I was overcharged for the wet bar (stuff I didn't take) and had great difficulty resolving the issue, not being able to get help. Stood in a huge line for checkout, almost an hour.

Hotel was under construction without notifying the guests. Lots of noise and dust all around the pool area. No were to relax by the pool. The room was smaller than a Courtyard by Marriott hotel room. Many issues with the room, including shower handle, only 2 power plugs in the room, the room was dark with freeway view! The door to the room locking mechanism wasn’t working either. We had to slam the door to close it

Our room at the new remodeled spa tower was phenomenal. It was one of the most beautiful rooms I have been in in a long time with great views of the fountain and the highroller and the sphere and the strip. I would recommend highly recommend this room to anyone staying there the staff is wonderful. The maids are wonderful the guards are wonderful. It’s so beautiful there and the floors are beautiful. Everything about this was Just a wonderful trip. Thank you, Bellagio.

Food is good but there are not many options. Odd open/close times which is tough when most people keep late hours in vegas!(: Buffet closed at 3. gelato/cafe closed at 6. michael mina closed mon and tues, only opened 5-930. palio 6am-12. only snacks is 24hours and it has a VERY limited menu. If youre vegan/vegetarian be prepared to eat a lot of potatoes!

From start to finish, our experience at the bellagio was outstanding. Every staff member was accommodating and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. One of the best hotels on the strip. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff during check in are the least friendly people in the hotel. I asked for an early check in and wanted to be informed when the room was ready and no one bothered to notify me. I was so late for my meeting as my MGM app didn’t have my room key ready at 3pm either.
Overall, Bellagio is very clean and a great property to stay in. Absolutely love the dining options and the spa.

A wonderful stay!
We stayed at the Bellagio for my dad's 70th birthday celebration and had the BEST time! We had the pleasure of being checked in by Glen, who was amazing and an absolute asset to the hotel. He was courteous, accomodating to our early check-in request and even went out of his way to make my dad's birthday stay even more special! It was great talking with him and learning that he is going to school for business management, which I can tell he will truly excel at! The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were serviced in a timely manner each day. The beds are divine and I already debating purchasing one! We are already talking about our next stay at the Bellagio when we return to Vegas!

We booked the room through expedia and we came to know at property only that it was without view. And they refused to upgrade our room even though a room with fountain view was available on their site. Though they tricked us to upgrade to a strip view room which was far from strip and had only parking view. The person also suggested we book the view room from their site for full price and though we won’t get any refunds for existing booking.
They were like why you booked from a third party site and not ours. For the same reason we wont help you. The room was totally not worth the price, it felt like a ordinary room in a new building far from casino.

The AC in our room didn’t work and despite calling about it twice nothing was done. They didnt put us in another room and they didnt fix the issue. The concierge staff was rude and evasive as opposed to empathic and courteous. The only person that was kind and helpful was Kylee at the front desk. Which is why you get the rating you do.

The property was great. The Bell Service was awful I had to wait for a wheelchair over 1 and a half hours and still didn't get it. And they didn't call and say anything. And I scheduled to have it their for a certain time.

Excellent experience from the check-in to the check-out. The mattress and bedding was high quality. However, I wish they had a mix of fluffy and firm pillows on the bed. We stayed sparking deluxe room. That had an amazing view of the mountains and the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Worth every penny. Will definitely come back.

Unbelievably crowded, long lines for most everything including checkin and checkout; very well-trained and polite staff; excellent but pricey dining options. Room was absolutely wonderful, an oasis of peace and calm with luxurious deep soak tub, separate shower, fabulous beds. No coffee maker, no complimentary water. Fountain event was great for every song, a real treat.

They charged me for the services that I never asked for and was not provided, when they were only supposed to take resort fee. I didn’t take any refreshments that were in the rooms which were total rip off but they still charged me. I am still waiting for them to refund me $750. I am very disappointed and shocked by this. I was expecting a pleasant experience. I didn’t this at Bellagio hotel.

