Horrible, horrible, horrible
It was the worst place to stay. Was supposed to be dig friendly but had to pay $25a night. Mgr gave me $5discount. Bed was hard, pullows awful, smelled so bad it was unbearable. Kids running tye hallsway until after midnight. Breakfast was very small and most was gone when i got there at a little past 7a. Had a dumpster put in front of my window, some guy was talking on his cellphone outside my window at 1130pm. Toilet would bit flush all the way, and there wA hair in the shower. I was supposed to stay until Saturday after getting there on Tuesday. I left early Thursday morning. Worst place. 7.4 is very generous.

The minute you entered the hotel the carpets smelled. The smell continued up into the room. It was moldy mildew smell. The walls were falling apart. Being held up by push pins. The pictures are not at all up to date. It is run down compared to the beautiful photos. The pool was closed for renovations. There was no notice provide on Expeida.

Place was gross. Lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Carpet was worn. Our room had water damage. The worst was the little black hairs on our bathroom counter which meant the bathroom was not cleaned properly between guests

Initially they charged our credit card 4 times at noon the day we were to arrive. My husband called and the front desk person said they’d call back in 10 minutes. Never called. He was able to fix it when we checked in at the front desk but that set the tone for a bad visit. The front desk person said he gave us an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room. Nope. The room was old, out dates and not clean. Hair in the shower. Gross.

This hotel was not clean. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes smoking. The key didn’t work most of the time, we had to go back and forth to the reception to have the key replaced. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice though.

Not worth the money. Unsafe in my opinion.
Not well maintained. Paint chipping in the bathroom. Small tub in room. Smelled like pot although smoking not allowed. Small refrigerator. Towels not replaced regularly nor the same amount of towels each time. Biggest complaint is the outside door that leads to the rooms, although they had the slot for the room keys to open it, was never locked or required a key. Anyone could just open it and roam the halls.

There was no heat in the room and the window was broken and wouldn’t set all the way and I paid a good amount of money for my stay and I’m not pleased with being cold during the night. And there was only an ac unit in the room, I would like a refund for the inconvenience

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. The bathroom had sink faucet loose and falling apart. The tub alway filled with water when showering. The toilet seat was missing a bolt to keep it secure and in place. Some USB ports did not work. The staff was very nice and helpful.

No telephone in room, only one lamp in bedroom, no dining room for breakfast, continental breakfast consists of pickup items. We would not stay here in the future.

Pictures definitely do not match the actual condition. General disrepair around property, including leaking water through windows in a rainstorm. Coffee was really bad, even for hotel coffee. Carpeting in hallways visibly dirty. Funky smell in breakfast area.

This hotel was very disappointing. The place is run down. It started raining while we were there and the water was pouring into the hallway upstairs! The whole place had an odor and many things in our room were broken. We tried to lock our room door and the lock came off in my son’s hand. The pictures are misleading. Don’t be fooled. This place is run down and nasty. Don’t do it.

The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was not friendly. Breakfast was dry packaged food. A staff member was cleaning the tables while were seating. She continued to clean while the customers were eating breakfast. Why were the tables cleaned prior to breakfast time. I will not choose this hotel again. It was worth the price I paid for.

Hallways were dirty, trash in the floors, pool was filthy. It was green and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room was clean but had a musty smell and my husband woke up with bad allergies (allergic to mold).

Bugs!!!
Please listen to what the bad reviews have to say. We saw bugs that we had to kill in the entrance of the room. We saw dead bugs at checkin and it is the same room where you get your free continental breakfast. Soo we definitely did not eat their breakfast. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet paper was cheap because every single time I wiped, it ripped. We paid 600 dollars for 3 nights and it is not worth it. I would rather pay 100 or more to not go through that again. So please listen to the bad reviews because everything the other people say is true.

Dirty pool, dirty hallways and smells like curry
The pool was filthy, not heated, and we could see things floating in it and visible dirt on bottom of pool. Their pool has not been filtered or cleaned out in a long time. All hallways were filthy and nasty. We could smell Indian spices and curry in the hallways. Breakfast was a joke - all packaged, to-go items. No hot food.
Not worth the money.

Great place to stay
The stay was great and the staff were very friendly and polite. My room was clean and service good. Great location for travel in five days we were able to see a lot of places in the area, close to great restaurants especially great Mexican food next door.

Won’t be back
There was an odor in the room, a mixture of cigarette smoke, cooking smells, and mold. Sleeping overnight resulted in raw throat and sinus congestion. Our room was in the back where staff routinely smoked cigarettes, it was secluded back there and there were persons lingering in parked cars.

I used to have birthday parties as a kid here and it's nice to stay when in town visiting family. I left my headphones and they were so nice about me coming back to look for them which I found and no one took or threw them away.

Room was clean, but was the wrong room, had 3 people in party, assigned room only had one bed, used roll-away that had unclean sheets, Keurig didn't work and had light that had no bulb. needs overhaul and more accurate website

Stayed there because it was close to a family wedding. Close convenience to highway, restaurants and venue as well as historic sights. Staff pleasant and friendly on arrival. Comfortable clean rooms- inner hallways and stairwells are a little worn. Overall I would stay here again.

Picture of room was not room we received. Showed jucuzzi tub in room but we were given a suite which we did not need! Room was old and couch looked tattered and lighting was terrible. Bed was ok! For the price we expected a much better room!

