Our family's favorite hotel. Love the Seaport district so centrally located. This place is always pristine, and the breakfast bar cannot be beat. My first-choice when staying in Boston.

I was incredibly content with everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice especially the housekeepers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and if I ever return to Boston, this is the hotel I will go to. I felt safe and I have no complaints at all. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, I’ve stayed in other hotels but none of them compared to how comfortable like I did at this hotel.

Everything was awesome til I wiped off with a towel and had a blond pupic hair on my lips . The last day other than that everyone is nice respectful. I paid for my room and I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit. I had an allowance from the government to get to the border to protect. The manager didn’t care I had 100 cash I said let me stay tonight it was the night of the storm. She said 1 night is a 300 dollar deposit. She wasn’t budging. I was upset I had to call my wife to send me money on PayPal. Other Marriott don’t charge it. I was nice I don’t want to assume why she was hard . I even offered my ID and the hundred for one night . I’m still in California I got my nose broken seen horror on the border. I’m never going to go to a Marriott again! The hair in my mouth and the manager and I stay at a lot of Marriotts and the thousand of other men and women I work with . I will share my story one act of kindness could have changed my feelings. Sad stuff

The staff is awesome ! Breakfast is great but I wish there were more options for lunch and dinner though there are tons of nearby restaurants about a mile away. Easy walk to Seaport and Uber to North End. My only real complaint is that they need updated furniture / couches / tables etc in rooms and they need to get the Marriot Beds and pillows! I understand that these things may be in the works. Again cannot say enough about the staff and new manager.

I liked eve rything but the breakfast both days! The choice of eggs was below par & sandwiches were dried out from heat lamp! Fruit & cereal was a better choice!

Pet-Friendly Hotel with Great Amenities
I stayed at Element hotel and it had great amenities, including a self service espresso machine. It was also great for our dog. It's conveniently located in town, but the neighborhood isn't very walkable. Overall, a good experience for anybody, including pet owners.

Nice hotel! We were in a junior suite and it was the perfect amount of space for my mom, sister and me. We loved having a sitting are other than our bed. Kitchenette gas all the essentials you need - glasses, cork screw etc. also great location close to restaurants and valet parking.

Clean area & and room. Only negative I have is the parking situation. Valet is $50 per day and or self parking which charges every time you have to step out. Street parking is only limited to 2 hours max. I actually got a street parking ticket.

We loved having a larger suite which was very comfortable. It was cleaned thoroughly each day. After spending time in the busy and bustling parts of the city, we enjoyed coming back to the hotel in the evening which is in a quiet and safe area. The complimentary breakfast includes many options. Would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was so clean and quiet because the room door was not wood. I like this style door. And the room had nice kitchen and free coffee service at the lobby which we could use it every time. There were a few stores and dining around there and it was a little pity. But we would come back again to this hotel if we have opportunity next time.

The propery offers cribs for babies and was fairly close to a shopping plaza. The only downside is that it was hard to get a taxi....for sure use uber or lyft.

The breakfast was lovely. Rooms were large and full of options. Parking is $50 a day and mandatory valet. There is very little food options close, but a 15 min walk there is some amazing restaurants.

A great place to stay that’s not too far from the sights. Very impressed with the cleanliness, service and breakfast. The kitchenette amenities were excellent for our 5 nights stay. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable, and every hotel staff member was friendly and willing to assist. We very much enjoyed the latte machine in the evening. A great stay! We'll be back!

Family of four, stayed in 1BR suite for 4 nights. Overall it was pretty OK. Breakfast was decent but mysteriously multiple days when there was no fruit. Room (top floor) was in good condition and pretty clean, no linens for the pullout so had to get sent up. Kitchenette had what was needed. Lots of hallway noise through the door to our room and room was near elevator, so that was frustrating. No roll-away cots at the facility, so our boys shared the pullout. Saltwater pool was nice but cold. Modest (15m) walk to transit & shops. Staff were great.

I was disappointed in the staff interactions (lackluster and dismissive), the beds/linens (think and not cozy), and the broken bedside lamp in my room.

