The valet parking staff was using my car while I was parked in their garage and they had an accident with it and then they lied to me about it. Luckily, my Mercedes has technology that records all impact and it was all captured on camera.

Truly a stunning luxury property with service to match! Fine dining, lounge , beach service, theater shows, art, shopping best of labels.

Our experience at Faena was amazing! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. From the moment you arrive, the attention and service is first class. The entire staff goes out of their way to give you a first class experience. Rooms are fantastic, comfortable elegant and well designed. Restaurants are otherworldly, pool and beach areas are top notch. Would definitely recommend and look for an excuse to return.

Amazing stay at Faena, the decor and Faena brand is unmatched with fine details, ambiance and quality. We enjoyed the pool area in the evening too, great to have the pool open 24/7. *Note, pool area is pretty quiet and played classical style music. There were also a lot of children in the pool during our stay. The beach access was awesome and you can order food and cocktails from both the pool and beach area. Additionally, loved the connected beach boardwalk. The concierge was very helpful and we look forward to staying there again.

We travel to Miami often . However My first time here and let me say The most incredible hotel in Miami!! The place, the rooms, the decor, the ambiance, the staff, the culture, the food, the excellent service- just all of it! Was truly incredible. We will be coming bak for sure. Dana, is a Gem. She coordinated everything to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Thank you Dana and staff for an awesome stay!!

My wife and I wanted to stay at a real 5 Star hotel, we've stayed at many places that say they are..... When staying at the beach there's no other choice. Everything is top of line

Best South Beach Hotel
Hotel is incredibly fresh, hip, and upscale. Definitely one of my all-time favorite hotels. Staff goes above and beyond too. If you can afford to stay here, definitely do.

Top notch service, older hotel
Top notch service from entry to exit. Concierge, valet, restaurant staff, everybody extremely courteous. Hotel is old miami with a lot of classic touches. If you're looking for class, this is a great place to stay. Room smelled a bit musty and one of four elevators was frequently stuck but aside from those couple issues, a great hotel. Service really made up for some down falls.

I rented this as a Birthday gift for 3 nights, all prepaid in full check in was on Friday but my guest travel got delayed so they did not try and check in until Saturday when they was informed the reservation was cancelled because they did not check in on Friday this is unacceptable as the room was prepaid for and should have been available regardless of what they they checked in. They will not refund or atleast just charge the one night that they was a no show. How is a prepaid room cancelled does not make any sense. Very upset with the staff as they refuse to reimburse payments for the other two cancelled nights.

LOVED this place, we were sad to leave! Mr. Faena truly thought of everything. The hotel is a feast for the senses; it is beautifully designed, smells wonderful (has it's own fragrance throughout), sexy modern Argentine music playing everywhere, etc. Right on the beach with a beautiful beach chair set up and service. The restaurants ere great, amazing service. Housekeeping, in specific Leticia was amazing. I felt pampered, taken care of, and catered to. I will be coming back as soon as I can.

Don’t stay in the residences, poorer quality
The room I originally checked in to smelled like weed and the line to check in took significant time to get through. The tressor tower is billed as being the luxury suite high rise but you can feel the springs in the bed and the mattress is not comfortable. Additionally that whole side of the hotel feels a bit seedy and not as well maintained as the main building. I asked twice to be put into a different part even if it was a smaller room. Upgraded me to an ocean view which was nice but still in the tressor tower.

We where robbed by hoyel, property does not recognized our prepaid room thru Expedia, and double charged for our stay, we paid thru Expedia and where then charged upon checkout complete room charge, and are being denied reinbursment of our money. Staff is unhelpful, service is impossibly slow, waited 90' for breakfast that never showed up. Room service didn't clean room , there where consumed items in minibar upon entering our room and we where charged for them.
Staff at sun-bar is rude.
Bathroom in room was dirty upon check in.

We spent a week at the Faena Hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Staying at the Faena Hotel is an "Experience" you are taken back to era when elegance is a way of life. The attention to detail and service is over the top. I expected a lot from the Faena Hotel and they surpassed every one my expectations!
The staff is stacked with professionals that understand the art of hospitality. I do need to recognize one special person - Lilliana Medina who worked tirelessly throughout our style to make sure we had an agenda full of awesome things to do.
If you visit Miami Beach and don't stay at the Faena you will regret it.

