When we got the property the office is a block away and couldn’t find. Finally got the key headed to the room. Homeless men were staying right next to the property they peed m pooped around there and smell was disgusting. Entered the room smell like a sewer and bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was hot like a sauna.
We asked and they changed the room and it was better than the last room i had. but the room looked nothing like the pictures online. Also there was no actual windows and we could only hear the stuff outside. I do not recommend this hotel.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!ITS A SCAM!! Booked 1br condo & turned up with my two children Feb 2023. Left in fear & disgust. Nothing like photos. 3rd world standard. Dangerous, moldy, dirty, not room type paid for (meant to be a one bedroom with a kitchen, it was actually a studio, no separate bedroom, kitchenette). Mould all over room, dirt on bed and lounge, stench of death, rats and lice. Property looked like jail, rust everywhere, doors covered with wood planks, rubbish all over ground and courtyard, shopping trolleys with homeless people’s items, homeless tent city both outside and in the courtyard, drug dealers in corners of complex, security gate without lock, air conditioner units bulging into walkway with cockroaches and rats and cobwebs, pools of stagnant water over most surfaces with cockroaches. Rang office wondering where they were and they were down the alley in another building. You have to walk past a tent city to get to the front desk. Manager incredibly rude and obnoxious. She stated that one bedroom means studio where you live in one bedroom together.! The other girl at the desk was really nice so obviously just worked there. Informed manager that we would not be staying as it was not safe or hygienic, and was not as advertised and once again, she was incredibly hostile. Please read all the reviews before staying here and don’t stay here! I have traveled the world for 25 years, and I have only walked out of accom 2 times total. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The property was in a great location. It was very dilapidated, paint peeling in rooms and in shower, Parking $45 a day which is higher than I've ever paid on Oahu. Very unclean. Will not stay here again Was very dissatisfied with my accomidations.

The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. We stayed in the condo which was located in a separate building. No elevators so carrying our bags up 2 flights of stairs was definitely not what we planned for. There was a homeless man that lives outside the building. In the unit itself it definitely looks like college living. A window AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the small place. The floors were extremely dirty. The kitchen was dated and by the evening we realized there were ants and little bugs. Bedding was clean. The bathroom was alright but showering without flip flops was questionable with the condition of the floors. Our view on the balcony was of a condemned building with trash all over the place. The unit had a funky smell. Thank goodness the beach was just a five minute walk and that our days were filled with things to do, this is definitely not a luxury condo or a place you’d want to hang out in. Amenities (beach things, beach towels, lobby coffee) is not included and is a separate charge which I was made aware of at checkout. Garage parking is also a separate change which we decided was much safer than trying to find street parking. Evenings are a bit sketchy walking to the condo. Also be aware that the main building also has a gay karaoke bar. We did not visit the karaoke bar and had no issues.

The place is bad, the pictures are very different but this place is like a home stay in Africa they charge you an amenity fee but don’t even have blankets, they don’t clean the place not even once in a 4 days stay , the noise, is old and dirty, the staff is very nice and helpful but other than that avoid this place also the price for parking is insane.

Unit was very dirty, in horrible condition. There were live ants in refrigerator. Bathroom and kitchen were dirty and not cleaned. Bed was good. Horrible smell was coming from refrigerator and in kitchen area. I would not go there again even if they give it for free.

Great location and a short walk to the beach. We had ant in the kitchen and a construction site out our window -the started sawing at 8 am in the morning. Overall it was worth the price compared to other rooms in the area...location, location, location!

Safe locked security gates. Close walk to check in and out but nice if advise ahead of arrival where to check in. Room is clean and comfy. Charged for room amenity but inside a used toilet paper instead of a new roll.

Few of the good things staying here is that they are a block away from the beach. They are also near shops and restaurants.
The downside, they don’t have parking. It’s a first come first serve basis and you have to pay parking. They also don’t have daily house keeping. You have to let the front desk know if you need house keeping or you need your towels changed.

They do take the cheaper route with their accommodations before we were able to use it! Our itinerary was messed up because the hotel didn’t audit their condos and we ended up getting a smaller room without the kitchenette I was very disappointed in the results and really wished I was able to get a refund and stay somewhere where I felt I got my moneys worth!!!

Condo was nice in size for a family of 4 only and the kitchen was perfect.
The street had several building torn down and under construction but construction noise was under control.
Unfortunately, at night there were several homeless sleeping on the street which made me uncomfortable.

Pros:
Very close to waikiki beach and lots of other restaurants.
Has decent space with kitchen.
Cons:
There are only two parking spaces which we need to lock around 11am when someone checks out. People renting a car to drive around the island will never be able to get it.
Bathroom door is like a sliding barn door which does not lock at the bottom.
Front desk is a little rude and not much helpful.
The photos of the condominium are over exposed to make them look prettier. The building is constructed with hollow blocks.