We loved how close (10 min walk) it was to the T silver line, the free breakfasts, 24 coffee station in the lobby and valet parking. The pool was small but adequate and heated. I would suggest alternating breakfast options on a day to day basis. I would suggest more streaming TV options, because all those commercials are annoying!

The breakfast food was horrible, worse than hospital food. The lighting inside the room was terrible, could barely see at night. The bed and sheets felt like a burlap sack material. The shower doors were installed in reverse so you had to go into the shower to turn the water on, so you got freezing old water sprayed on you until it warmed up. The pool was good though, and the kitchen inside the room was convienent.

Fantastic Convention Hotel
We were here for PAX East 2023 and it was incredibly convenient being across the street from the convention center! The staff were very friendly, the room was cleaned every day and the lobby was kept spotless as well. The breakfast had an insane amount of options and nothing tasted like it was sitting for a while. My only complaint is that the walls are relatively thin and you can hear if someone is talking / yelling in the hallway easily. During a convention week this is especially annoying as people are running around and talking as they walk so keep that in mind if you're here during those convention days! Otherwise it was a great stay!

This hotel is lovely; right next door to the BCEC, walking distance to the seaport. Hot breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had, pool and fitness center were clean, valet attendents were friendly and prompt, and the desk/cleaning staff very professional and helpful. Pet friendly accommodations were a great relief after a long drive.
My favorite parts are excellent water pressure in the showers and the latte machine in the lobby.

This property charged me for a stay that I needed to cancel due to weather conditions (I live 2.5 hrs away). Despite the fact that the hotels in the area were booked solid, and, they had probably booked the room again with another reservation, they insisted on charging me. Be human, be kind. It sounds like your property is all about the money. Too bad I will never book here again.

The hotel itself was very nice however their parking situation is ridiculous. They state that parking is “available” which is a lie because they do not save their parking for hotel guests who actually pay for a room and offer it to the public too just to make money. If I’m paying 350 dollars a night then I should be able to park at my hotel and not have to find my own lot in the surrounding area and carry my luggage in the rain and snow to the hotel. Furthermore, if your parking is full you should have your valet put a sign up and offer to assist the customer in where they can park. The valet should not just say “we full, nothing I can do” and point to a worn out map with no street names with 3 spots around the area where parking is available and the only way to get said map is to take a picture of it. This isn’t a 1-2 star hotel and for the price I as the customer expect way better customer service that that.

But really the room was either freezing or tropically hot. And the bed was not comfortable and only came with two starched sheets. Not a place to return to with so many hotels in the area.

This was my first stay at an element. Booked at the Westin for the rest of my stay but needed a last minute room tonight due to a change in travel plans.
Check-in was simple and the person was very friendly. I LOVE that they are dog friendly. My furbabies aren’t with me on this trip but we’ll definitely stay at an element with them in the future. I am also impressed by the eco friendly design - especially the filtered water tap in the room.

The workers are really great at this hotel and have never had any issues with cleanliness. The parking is quite frustrating because they force you to use valet and charge $50 a DAY not for the entirety of your stay. I think it’s a ripoff considering they only have to park and retrieve the car once. The billing is also confusing with the valet workers who are eager to double charge you even though the hotel itself automatically charges you.

The breakfast that was included was absolutely amazing(full hot breakfast with a cook on sight was included). The room was cold and heating wasn't working so we had to change rooms. The Valet parking was overated and too expensive for just parking the car for the length of our stay ($50 American per day). The pool area and pool temperature was too cold to swim but was very clean. The cleaning staff took things that they should not have touched(our food and tea on the counter). The hotel uses an independent taxi company. The hotel called for us and we were overcharged. The hotel did not assist us in settling the issue.

Beware of neighbors!!!
We did not like our stay…we could hear everything that happened above us on the next level. It was loud and woke us up many times during the night. Our first night we saw a mouse in the lobby…very disappointed overall for a Marriott hotel!

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The place was very clran, airy and bright. Highly recommend. The breakfast in the lobby was goodcwith lots of variety. Loved the gentleman who made the fresh scrambled eggs, sausage etc at the hot breakfast station, he was a delight.
