I like the staff mostly. They were very helpful an professional. And I got everything that I needed in place. I did enjoy the pool and breakfast was affordable. There wasn’t anything that I dislike. I will certainly go back again.

Comfort and Convenience when Flying
We had an early flight out of Logan and this was a perfect place to stay for close location, good price, and comfortable room. Shuttle service in the morning was easy and parking at the Park and Fly saved money vs leaving the car at the airport. Overall perfect stay.

Had a nice 4-star stay but it could have been a 5-star. I'll explain. Property, restaurant staff, dining options, room cleanliness were all very nice. The issue was the shuttle bus driver--in a nutshell, didn't appreciate their attitude. Granted, they were probably going off shift at 4am and were probably tired. But, 5-star ratings won't be given for attitude. We were up early for an early morning flight and so were probably 15 others. The bus filled quickly with 5 travelers having to wait. The attitude came with indicating the bus was full and the need to wait. To accommodate the denied-boarded travelers who did get up early, the Hilton Garden Inn Boston could work with nearby chain hotels to create a surge bus policy. If the need to transport more people to the airport occurs, having a surge agreement with other hotels to accommodate the travelers would be greatly appreciated. That would earn 5-stars by thinking of all ways to help the traveler.

This is a great hotel if you want to be close to, but not in the middle of, Boston proper. The airport shuttle made getting in easy, and the staff are great. Also appreciated the well-kept fitness room. If you like the T, that's conveniently close as well.

When I arrived, the shower and the coffee machine in the room appeared to have been used (or maybe it had not been cleaned earlier in the day). I checked in late and had to take an early flight in the morning.

I started here only briefly before catching an early flight out of Boston. The hotel is clean, well lit, spacious, and inviting. They have many amenities. Room was immaculate. The shuttle runs regularly 24 hours a day. Shuttle has upholstered seats and very comfortable. So happy I stayed here and would stay again. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed overnight because it was 10-15 minutes from Logan Airport and we had an early morning flight. The morning of our flight all the power in the hotel went out. We had to use our phones as flight lights and finish packing in the dark. Other than that we had no issues.

Excellent hotel with everything could could possibly want. Friendly staff including the drivers of the free airport shuttle. Restaurant has great food with very reasonable prices. A special thanks to Steve at the front desk who goes above and beyond for hotel guests. His smile, kindness and proactivity was a very welcome surprise. Hilton Garden is definitely the place to stay if you need a hotel real close to Logan Airport.

1 - The bathroom smelled like cigar smoke and the front desk nonchalantly said it’s probably the exhaust. 2 - there was 1 side chair and 1 desk chair in the huge room. 3 - there was no ceiling lights so the room was extremely dark. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this Hilton.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were cleaned daily. Shuttle services every half hour to and from the airport. Hotel location is close enough to walk to the Blue line, either the beach or downtown Boston. The breakfast was not included but the cost was within reason. Would love to come again to this hotel. GREAT JOB!

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I can't fault it, from friendly staff eager to help whether it's to store luggage or be able to check in early, to seamless airport shuttle, to the handy gym and pool, to the great transport links. I'd highly recomemd this hotel.

We really enjoyed it. It was clean but noisy in the early morning. Like vacuuming at 4 am. We couldnt figure out the noise. It continued. Simple menu at restaurant and servers were great.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed
We arrived at midnight and called the hotel a day before arrival and left a note as a late arrival. When we checked in and went up to the room, they gave us one queen size bed instead of the two queen size beds we paid extra for. So I went down and they said there were no rooms left without an apology. They looked I’m a strange person. I said I couldn't sleep together one bed so they put a very bad roller in the room and disappeared without any linens or pillows. In the morning was also horrible. I arrived late at night and decided to sleep lately but check-out was at 12 o'clock. At 10 o'clock, the housekeeper knocked on the door and woke me up to tell me to check out. Really terrible experience. And someone else mentioned it before, but they charged $50 more than the contracted amount and gave no explanation. This is not a hotel worth paying more than $400 for.

Not worth the price
Waited 1/2-hour for shuttle to pick us up only to be taken to wrong Hilton hotel (not Hilton Garden Inn). Curt check-in staff far from welcoming. (Morning staff and shuttle driver Tony were very helpful). WIFI didn’t connect as instructed. For the price you charge for a stay, we regrettably did not get our money’s worth.

My father (who I was traveling with) who is disabled - got to breakfast right at 11 am. The staff were so rude, would not serve him (others were still eating and carafes of food were still out) and when he inquired about the food they said they would save it and use it tomorrow. I’m thankful he didn’t end up eating there if that’s what they do.