Only if i had no other choice
The condo was old, outdated, dusty and not to my standards. I got in after midnight the first nights after long day of traveling and the sheets on both beds had stains on them. Window AC was loud and the room was stuffy. I slept on my own blanket on the bed, because i was exhausted. I left the condo the next day. The bed was uncomfortable also. I will not be staying here again.

There was not much to like. Location was not far from the beach so that was good. I didn't like that we had to constantly ask fir towels & cleaning. Also we ran out of paper towels asked for more and staff never supplied more. I gad to buy some. The restroom door didn't lock only slide closed. Next door some construction was going on all week. This made it difficult to get rest on vacation. Its not relaxing. The bed was two mattresses put together so the middle of the bed eas very uncomfortable because of legs in the middle of the bed.

About the only complaint i would have would be the Karaoke bar in the lobby. It flows into the lobby and it gets crowded and hard to reach the elevator.

We had booked 3 rooms.
1. C10-New fridge, new stove, new a/c, horrible water pressure, no wifi, no t.v.
2. C6-great wifi, t.v. for the kids, no water pressure

Overall we enjoyed the stay. It was incredibly close to everything. The beach, shopping, restaurants. Everything. The staff were all very nice.

Highly disappointed with my stay here. The original room we were given had bed sheet stains, marker stains, and ants all over the kitchen. When we informed the staff working at the check in, they indicated this was "normal". Their cleaning staff had left for the day, and our sheets could not be swapped out.....eventually they agreed to change our rooms. The second room was cleaner, however, had large brown stains on the window curtains. The bed was the killer for me.....it was supposed to be a "king", but instead was just 2 twin beds pushed together.

There were ants everywhere inside and out. We found multiple cockroaches around the property, luckily none got inside that we know of. The front office staff was helpful at times but we did have a misunderstanding about payment which was a little frustrating considering we just flew for so long. The A/C is just a swam cooler so I’m reality the only cold place in the room was the kitchen cuz it never reached the area where the bed was. The bathroom was the worst cuz all the windows in the place were broken and they were just glass plates. And bugs could clearly just crawl through the spaces in between. The bathroom was muggy and hot when you were showering so i only ever took ice cold showers when staying there. I definitely do not recommend staying here because i won’t ever again. The only good thing about this place was that they had free coffee in the front.

Stay?! More like STAY away!!
Im very dissatisfied and disgusted.
1. During checkin the lobby smelled terrible like urine.
2. Additional $10/day amenities fee for coffee and swim toys per day. Absolutely ridiculous.
3. The room was infested with ants. We even cleanned the tables with lysol wipes and put away food in the fridge. But still ants.
4. Cockroaches bigger then pennies. My husband killed one because it was running on the countertop it was terrible. I mentioned it to the front desk and she just said "they're big arnt they?!" Holy crap!Are you serious!? If your own employee says that what dies that say about your hotel and condos?
5. So in hawaii/Honolulu parking is scarce, so i do like the fact that i can pay a daily rate for parking so we are guaranteed a spot. But that garage below the main hotel was terrible to get into with a van. So we parked at the condo.
6. I could not find the washer and dryer anywhere. would think the amenities fee would cover that but nope. we eneded up going to a wash and fold and pay additional $80 to was our clothes/wet beach clothes and towels.
7. No tables to eat at! We would have loved too cook in the room but there was absolutely no place to sit down comfortably and eat at a table.
8. There were hardly any plugs at all! There was a extention coord and a power cord but in the most awkward places, so our phones would either have to hang in place to charge or at most sit with the cockroaches and ants.

It was a disaster. Check-in took over an hour, they attempted to charge us hundreds of dollars more upon arriving even though we had the rooms reserved and confirmed almost a year ahead of time. The rooms weren't cleaned, had no towels, one room didn't even have bedding, there was old food and garbage left over from the previous occupants, and an obnoxious amount of bugs in the rooms. We had to park our Van over a mile away because they claimed the few parking spots were already reserved even though nobody parked in them for days. And the icing on the cake was when we complained, the manager chewed us out in front of other guests and told us that we had no right to complain and blamed the conditions on Hotels.com not telling them that our group was a large group of 15, so they couldn't be properly prepared for our arrival (we booked 4 - 4 person rooms, so I"m not sure how many people they were expecting).
Overall we had a nice stay in Honolulu, but the hotel had nothing to do with it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

In our 5 days stay, our rooms were not cleaned at all. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels, we had to go to reception and ask for them. Every night outside the place there were cops and homeless people. Finally, there is only 3 spaces available for parking and if you don't get there first, you have to go somewhere far to find parking, but you will get charge for the night.

