I love the family friendly environment. Breakfast is great, I love that there's a different menu every morning. The bar is a plus to unwind after a busy day out with the family. The rooftop is also great to unwind and enjoy the beautiful view. Staff are welcoming and addressed every need in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable and spacious for families.

Great room. Rather pricey parking $45 and a fee for pets that is not easy to find on hotels.com or Hyatt website of $75 a night!!

It is a great hotel and has very friendly staff - It has a nice view if you choose the Space Needle view (try to get on the upper levels). in 1-2 min walking distance to many activities. The breakfast is great and offers many options. It has a playing area in the lobby with some games - that's good for kids.

The elevator is the only detractor from this hotel as you might end up waiting a long time for a ride to your room - and only one of the elevators actually goes to the parking garage, so if you need to get all the way down, you often have to switch. My only other complaint is the parking fee for storing your car in the garage is quite high.
Otherwise, this is a pretty nice hotel. It has clean rooms, clean hallways and lobby, helpful staff, decent security and a good continental breakfast with lots of options, plus it's quiet and convenient walking distance to the downtown area. There's a great view of the Space Needle from the rooftop if that's your thing too.

Our room was really smelly and you couldn’t even open the window to get any fresh air in there. Then when we checked out, I forgot my blow dryer and tried to call the hotel to get it sent back to me and had no response back from them.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great woth many options and something for everyone. Great location and everything was within walking distance. There was construction going on across the street so it was noisy but that cant be helped. We'll definitely be back again!

Best place to stay to watch the NYE show at the Needle. However, the roof was overcrowded and claustrophobic. Stay here, but go to the spectator area to see the fireworks. The buffet was very late, 8:00, and pretty disgusting.

New Years was a bust
The hotel didn’t have parking onsite and we had to park at their sister hotel 3 blocks away. They advertised being able to watch the fireworks for New Years from their rooftop deck but turned people way because a capacity issues. Super disappointing that we paid premium prices and didn’t have a premium experience

If you are thinking of staying here. Read this.
The hotel is great. It’s located right across from the space needle and a couple of the other museums. If you stay on the 8th floor and get a space needle view room it really is a wonderful stay. The room has everything you would need except a SAFE?? It’s the only down side. And that’s a big one. They say they have a common safe in the lobby for you which is just ridiculous for a Hyatt in 2023 not to have a safe in the room. Motel 6 has a safe.. but skipping that.. it’s got a nice kitchen, great layout and There is a nice roof top deck that doesn’t look anything like the photos but it’s there and fun to go outside at night for some Fresh air and a great view.
The staff is good. Not great by any means but good enough. Carlos was wonderful. He’s a pro and helped us check in early and get a better room but there is a really creepy security guard.. I guess because he wears a security jacket, a mask and walks around doing 1/2 push ups on the tables in the lobby.. but old and weak, the kinda guy I used to enjoy running into and helping choose a new line of work..but luckily with age came my ability to just laugh at them. So other than that guy and Carlos they are. Just average. Kinda what you expect from anyone in the 20s-30s age range now a days.
The only thing to be weary of somewhat is it’s in a location filled with mentally disturbed people and homeless

Great location and very accommodating staff. The fellow that mentioned he had lived in London was great - very friendly and hard working. The property was clean well run, well equipped and very fair price during our stay in December. The only suggestion I have is that the parking cost was very high and that offsets the nightly price... also parking ended at 2 pm which is caused an issue and we were not able to do all the things we wanted in the area and leave the car at the hotel for the day we were leaving. I did get a bit of extra parking time as we were visiting the PopCulture museum across the street but had to rush back and move the car out of the parking under the hotel and ended up missing a couple of other places we wanted to visit near the hotel. Not all but many hotels I have parked, have allowed parking the full day of the day you check out.

This property has a great location right next to Seattle Center, great if you're seeing an event at Climate Pledge as it's walkable. The staff was very friendly and rooms were decent. The only thing that was frustrating was the elevators. They have two for the whole property, including staff, so it's not very efficient. Only one of the elevators goes down to the parking garage, so sometimes you have to wait upwards of 15-20 minutes during busy periods to get down. If you can, you're better off taking the stairs, but if you have lots of luggage or mobility issues, just know it can be frustrating at times.

The room we received was a suite with dishwasher and other kitchen. Amenities housekeeping services was to be provided every other day. Our trip started on a Monday, there was no service provided to us on Wednesday, which was the day before Thanksgiving, and on Thursday there was no housekeeping services due to the holiday, so we ran out of towels. We were also not able to use the dishwasher because there was no power to it. For some reason there was no electrical power to the light fixture above the sink and the track lighting also above the sink area in the kitchenette until the last night, when suddenly, the track light came on in the middle of the night. There was no dish soap provided, nor dishwasher soap provided, and the garbage disposal in the sink reeked of odor.

For almost 400 dollars a night, i was very disappointed in the cleanliness dryed up food on the cabinetry in the kitchen dryed up white stuff on the bathroom door dirty walls, and whoever does maintenance dose a horrible job leaving wall patches looking like a child did them and broken tiles in bathroom, very unsatisfied will never stay again and i also have pictures of our room

There are non-compliant ADA items. Try getting off a low toilet while grabbing a towel bar on a swinging door. But the free breakfast was great. The elderly bussing lady was a hoot and gave good information.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location great, breakfast better than I expected, pleasant staff. Rooftop deck cool, even though we didn’t use it. My only complaint would be the size of the parking spots. So glad we had my hubby’s Toyota 4Runner, which is narrower than my Ford Edge. If we had the Edge, we wouldn’t have been able to get out without our doors hitting the car parked next to us.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. It's so handy having a kitchenette suite in the room. The included breakfast is fabulous and a great way to start the day. The only negative was the lack of parking on site. We had to park at the sister property a couple blocks away, not a huge deal but an inconvenience nonetheless.

