We stay at Hampton Inns all the time because they are consistent, nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet.
This particular one was a little difficult to find because it's hidden back behind a Lowes.

I like how the front desk, Javarus, assisted me with everything I requested. He made sure my stay was very comfortable and pleasing. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. And I will be back to visit!

Have stayed here several times, will stay again
Newer property, clean, nice breakfast, bed was decent, lots of TV channels, nice bathroom. Rooms that face the interstate can hear big trucks all night. There is no constant fan setting on the thermostat to drown out the noise, so recommend bringing a white noise machine. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms to move steam out, or to drown out other noises.

Seemed like the walls were paper-thin. We could hear the people across the hall from us All Night as well as the traffic outside. Otherwise clean.

The front desk guy with the letter J in his first name directed us to a great local restaurant. When i asked about breakfast and sausage gravy it appeared at the Breakfast Buffet. YES!!!!
This is our stay place in this area. Great after a long day road trip

Lovely, helpful lady at the front desk. Very nice array of breakfast food and good size dining area. Friendly staff. Large room. Only problem was the phone kept ringing; the staff couldn’t fix it although they said they called the phone guy & he didn’t show up. We just unplugged it.

This hotel had everything we need for a family with 2 young kids and a dog. It has a nice and big area for walking dogs. They have a good variety of snacks and microwaveable food at the front desk. The place was very clean and well maintained. We recommended it very much.

Everything was great but the TV set up. It is just outdated cable service with no ability to stream anything. Not a reason not to stay there but they should upgrade. Excellent property overall.

The only issue was the shower. Curtain allowed the whole bathroom to get wet. This was not ideal for me as I have balance and walking issues. Other than that we were very comfortable. Room 216

For a Saturday night with a full house, you could hear a pin drop. I slept like a baby. I felt felt the young woman working at the desk when I checked in because she was alone and had worked a double and was functioning as front desk, housekeeper and maintenance. The property was in great shape though and she was cheerful although stressed. When I checked out the next morning I let the front desk know how quiet it was - I even slept rheofub breakfast!

We were welcomed with complimentary snacks and water after a long day fo driving. It was easy to check in. The room was clean and the layout made sense. They had plenty of towels and counter space. They had a good breakfast and the staff were really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The experience at this hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and everything worked (can’t tell you how many times we get a room and the refrigerator doesn’t work). Only staying one night. Not soundproof rooms, can hear traffic outside room and highway. The breakfast had nice selections and friendly workers. We couldn’t use the Hilton app for checkin and key-less room entry. The desk worker said “we should book directly through them.” Well, hotels.con was cheaper!

Tucked away behind Lowe's Home Improvement store yet conveniently located to Baxter Village (across the road) which has some great little dining spots, including a wine bar! Also close to Kinglsey which is another great spot for dining, drinking and shopping. Lastly, it's very convenient to downtown Charlotte, without the price of a city hotel. This is my go-to spot when I do my annual girls shopping weekend. 25 mins to SouthPark Mall. This hotel is very clean and they have a couple of "studio rooms" which are tremendous and can easily sleep 6. The worse thing about this Hampton Inn is the coffee. It's just awful, but I have high coffee standards (and no I am not a fan of Starbucks). ChickFilA is a 30-second car drive, coffee there is decent. Overall this is a great stay, for a great price and very convenient to whatever you need in both North and South Carolina.

Excellent with one small exception
I spent a couple days at this hotel while attending Labor Day events. The front desk staff was outstanding.The room was very comfortable and large and clean.
My only complaint was with the bathroom. The shower and toilet combination was ridiculously tight. I couldn't even put the bath mat down and open the door without it jamming. Most annoying was the fact that there was absolutely no shelving of any kind in the shower stall.. No place to put shampoos or anything. And the sliding doors would not stay closed so my shower would get cold and the water would spray out onto the floor.
The breakfast selection on Sunday morning was good and kept replenished. Monday not so good. A number of the items were already gone when I got down there at 9 AM.
I will likely stay in this hotel again when in the area.

I booked this hotel over Labor Day weekend with my family, it seemed promising after reading reviews. This property lived up to the hype. It was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for travel night. Made reservation en route. Price was good for one night - $150 as opposed to the $200 for the Hampton Inn Walterboro on our way to vaca. Couldn’t find a free breakfast filter on the phone app so picked the Hampton where I knew breakfast was provided.

Rooms were a little dirty. Bedding good, no bed bugs (after very deep tear down and inspection with flashlights - moving mattresses/ box springs / head boards) base boards and high touch areas dusty and seems lightly cleaned prob every other month. Countertops / shower and toilet clean.

Best hotel visit in a long time!
I have to say checking in was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. My stay was only for one night but it was perfect. Wish i could have stayed longer. Next visit to Carowinds im staying there.

Finding the hotel was a little challenging. Signage to it is kind of lacking and you cant see it from the main roadways. Its tucked behind Lowe's Home Improvement. Once there, experience was great. Especially giving shout out to Gerald! He was there to help me at check in, later in evening trying to find nearby food options, he was cleaning and restocking breakfast, he was at the desk when I left for the afternoon and he were there again at checkout. Always with a smile, and upbeat greeting! Room was clean and comfortable, facility seemed clean.. although I didnt use anything other than the room and breakfast.

The location is easy to get to, but removed from the main traffic so it was very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet had lots of hot and cold options, and I was glad there were no styrofoam cups or plates. However, I wish they used real utensils and dishes (not disposables).

Wonderful time visiting with family. Hotel conveniently located to local family and comfortable common areas (seating by outdoor fireplace and plentiful lobby seating at breakfast. The last couple of times we have stayed at this hotel on our way to and from Florida, we have been greeted by Tommy at the front desk. Personable with a smile, always ready to help you with your questions. One of the easiest and fastest check in we experienced. Breakfast, by Kim you would of thought you were sitting at the mother’s table at home. Great place, close by eating,shopping easy on/off from interstate.

Even though it was on a busy exit, a grocery store was minutes down the road. A trade off for convenience. I would stay there again if in the area.