Hotel is beautiful stunning to look at and convenient to everything. I would’ve loved to of had a coffee maker in the room as well as little things like a shower cap and a few more amenities but overall the stay was very very very good.

Bad Experience’s in a high end hotel. Check in was slow with a long line. About 45 min to check in. A day later Called down because I needed a razor. Took 45 min and I had a meeting to attend. Had to call down twice to get it. Front desk told us we had to call down every day to get the room made up. (We stayed several days). Said they couldn’t put into system to make up room. Same hotel knew we drank a bottle of water 10 min after we took it out of the mini bar. Amazing how technology helped them bill us, but not keep room clean. Last day my wife called Down for extra shampoo and conditioner ( she has long hair and it was our 3 day there). Never came. Called manager she did nothing. BTW bottle of water was $24. Be careful . And the icing on the cake was the 9 am knock on the door by room service to make up the room on our last day. Amazing the girl actually said “aren’t you checking out today “. Yes we said but you will have to wait, till 11 our flight is later today. Just a giant money machine that doesn’t care about you. I am sure there are better experiences in Vegas.

The staff was excellent and very courteous and friendly, food prices were reasonable in some of the restaurants. I did not like that I was not told about a resort fee until time of check out. I see no reason for such a fee when there was nothing added on to the stay. Also, I think there should be a thorough check done to rooms to make sure they are clean before guest(s) are sent to them, we were placed in a dirty room initially

When I did the mobile check-in, it automatically assigned my room which was on the 19th floor. As I was sleeping the first night I kept smelling cigarette smoke. That morning I went to the front desk and asked Jaqueline (Jackie) if the hotel was no smoking, and she informed me all but the 19th floor. She offered me a room change which I accepted and was moved into within a few hours once it was ready. I was so appreciative to her swift and kind response. The mobile check-in and check-out are helpful when the front desk lines are so long. The property was clean and nice. They were doing construction on one of the pool decks, but I never heard anything from the work site. Enjoyed my stay as the location is central to everything on the strip.

Our stay was great. We did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel like Bellagio. The premier king room was stunning. Very spacious, large sofa, we were on the 6th floor facing the fountains. It is a bit of an obstructed view. A higher floor would have been better. The fridge is not available for use, it is fully stocked with sodas, beer, water,
Snacks that have a sensor. If you pick. Something up they will charge you. When we arrived some things were missing from there as well as from the snacks outside of the fridge. We called customer
Service to let them know and they assured us we were Not Going to be billed for any of that. There were no robes or slippers :(. We asked for an additional ice bucket for our champagne and they wanted to charge us $11. I said no thank you. I recommend eating at saddelles. Beautiful little place that opens from 7-5pm. They have a small little cart with sticky buns, bagels, coffee etc. quick grab and go. Long line to check it and check out, but it goes by quick.
We rented a car at AVIS.com and picked it up here at the Avis in Bellagio. Easy process. Uber and Lyft was amazing, area is just outside main entrance underground. Loved it! Fast and accessible. Construction is going on because of the Super Bowl coming up in February 2024, so wait to sit and wait for an uber more than usual. Overall we loved our stay. Casino was great, but the payout is not great. We lost but we had a great time. The gardens are beautiful this month!

Everything was great except sports book bartender, David and June were excellent, bartender RICK, was not, have been coming to Vegas for years, never sat at the sports book bar, he yells at my wife and I, are you playing the machine, and if not, get up, did not know that, so we played, and then he yells, and make sure your playing full max bet everytime, he was so rude and ignorant, other people also had issues with him

Overrated and Way Overpriced
Bellagio is obviously iconic because of the fountains and great location.
Surprisingly most restaurants didn’t even open until 5 pm. Breakfast and even a cup of coffee was very hard to find. Prices are outrageous in all restaurants. Just be prepared. Would definitely stay a few blocks north next time to avoid the enormous crowds at Bellagio. There is a wait for everything. Reservations are a must for any restaurant every day. The place is overrated.
