Well to start, it is $50 per night for incidentals, not $50 per accommodation. However, by the time they tell you this, it is non-refundable. As it is suppose to be pet friendly, it truly is not. I brought my cat with me and I always put a towel under the litter box so it doesn’t get all over the floor. However, they charged me $60 to vacuum up a little bit of litter. Mind you, we always clean the room up before we leave so it wasn’t a mess. Wish I would’ve read the google comments prior to booking it as others have had similar experiences.

Nice Staff - Hotel ok
Aside from not being the cleanest place (on the outside) and certain things in the room were falling apart, the staff was very nice, pleasant, and accommodating. Convenient to MGM & Basketball HOF.

The hotel is not in a good location. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood and right off the highway where you can hear all the traffic noise. The stay was below average for the price. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Broken windows in 10+ cars!
Several cars (over 10) were broken into during our stay including ours. Windows were shattered- hotel staff did set up station where they helped vacuum out the broken glass. No attempt to offer local services- we traveled several hours home with trash bag in window. Better back of hotel lighting is needed along with better security. Someone is going to get hurt in that area!

Hotel rooms are kinda worn. Paint missing in the bathrooms, chips out of all the furniture stains on the rug. Staff was very friendly however the hotel could use some love.

Selves in my room and used the bathroom left a disgusting mess, and the Manager could care less about my experience or reimbursement for 1 of my 2 nights stay. Will not use Hampden inn hotels ever.

Not the best..
After a long drive, I didn't notice the lobby. Our room was okay. This morning, I noticed that the bed skirt was soiled in several spots and the bottom of the cabinet which stored the mini fridge was crumbling apart.

Pet Friendly!!!! 5 PAWS!!!
This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This was also the first time I stayed at a hotel with my two dogs as my parents were also away on holiday and are my puppy sitters. From Check in my pups and I were greeted and welcomed. It was cool so see them included. They gave us a door hanger advising of our pets which was one of my concerns if I were to leave them there alone if housekeeping were to come in. The room I reserved was as described, spacious for 3 people and 2 dogs. Nice and Clean, I also had to do some work before leaving so the table with all the available outlets were very handy. I had everything I needed! CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel's pool was suppose to be heated and it wasn't..it was freezing!! Our 6 year of granddaughter was very disappointed. We had very noisy teenagers next to us but the management took care of that very quickly. There was a free breakfast offered and the breakfast area was very spacious and it was a good variety of breakfast items. Other than the pool, we had a great stay

The internet service in this hotel SUCKS! There is no stopper in the washroom sink. When we told this to the front desk lady and showed her the photo when we checked out the hotel, she said “no, it is the same for all our rooms here.” It’s really a surprise!!!

Great location to stay for six flags. Restaurants/ liquor store within walking distance. Nice breakfast included. Pool was small only 4 feet deep, kids still enjoyed it.

We stayed for one night. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful with questions. Good location close to restaurants and casino. Its close to the highway so if you're sensitive to noise you might want to be mindful of that.

The hotel was great. Stayed here with family to attend a swimming event in Springfield. It was clean, the staff was helpful. The shower was hot, the internet good, and the rooms quiet. I felt the breakfast options were better than most hotels I have seen lately, though not as good as it could be.

Due to google reviews I almost cancelled. Glad I didn’t. Rooms were large and clean. Loved how they do the shampoo and conditioner vs the tiny bottles. Surprisingly quiet due to being next to the highway. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We brought our dog. Only downside was had to leave property to find some grass and the area around hotel is a little sketchy and littered. Other then that it was great. Will stay there again next year.

Hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul, wear and tear are visible throughout. Staff was fine but not particularly friendly (except for the lady taking care of breakfast). Pretty sure a homeless man was in the breakfast area the whole time we were down there. Breakfast food was fine though.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change is the sliding bathroom door would not close completely. The staff were all great. From the front desk to the man who brought the towels to the pool. The breakfast staff were also very nice and social.

Food and staff were great. Ventilation of pool under the room was not sufficient and room had a very strong chlorine smell all 5 days. Hallway also had a very strong Marijuana smell 2 of the days.

Elevator carpet needs to be replaced, the ice machine on our floor didn't work and our room had a crack in the wall but overall the service was wonderful. Breakfast was included and delicious. A worker even provided me with a tray to carry my food and drinks back to my room which I thought was very thoughtful of her as I was attempting to carry everything in my hands

Stay was ok. Paying for the room was the let down. Didn’t mind the $50 a day security deposit but paying for the room through hotels.com then paying for the room all over again messing up my bank account is bull. Why did I have to pay for the room twice just to give me thee excuse that it will fall back on my card in 48 hours.that’s bull. If I pay for something I should not have to pay for it 2 times.
