Staff was very accommodating, my room was enormous and well kept. We were skiing and it was very convenient to the slopes. I was with 4 teens and they also had a great time.

Everyone was professional and courteous ✌️I also appreciated that there was no charge for parking, much appreciated. Other hotels in vegas and Myrtle Beach are charging customers $$$ to park!!!!!

We loved the time in the pool and hot tub and the dinner was good too. On a rainy weekend it was just what we needed. Our room was clean and well equipped. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

This is one of the finest Hilton properties we've stayed in. We needed a place to stay overnight near the ambulatory center where my husband had surgery in the morning on 9/22. I requested early check in and the rooms was ready by 8am the morning of the surgery! The food options were amazing, the hotel staff (particularly Malyha) was incredible, and the entire hotel property was immaculate and wheelchair accessible.

This is our third stay here. Our first stay was great, our second we went without hot water almost 2 days but we thought we would give it one more shot.
The rooms were supposed to be all non smoking but the smoke smell in the hallways and in the rooms was aweful. Our clothes smelled of it by the third day.
Also never told about having to ask to have your room cleaned when we checked in.
We will not be staying here again unfortunately.

We did not consider our room a true handicap room because the room door was Extremely hard to open; low toilet seat with no hand rail to stand up, the shower wall nozzle was too high to adjust. As I am 5’9” and couldn’t reach it due to combat injuries.

Great stay in the Berkshires.
Always a great stay at this hotel. It is spotless, beds are comfortable, it is quiet, and we appreciate the new eco-conscious amenities in the bathroom. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly.
We will return in the future.

The hotel is nice. Overall I felt good vibes however I was a little upset because my shower water wouldn’t get hot. I let the water run for about 30 mins to give it a chance and I was unable to use the shower in my room. I didn’t have time to call/ wait for anyone to come fix the shower because I was in a rush and needed to leave. Thankfully I was only staying for 1 night.

Charming, helpful and professional staff, great hotel, we had a lovely dinner. This hotel is located up a short hill off a busy road - a filter or light in both directions would be helpful, also clear signage to that small hill. This was our second visit and we'll definitely be back. Such a lovely area to visit.

The hotel was very clean - one downfall no room keeping is provided unless you request it. We stayed for a week so it would have been nice to have cleaning services. They did bring us a set of towels upon request.

First stay in Pittsfield
My sister in law and I stayed one night here . We were very pleased with the friendly young lady at the Reception desk who was so accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room had 2 Queen beds. The room was lovely. The bedding is so soft and comfortable. Great shower. Loved our stay.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There on-site restaurant, Jai’s, has excellent Asian cuisine.
The room was very clean and quiet. However, they don’t offer daily maid service for a 2 night stay. I had to call for a new set of towels, but housekeeping brought them up very quickly.
I will stay there again in my next visit to the Lenox/Pittsfield area.

We had a great stay at The Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel was lovely, the room was clean and the restaurant was great. We are electric car owners and there were 4 working chargers on site. The staff was efficient and helpful.

Found the person on the front desk was very rude. I had put my credit card in the machine and felt I had put it in too soon because nothing was happening when I was told “that I would have to put it in again and that I needed to be more patient.” Also I had noticed there was a large puddle of water on the floor in the middle of the lobby and after checking in wanted to do something but the clerk was already on the phone. Thought of putting one of the orange vases off the fireplace to mark the water. I went out to the car, parked, gathered all my things and walked back to the lobby. I noticed the water was still there and the clerk was off the phone so brought the water issue up to the clerk. “yes we will take care of it”. Replied that it had been there and nothing had been done and there had been time for several people could of fallen. I then headed to the elevator and when my friend arrived at the elevator I was telling her about the water when the clerk came around the corner saying “I don’t appreciate your comments” as she was taking a mop out of a closet. I felt she was very rude and how dare she say that to me, especially in response to overhearing my private conversation.

Comfortable, cozy, and clean. Great Asian themed restaurant in the lobby. I recommend making a reservations for dinner. I would definitely book a stay here again. Sign up for Hilton honors rewards program and get more perks. Nice Italian market next door too.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working.
We just wanted to have a few drinks at the bar. She was very rude, saying the kitchen was close when it wasn’t. (We didn’t want food anyways!)
Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

First night of 2-night stay was miserable because the a/c would not stay on and the room was too hot to sleep comfortably. Report of this in the morning brought immediate attention and a replacement of the unit. Second night was much better.
Important note, especially in COVID times: when the maintenance man removed the cover of the old unit, the filter was coated with grime. The filters in these units should be cleaned regularly to keep guests healthy.

My heat did not work for the first evening so the next morning I asked to look at it. When I arrived for the second evening, it was working but then stopped during the night. I wrote the property but have not heard. It was 65 degrees in the room!!!

The staff are wonderful. The restaurant is great and the staff was efficient and accommodating despite dining on a busy Saturday. The food was well worth the hotel restaurant premium. And the pool and spa tub are worth the trip alone. This is our second stay here and will definitely have more in the future

Access to building issue
Okay experience overall.
The one frustration was the door keys were never compatible on exterior of the building. Lots of inclement weather made for some long walks in freezing temps with our luggage. I thought the staff could have made some effort to fix this.

Tons of people walking around, riding elevators and all maskless. Table in room was on the verge of falling to pieces. To the point where it couldn’t be used, wobbled 5 or 6 inches in every direction. Coffee maker in room only produced cold sludge. No complimentary toothpaste in room. Faucets worked in opposite direction (hot was cold, cold was hot). Furniture in disrepair, wall paper peeling.

The food in the restaurant was awesome. The pool area is beautiful but the water was freezing. If you can't use the pool, no sense staying at a place that has one. Spoke to front desk about it and they said temp was 83 degrees however, it was maybe 70 and freezing. No one in the hotel was using the pool for that reason. They didn't even check to see if the heater was working. Bery dissapointing.

Everything about this hotel is upbeat and friendly, without being intrusive.
My only complaint would be that there is ambiguity about the checkout time: the front desk says that it is 11:00 am, but the sign on the inside of the door of my room said that it is 12:00 pm. This prompted some brief conversation between me and the front desk.

Unexpected delight
Lovely hotel and on-site restaurant and bar was a plus. After a very long day of exploring the beautiful area and museums it was nice to just relax and enjoy a very delicious meal and drinks without driving.

The hotel feels like a typical business hotel, clean, comfortable and efficient. Decor is modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, we found the Asian fusion cusine a welcome surprise. There are no attractions within walking distance. We stayed two nights as part of a New England trip, it did the job very well.
