refrigerator were missing-except for the one that fell off immediately when I placed something in it. The walk-in closet door kept coming off the track. These were all minor annoyances to me, but, gee, they are also the easiest to fix or replace. After all, there is a generous walk-in closet. Don’t let the silly door detract from it. Pick up some silverware and cheap baking pans from the dollar store-so that it doesn’t detract from the fact that there is a full kitchen. The hotel is clean and comfortable and filled with light. The furniture is comfortable and plentiful -especially around the pools. The view is second to none. And there are actually some exceptionally friendly and kind staff here.

SO happy I found this place. Easy check in process. The room was so spacious, clean & gorgeous! Had all the amenities I needed! Pool & hot tub were beautiful, easy to get to the beach. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Will definitely be coming back!

The overall experience at the Monte Carlo was quite satisfactory; however, I do have a singular concern regarding the enforcement of their established regulations. To provide context, during one occasion, while we were enjoying the pool on the 5th floor with our children, we noticed four individuals who appeared to be non-guests (as evidenced by their work attire left by the pool, indicating their lack of accommodation at the hotel). These individuals were in possession of cases of beer and bags of food, which they had brought to the pool area and were eating and drinking inside the pool. Furthermore, they had left empty beer cans scattered around the hot tub. It is worth noting that they were visibly intoxicated, with one of them even falling heavily as they exited the pool to access the hot tub. It is important to highlight that there were other families with children present at the pool during this incident. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the hotel management rigorously enforced their established rules and regulations.

A guy appeared on the ledge from the room next door !! He could have been there several times watching us getting changed - we don’t know!! We reported it to the desk and we still await the managers response - this was seven story’s high and not an area were anyone walks - he climbed back into the window next door after we seen him

Monte Carlo Awesomeness
The Monte Carlo did not disappoint. We booked an ocean front and we woke to breathless sunrises each morning. Room was accommodated with everything needed. It is an apartment but you could tell they thought of everything we needed to get us started. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Heated pools were great with the cool snap that came thru. Will be back.

It was my first time at Monte Carlo and I loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. You are welcomed with complimentary snacks and the apartment has the largest and nicest towels I've ever seen in hotels as well as super nice sheets. The management company was very responsive and pleasant and helped me with getting extra sheets, extending my stay, etc. The property and amenities are amazing, including a lounge area, two swmming pools, exclusive entrance to the boardwalk and beach. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. It's fantastic. I'll definitely come back and bring family and friends!

I would highly recommend this place to family/couple/friends.
Anyone who would like a great view from the apartment (partial view), convenient gated access to beach.
When we landed the front desk staff was very very nice. He said, he just started couple of weeks ago (didn't get his name :( ). But, the next 2 days, the staff were a little grumpy.
Valet parking staff were nice all days.
Beach towels and area rugs could be updated.
Otherwise, the apartment was everything as described.

The main pool on the ground floor was closed our entire time there. The pool on the 5th floor was open but that pool you can't actually swim in due to it being so shallow. The pool goes from 1ft to basically 3ft deep. The reason I chose this property was for the main pool. Should have been notified prior so I could have chosen another property to stay at. Also will never go through Global Luxury again.

There are a few things that are wrong with this place:
1. The wi-fi in the room doesn't work. If you have a software development company or anything related, expect to lose money. It costed us a few tens of thousands of dollars by not being able to use the internet.
2. The room phone doesn't work.
3. The cell signal in the room is blocked so you have to go to the balcony and make your phone calls.
4. When you need something, you have to call customer support which has a limited schedule. So you have to schedule your needs in advance.
5. The front desk personnel is always acting like you're disturbing them when you need something.
6. Out of 4 elevators only 1 worked one night. Families with small children and a person in wheelchairs had to wait in line to the elevator to get to their rooms. It took us over 30 minutes to make it up to ours. When we asked the person at the front desk to help, thwy went somewhere at some floor to start a second elevator. Why was that one stopped?! And he could see the line passing by his desk but he was just playing on his phone prior to us asking.
Really disappointed with our choice of housing.
I do not recommend this place.