You get what you pay for.
Condo needs updated. TV remote missing and they never replaced after asking every day. Parking is almost nonexistent, first come first serve. Condo only has 3 spaces. Walk a block to their hotel and you might get a spot. It was always full. The refrigerator did not get cold enough even when on high. Twin beds pushed together to make a king was ok. No headboard for your pillows. No bar stools so had to use couch when eating. Living room and bathroom light would go off then come back on after awhile. No electric outlet in bathroom for hairdryer. Sliding patio door very hard to open. Room was clean and kitchen was small but ok. Over all you get what you pay for. Absolutely no view except of the back of building 20ft away. Was a 2block walk to Waikiki beach, that’s about the only reason to stay here. No frills, pictures on walls etc. would not stay there again. The staff was friendly and that’s the one good thing good. So if you want the bear bottom accommodations then this is for you.

Needs a new makeover and good cleaning..
The location wasn’t the best but at least it wasn’t on the busiest street, checking in was really fast and not so informative about the basic info u would normally get, the room was ok for the price with a fully functional kitchen and refrigerator that was a plus. The bed was comfy with lots of extra towels and sheets but the bathroom was in a much needed makeover and cleaning!!

The cleaning staff only came once during our stay. The unit was ok, it just needs renovations. The closet does not have any doors, bathroom doors doesn’t have any locks. There was no rugs provided so we had to improvise floor rugs to keep the floor clean. Bed was so hard to lay on. There’s no table to use so you can eat. Kitchen utensils are all complete though.

Very good service. It's a condo not a hotel. Obviously. I think it needs said although because I've lived on island. This is a standard home in Hawaii. There are bugs, it's concrete everything. Bathrooms are not beautiful. There were no bugs in our room. The stay hotel does a great job of keeping them out. Better than I did living there that's for sure. If you are visiting family and or always going to be gone. This is a great place to stay. Especially considering you can make meals there also.

You get what you pay for, don’t expect much
We stayed in the condominiums for 2 nights. Pictures do not show what you actually get. Rooms have a basic level of cleaning done but look extremely worn. “King bed” was actually just two twins pushed together and covered with a sheet. Most of the doors looked like they had been broken in at least once and now rely on an aftermarket lock system. Patio door did not even fully close, and while being in an unfamiliar area and on the ground floor was disconcerting. Unit is powered by a window AC that is extremely loud and inefficient. Found both frogs and cockroaches in our unit at various points. 1 bedroom is actually a studio, there is no privacy in the 1 bedroom units. Bathroom door is a sliding one that did not shut, you could see out into the bedroom. Between the construction of the units and the window AC there are pools of water 100% of the time on all of the walkways, be very careful depending what shoes you’re wearing. The hotel itself might have good views however the condos are surrounded by buildings, the best view you’re going to get is one of your neighbors window.
Unit had the basics; towels, soaps (mounted dispensers including in the shower) individual coffee, and dishes.
Staff was very nice and helpful, great local recommendations and make check in/out a breeze.
Unit is very close to Waikiki beach, other downtown amenities, and public transport lines.

I was so embarrassed I even booked a room here. It was supposed to be a 1 bedroom. No not at all. Mouse traps out. Lady acted like I should know where everthing was I paid 100. For the room. Got there wanted resort fees then another 47
For parking. It was geto. People sleeping in front of the condos. And ladies of the night right outside. Paint peeling. Nasty!!!! Was supposed to have s sofa bed no! Had to have a bathroom pass for the lobby. Our room bathroom was in very poor shape. Would not recomend this to anyone. I should be refunded.

Great location - basic apt
Location is surely great. The apt itself is old and way less cute than expected. Wasn’t really clean or looks really old and we did not think it was worth the price. However you have the basics basics (towels/ a little bit of coffee). Soap in the shower was empty. Don’t think we would come back but it works for for one night if you spend the day out. Reception was ok but in another building, been there only for a rapid check in.

Ok for a quick stay
Great staff but Stay Condos are very dated and needs an update. Old beds, old appliances, but place was very clean. We stayed here for one night and then moved to another hotel. Location is convenient just behind the Hyatt and a 4 min walk to beach.

Don’t even think about it.
The place sits next to a large group of problems outhouse nasty. The room was poor at best. Kitchen was all in very poor condition and run down. The building next to it was full of local renters that stayed up till early morning partying and extremely noisy. Got no sleep any night and finally checked out a day early. They should tear down the building and make it a parking garage. It would better suit the area. Really a shame. Never stay there again.

This is the worse hotel on the island by far!!! Looks nothing like the pictures. There was roaches in the bathroom at night and signs of rat droppings. It was so bad I had to rent another room else where. They said the room was non- refundable so I lost my money. Don’t Rent this Hotel!!!