We loved that the property was so close to most of our events. Food was good. Place was quiet as we couldn't even hear the traffic from the road. A few issues we had was very little hot water and parking was NOT available the night we got there so we had to part 2 1/2 blocks away! To top the weekend off the elevators were out most of the time we were there. People got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes!

Great stay! We were in town for a concert. Our check-in was seamless. Francisco is amazing. We were a three minute walk from Climate Pledge and the kids loved getting to walk right past the space needle. The breakfast in the morning was good and check out was easy. Especially enjoyed that there was secure parking in a parking structure and that check out wasn’t until 11am. Gave us time to walk down to Pike Place before checking out in the morning. The room was plenty big and the beds were comfortable.

Our hotel room was nice. They charge you $45 to park your car. The smell in the hotel and the room smelt horrible. The hotel is not updated whatsoever, they charge way to much a night for what’s it’s worth. Cons were the hotel was walking distance to the climate pledge were we are going to for a concert. Also I liked that our hotel had a view of space needle.

This property is in a great location for the space needle. Overall, the facility is nice.
Staff were somewhat nice but average to poor with following up on easy requests.
This property is very poor at honoring reservation request through 3rd party sites like Travelocity. My room type request and room view were NOT honored. (Yet my rate did not change)
We arrived early on check-in day, and we stored our bags while we went sightseeing. Upon return later, we were given a view and room type not requested. In addition, all in our party are able bodied, we did not desire nor request handicapped, and so we had one bed, not two, no view, and a shower that ran all over the floor because there was no lip for accessibility. I was not pleased with all this. Otherwise, it was a clean and suitable property.
I would stay there again if my plans required I stay near the space needle. However, I would not book through Travelocity and I would not let the front desk provide such poor service.

I didn't get the room that I booked (king w/ view of space needle). Was informed hotel was overbooked due to concert. He made it sound like it was because I booked through Expedia that I didn't get priority and they had to give me and my wife a suite that had 2 queen beds.
During breakfast the next morning, we got down there around 9:30a and most of the hot food was empty. Someone had to go request the staff to replenish.
Overall poor experience.

This was perfect for our family vacation! We walked everywhere we wanted to, rode the mono rail and so much to see around the property. Great recommendations for meals a walk away. The property is in downtown, we saw what we expected, construction, displaced individuals, lots of people traffic, but not once did we feel unsafe on or around the property. Our favorites at Hyatt House, was Grandma Pat, she has a quick wit and had my husband on his toes every morning. Francisco( I think I am misspelled that) was so welcoming, made sure we were prepared for the weather! Made sure we had warm clothes when we left and offered umbrellas. Overall great customer service was great! We will visit again and stay here again.

We did not receive room cleaning service through the duration of our stay. When we went to the service desk, they mentioned that for room service we would need to notify them by 10am. We did that and the next couple of days, still no service. Tad disappointing given our past good experiences with Hyatt House in Orlando and Vancouver.

Great reasonably priced room in Belltown
This hotel is a great location literally steps from the space needle. Our room was very comfortable for the three of us (myself, my husband and son) and included a small sectional couch that allowed us to have more space. Staff was always very attentive and friendly. Included breakfast buffet is better than average. We also really enjoyed having a nightcap on the rooftop with the gas fire pits each evening. Really great value, highly recommend.

Property is in a great location. You can walk to the high points. The hotel should hire two people at the front desk because you cannot get through to front desk unless you call many times. The front desk person ( Franchesco, I believe is his name) works hard and is friendly. The room phone did not work upon arrival. They did fix it. The refrigerator freezer was wide open and full of ice. We did enjoy breakfast and rooftop view was nice. Lots of construction around the area. The property is warm and they should put the air on especially main floor. We did enjoy our stay for the most part. I love the tea and coffee bar area.

My only complaint is on the piece of paper I was given upon check-in it said “maid service only provided upon request.” I didn’t want maid service, anyway, so I was happy with that.
I was undressed in my room yesterday morning and heard a maid knocking on the door. Seeing as how I didn’t request maid service, I figured it was for a neighboring room. All of a sudden, my door flied open and I went scrambling to cover myself.
That would be a good thing to address for future guests.
Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Convenient location and good for family
This hotel is in a very convenient location close to everything in the downtown area. It is next to the needle and pacific science centre. The room has a dishwasher and cook top, very suitable for family. The compliment breakfast is a draw card. Our room was very clean, and even though its window was facing the monorail, there was not much noise and we hardly noticed it.

LOCATION! It was perfectly located within walking distance of majority of attractions. The hotel staff was welcoming and offered their local recommendations. The room was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenage girls & the rooms were clean! No creepy crawlers of any kind. Although a bit more expensive than surrounding hotels it’s location and cleanliness made it worth it. Our new hotel of choice when visiting Seattle.

Loved iur 2 night stay
Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. View was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit tiny but everything else was so wonderful it wasn't a big deal. The best part was the entire downtown Seattle area was booked one particular night because of a concert but found a room easily via hotels.com