This is an older roadside motel. The room we had was newly remodeled. Clean and comfy. We wanted to see Plymouth, Duxbury and Scituate, and this place was convenient to all - and not as expensive as the ones in Plymouth. Has a good Mexican restaurant next door.

Find another motel
The construction was poor. There is a smell of smoke (or sewage ?) in the hall. Even with the heater on full high, the temperature could not get above 62 degrees. Very cold night. But the mattress was OK.

Location excellent. Very disappointed with our stay. Noisy all night long (slamming of doors, barking dogs); property out back where we parked not safe (spots not plowed out & path into building only shoveled halfway); ceiling inside back building water stained, peeling & moldy); stained pillowcases; dirty toilet & faucet to tub was loose, kept falling off. We will not be staying here again!

No heat in first room. Was able to get a new room which was nice. I was getting asked by multiple guests for cigarettes and the sheets were not clean. Shower rod and bar were falling off the wall

Wouldn’t stay here again.
All the staff we encountered were perfectly nice, it was the property that left a lot to be desired.
The “security door” to get in was anything but secure… door just pulled open.
When we got to the room the stench was horrible. It smelled like a combo of cats and body odor… I went to a convenience store and bought Lysol, febreeze and one of those magic tree air freshener that I hung from the air vent.
After many sprays of Lysol the smell was finally somewhat tolerable.
There were other things that I wasn’t happy about, but the stench is what really stayed with me.

The place smelled like weed all weekend. I am not against the use of weed, just don’t want the smell in my room. I thought there was no smoking in any rooms. The outside is dated, as is the stairway. There is no elevator to the second floor. The rooms were clean. There was a business card on the vending machine that stated”good weed”.

This hotel is definitely out dated and then some. They definitely hired photographers that did some good photo-shopping for online pictures. The halls, elevator and room had a bad smell & definitely needs to learn how to clean. I took pictures of everything.. no lock for the entrance to enter the hotel, we were in a 3rd floor room, window opened all the way & no screen, lights and plugs kept goin out & we had to keep using the circuit breaker ourselves, seriously unsafe.. Continental breakfast was less then what’s offered at a convenient store. Very disappointed with the amount of money spent here..should of checked right out but we were only staying one night. I brought disinfecting wipes & ran to store to get toilet paper, there was none in the room. I could go on but I don’t want to waste my time with my list.. lesson learned unfortunately

There was obvious mold causing a guest to have an asthma attack it appears like there had been a flood on lowest level. I was very disappointed. And the cost for such run down property was out of line. Don’t send people there til you look into it. It hurts your reputation

I don’t usually write reviews but the owner was so nice that I had to do it! The place was clean, the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I had the room the the jetted hot tub inside and it was amazing. They also have a nice pool so we plan on coming back for sure and bring our son to enjoy it as well. To top it off the restaurants in the area is convenient and the ones we went to so far been great, the service and food! I’m not jus saying that either . Amazing experience in one night.

The property is falling apart. The carpet, clearly had not been cleaned in some time and the wall covering in the hallway was peeling off, revealing mold. The Front Desk staff was not at their post but smoking within the site of the guest. The place also has a stench of stale cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. I would have changed facilities but everything was sold out.

Very generous and helpful family running this place. Breakfast bar has everything!! We switched rooms because my old dog refused to climb open stairwell. Rooms are very clean and the beds are SUPER comfortable! This is a little north of Plymouth two exits away but ry 3 makes it less than a 10 min drive. Also liked the restaurant Cancun just next door! Killer Margaritas!! Very nice trip!

It was disappointing that no one came to clean my room during my weekend visit. Also, the jetted tub in the room did not work. With a little effort and a few coats of paint things would improve. Overpriced. On the plus side, the woman at the front desk was cheerful and did keep the breakfast supplies replenished.

High price for the state of the hotel
The kitchenette room my family stayed in was very spacious and they have obviously been renovating the hotel. Many of the new features were obviously major improvements. However, more work is needed and the hotel is not priced as I would expect for its current state.
The remote did not work for the TV. Part of the shower door was lying on the floor. The dishes and silverware in the kitchenette were put away dirty. Spoons were stuck together with what I hope was coffee and coffee grounds poured out of a cup I tried to use for measuring. We needed to wash everything we used before and after using it. There were 3 place settings in a room that sleeps 6. In the hallway, the carpet was loose on the floor in some places and a tripping hazard.
If I pointed out an issue, the staff rushed to try to fix it with resources on hand, but I didn't want to keep pointing out problems all night. Everything with the room was able to function. It just took more time and effort than I would expect for the way the room was priced. It was one of the highest priced rooms on my trip and left me disappointed.

Availability was good. However, the sanitation of establishment was horrible. Corridors had beer and emesis moist stains. The carpet was not taunt appeared to be in a decaying state. Room beds had sheets with pubic hair, blood stains on box spring, upholstery & curtains.

Noticed numerous people hanging out there windows smoking…. In non smoking rooms…
Our room was on the first floor and window has no lock on it. Safety and security issue.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was meh. It was an older hotel with price double what you would expect, and while it was non-smoking the hallways and rooms, even ours, smelled like smoke. It worked as we needed a place, but if i had other choices, I would look into them.

The check in is easy but receptionist walked out of the desk without shoes! The carpet on the hallway stinks so bad. The shower makes loud noise from the pipes when in use.