We were expecting way more after reading the reviews. Rooms are small and need to be updated. Restaurants are just ok. Definitely not worth the price. I don’t understand why it was as or more expensive as many other great hotels in the area. Overall ok but not worth the price.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room is large and I loved the evening turn down service. The location is quiet compared to further south but easy to get to south beach by car or a nice walk along the boardwalk. The cocktail lounge had great live music both nights I was there.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and nice.
The bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious.
It was a bit of a challenge to operate the light switches.
I liked that the rooms were soundproofed.
The pool area was beautiful and not too noisy even though there were families with kids.
The lunch we ate was okay, but dinner was good. The deserts were so beautiful and tasty!!!
We came the second night to the restaurant just to eat those desserts again!
The servers were so nice!
The other restaurant on the property -Pao-requires an advance reservation, it gets booked quickly, so plan accordingly.

Simply an amazing experience in refined hospitality; the service from staff at every level was superlative; the property and restaurants, amazing! Quaint, elegant arty boutique hotel. Super comfy rooms, spacious, luxurious amenities, modern, state of the art toilet and fixtures. High quality restaurants, tasty hi quality food, prompt service. Top quality mineral water in the rooms. Very helpful knowledgeable concierge who successfully organized all our hard to get restaurant bookings. Clean swimming pool relaxing area. Unusual, state of art, top of the line spa and steam room. Very good well equipped gym. Will definitely be back again. Hairdresser overpriced though, however, concierge was very helpful in securing us an alternative nearby Hairdrsser.

Gorgeous property. A luxury property that felt like a luxury property and worth every pretty dollar. Rooms were spacious and all the details were beautiful. I was worried the rooms would look gaudy but they weren’t. They were beautifully done. We stayed in a partial ocean view junior suite and it was wonderful to have the extra seating area. The terrace was wonderful to enjoy the in room coffee (Lavazza) in the morning or a drink at night while looking at the gorgeous vista.
Restaurants on site (Pao and Los Fuegos) were great- delicious food and attentive staff. The strawberry croissant at Los Fuegos is beyond decedent and beyond delicious.
The staff all wore face masks ( as did the majority of the patrons) which was comforting considered the out of control delta variant situation happening in Florida-felt safe at the hotel, from that perspective.
Beach service was great-umbrellas and water service included, which was a major need in the blazing hot sun.
The service at the spa was fantastic.My husband and I both got massages as part of the Miami Spa deals and the massages were some of the best we have ever had-amazing massage therapists there who use the right amount of pressure and know exactly all the spots to hit. Our flights coming into Miami were delayed by two hours which made us an hour late for our massage but the staff was able to make changes and accommodations so that we could still have our massages! Thank you Tessa!!

OMG this hotel is EVERYTHING!!!! The rooms are BEAUTIFUL. I had the jr suite with partial ocean view.So clean, staff are overly attentive! I love love love it. It smell very nice the resort is sooo nice, pool stays open all night and the restaurant downstairs is to die for!!!! *Chef kiss* I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!

The hotel is very nice but the service was pretty horrible. The staff was warm and friendly but you could tell they were very understaffed. It took a very long time to get drinks at the pool and they would forget to put in orders. You expect a certain level of service with the high price tag of the nightly rate.

Faena was a nice change from the noisy, hardcore party hotels in Miami Beach. Your pool and beach attendants were AMAZING! They provided excellent service every day and treated us like royalty.
The beach walk toward South Beach was sketchy. Very scary people hang out there particularly after dark.

My wife and I were extremely excited to visit this property, we are very big fans of Acqualina and The Edition. We felt this property was going to exceed those. Boy were we extremely wrong and disappointed. We arrived on 2/14/21 and after many issues revolving around terrible service we were seconds away from leaving the property..........

Service was top notch. Everybody was so accommodating. We brought our terminally ill dog to get the beach experience she had on her bucket list and the entire Faena staff treated her so well and didn’t mind (we hope) that we let her be without a leash.
