Friendly staff, clean room. One area to work on was making sure all shower dispensers are full. Ours did not have shower gel. Also, on our last day, we had to eat our breakfast with a spoon. There was a sign out that said “Sorry, no forks.”

We spent 2 nights. Suite was fully equipped, breakfast very busy and good except for eggs and line at waffle machine, broken elevator and no television. Otherwise, Beautiful hotel.

Loved this property. They have 24/7 mini store with items that work well for the kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed slim and both mornings we requested some refills on some items that ran out. The suite is a good size

The internet connection is terrible, we have to repeat input information and always give us error information.
3 days stay, nobody can help.
terrible, everyone work with internet, and we have to pay $30 for oversea cellphone data ( we are from Canada!)
really bad experiments and any one in business should avoid this hotel.
Nobody can help or want to help!

We arrived after check in time which was 3pm and couldnt get in until 335 which made us late for our uber. They wouldnt give us keys, which made it hard later when we still had to get our keys after midnight when back from our concert. Not sure if we will stay there again.

It’s overpriced for what it was, but we understand it’s the area. Can’t understand why they can’t upgrade to a pull out couch that’s even semi-comfortable- it was pretty awful, as was the linens provided for the bed. Lobby area was beautiful, as was the location of the hotel. Loved having a kitchen. We found soy sauce packs in the garbage disposal so that was interesting but overall it was a good stay. But over $600 for two nights seems extravagant and it was a tight fit for our family in a one bedroom with living room and kitchen….

I love the location. It's close to freeways and convenience to all Issaquah locations.
The pull out sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. You can feel the springs of the bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We regularly stay at Homewood and the sister property (Garden Inn). Generally the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are pleasant. It was unusual this stay not to be greeted or acknowledged by the front desk when we came through the door. Usually we are greeted every time but not once did that happen this trip. The included self-serve breakfast needs to be monitored more closely. Twice (out of four times) we came down a little before 9 (when it runs to 10 or 10:30) and the pastry case was almost completely empty and the hot foods depleted (one dish empty). There were no staff nearby to bring this to their attention on either day. The fruit consisted of whole apples and bananas which were green and blackish. Honestly canned fruit cocktail or just a pile of grapes would have been a better option. This is one of the "main perks" and honestly was just not up to par with our previous experiences and the Hilton brand.

We thought the motel was very nice. We would give 5 stars except we were disapointed in the breakfasts. The eggs were cold the 3 mornings we ate there. They also ran out of food each morning. Having said that, we noticed people going back for seconds and thirds, basically making pigs of themselves and not leaving food for others.
We do like the motel location and the free parking. Our room was very quiet and clean. THe staff were very friendly and accomadating.

I didn’t realize I had to request my room to be cleaned before our 2nd night stay. But when I called the front desk to request more towels they delivered them promptly. I guess it was on the little note given to us at check in. Also the phone in our room didn’t work. Needed to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

Great hotel
Overall stay was great. I mostly have 2 complaints. 1. The included breakfast was advertised with bacon yet both days I was there it was sausages. 2. There was tooth paste on the bathroom wall left from previous stays. Otherwise, everything was great. Also, I wish hotels had memory foam pillows.

Gone to the dogs!
Dogs everywhere. I counted at least a dozen different dogs in the week. Lots of owners with multiple dogs.
A dog pooped on the carpet by the elevator and we called down. The desk personal told my husband to not curse. We noticed for the remainder of our trip that the poop was picked up, but there still was small spot on the carpet. The halls weren’t vacuumed while we were there for the 9 days and no one steamed cleaned the poop spot.
We have stayed at Homewood Suites for many years. This one we have stayed at for the last three trips to Washington,but we will not stay again due to the uncleanlinesses and surly staff.
We are a platinum customer so I hope this has value that we are not just complainers. We are not.
Hopefully, things can be reevaluated at that particular Homewood Suites.

We booked 1 night here to see Snoqualmie Falls and 2 nights in another hotel close to our other activities we had planned, and we wish we would have just stayed here all 3 nights! We absolutely loved it….the front desk, the room (and a ceiling fan in the room was a definite plus), and the breakfast! Would most definitely recommend.

It was quiet…most front desk personnel was excellent, friendly and helpful.
No First Aid kit to speak of. I needed some help and they had to try to find stuff I needed and they never did.
Issues with shower with water pooling on floor.
Hot breakfast choices not that healthy
Sofa bed was terrible.
The sheeting on the King bed was awkward. I couldn’t figure out how to make it.

The hotel management was very friendly and helpful. We had a snow storm during the stay and they assisted with us using the next door Hilton for breakfast.
The Homewood Suites breakfast was marginal at best. Food was cold and not at the level I would expect for such a nice hotel.
Coffee maker in our room was essentially unusable.

The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived at the front desk to check in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were all we could hope for: a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, a sitting area, a great indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, BBQ, free daily breakfast and comfortable bed. I will absolutely stay here on my next visit. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This is our favorite hotel in Issaquah; the staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are good sized, clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The pet fee is very affordable; compared to some hotels, where they have ridiculous pet fees. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing Week!
We had an amazing week at this hotel. The location was excellent - close to the city and the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were way better than expected - we enjoyed the free breakfast, the i door pool and hot tub, and the game room.