Do not be fooled by the photos of this property. This property is listed as a condo, instead be aware it should be listed as a dorm at best. Cobwebs in the windows, old worn out curtains, no rugs, WiFi did not work, we had to ask every day for coffee and the correct amount of towels for 3 people, we always received 2 towels and sometimes no wash cloths or bath rug. The bathroom doesn’t even have a plug to get ready and do your hair. You will have to go to the kitchen to use the plug and get ready without a mirror. The first day after cleaning our room the trash was left and not emptied. Be aware this property charges a $78 resort fee for amenities. I’m sorry having items not work and not have coffee available in my room and always have to walk a block to the office to get my coffee and get a beach towel per day and WiFi not working DOES NOT warrant a resort fee. Also, be aware to park at this property there is a $45 per day parking fee. You can try to find another parking facility for a bit cheaper but you will be walking a distance. Just be prepared to shell out a lot more money once you arrive for this dorm. Now, if you love camping and don’t mind the dirt then this would be considered “Glamping”. I wish I knew ahead of time and I would have put my money towards staying at a hotel with a microwave instead of basing my stay on having a kitchen. I do not recommend this property! It is not up to the stands of what is posted on their webpage. So beware!!!!!

After reading reviews we were unsure what we would get but our condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Great location as so close to the beach and could get beach towels, inflatables and coffee enroute from the Stay Hotel. Only issue was car alarms going off in the rental car lot next door at 5.30am otherwise quiet area. Just note that Resort fee only payable by credit card, it doesnt say it in the description which is good to know before going as we prefer paying cash.

NOT A CONDO
This is a NOT the 3-star condo nor a 1 bedroom unit as advertised. This is a single room that has a king bed, a futon/couch, and a small kitchen. There is NO OTHER FURNITURE. No table, no chairs, no desk, nothing! There is no divider between the bed and the rest of the unit.
The location is 2 blocks from the beach, but the rest of the location is terrible. There is an Alamo rental car right next door, so all the units hear the cars starting, stopping, radios blaring, horns honking, and alarms going on. Across the street is the back side of the King’s Village shopping center (which will be closing at the end of January 2019 and replaced by a new hotel). So at 4 am, yes, 4 in the morning, garbage trucks are on the narrow street revving engines, backing up with their beepers, lifting dumpsters, and making a lot of noise. At least units 1, 4, and 8 are impacted by this, but probably more.
There are 3 parking space for 11 units and they are $45 per night. When you check in, they will recommend 3 other locations that are $30/night.
This was supposed to be a 1 bedroom condo for 4 people. It is a single room as said earlier. For four people, it had 3 sets of towels, 3 forks, 7 spoons, and 11 knives. It did have 4 dinner plates and salad plates and 4 coffee cups, but only 2 tall glasses and 2 both of which were cracked in multiple places.

Quite disappointed, No chairs, a lot of bugs walking around,
No silverware for eating, no coffee, it’s a condominium, anything’s to require has to walk to another hotels to get,
Which they own another hotel.
No parking, suggest to another place, which cost $35 to $45
A day. It cost extra $400 for our trip.

1) roach traps all over the room
2) broken cabinet doors that won’t close properly
3) generally dirty, including filthy floors, shower, drawers and cabinets
4) misleading pictures online
5) no seating outside of a futon which is being used as a bed. There was nowhere to eat in the room. Note, your website showed bar seating.
6) broken TV. We were told the tv had been broken for some time and you were waiting for a part from your corporate office somewhere in the Midwest, all of which is absurd.
7) no blankets on the bed or in the room upon arrival. It took 2.5 hours and a trip to the front desk to get them.
8) nasty shower curtain that only covers about half of the shower and resulted in a soaked floor with every shower
9) amenities charge for next to nothing in exchange.
10) outrageous parking cost, higher than almost anything nearby, and even higher than many high-end hotels in San Francisco. Additionally, there weren’t spots available adjacent to the apartment on one of the nights.
11) Requested one hour later check out at noon was met with resistance. I was told I could only make the request the day of. This is ridiculous given you don’t allow your guests to check in until 4 pm.
This isn’t a condo. It is a cinderblock, studio dump. It’s very clear the owners don't care. Amy, who checked us in, was kind and lovely.

Only 2 blocks to beach! Reserved a parking place there for rented car but cost over $300 additional for parking and amenities. Very noisy there but normal for big city which never sleeps. View was ok but could not see the beach. Space was large and quiet quest. Large refrigerator, kitchen, etc. We would stay there again if had the chance.

Doesn't get much better for the money.
Only 1 1/2 blocks from Waikiki beach (where the Dukes statue is) it really couldn't get much closer! A no frills place, with a kitchen, to stay but who stays in their room in Hawaii. Close to everything so we walked. We would come back here everytime.

Centrally located close to beach, good access to main building, the unit had issues with water leaking & bed set up - whilst listed as sleeping four this included sleeping on an uncomfortable couch

Great location, just 1 block from the beach. Customer service was great and so were the amenities, we used boogie boards and mats daily at the beach. It was surprisingly quiet for the location, which we liked, yet we were so close to everything.
