Broken door at entrance 4
The hotel staff was nice at the front desk allowing some grace on my part, as i forgot my ID. My room was paid for so that helped alot. Thanks hotels.com đ i checked in with my dogs and was given direction to my room. The entrance 4 door was broke you did not need any card to open it just pull on it and you were in. Some guests were bringing in females across the hall, all hours of the rest of the night as i checked in rather late. My room floor was dirty đ it was a pet friendly room, i ended up using the cleaning wipes i carry with me to clean the room floor. Im the type of person to give grace and made do with the room, as my appointment was at 7 and i checked in at 1150 so sleep was on my mind. In which i slept then was woke up due to other guests awake all night in and out of the rooms and partying. Definitely this place needs help in alot of areas. One thing was the night manager who went above and beyond for a traveling guest, She was doing work far beyond what she gets paid for and what type of hotel ramada is!! Bless her!

It was alright. Probably pretty luxurious back in the 90s. Everything is pretty outdated, used and abused. It was decently cleaned and maintained. I'd stay there again, but I'm not that picky.

SHEETS, CARPETS, WALLS were all stained. Poolside room lock didnât work. We relied on the bar in sliding glass door. Spiral staircase going down to the pool is eroded and unstable. My kids and other in my party didnt feel safe going down the slides.. AFTER apparent recent remodel!? . Sink was broken when we arrived. Called front desk to ask for maintenance. A gentleman showed up shortly but attended to the sink for about 20 seconds and said heâd be right back. After 2 hours, I called the front desk again and she said âyea he was there but couldnât fix it, but they would be sending the âhigher upâ maintenance guy the next day to fix it but no refund would be given. They suggested I switch rooms at 10:30 pm. Elevators are terrifying. Halls were disgusting. Smell of smoke everywhere. We moved to a different hotel that same night. NEVER STAY HERE!

This entire property is disgusting and dirty. Stairwells filled with trash, rooms were dirty, clogged sinks that couldnât be fixed with no help from maintenance, there was an open can of molding oysters under the riser step for the waterslides. Doorâs did not properly latch on exterior or interior and all you had to do was forcefully push to open. It was unsafe and unclean the only positive about this property was the staff.

Customer service was great! Waitress was excellent at OClevys restaurant and food was good. Room could have used more attention with cleanliness. Bed appeared to have clean sheets. Bathroom and sink/vanity was not clean. Carpets very stained.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at every time we come to fargo. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the pool and the two water slides! (Careful they can be fast for the adultsđ) and there are many close, affordable restaurants near the hotel. Sickies is our favorite and its right next to the hotel and the gas station! 5 stars as alwaysâď¸

The rooms need a serious deep cleaning. There is an odd smell by the bathroom and there were stains on the floor. I will probably stay elsewhere next time. Did the job of providing a bed to sleep in is this is what your looking for. Drunk people banging on the door down the hall and tv on all night next door.

The pool area was great for kids with two water slides and it was a nice temperature in the water.
The hotel is very dated, and the room we were in had a super saggy couch, the door to the bathroom wasnât on its hinge properly, and one bed had a broken spring that was noisy getting in and out.
We wonât stay here again, but the staff were pretty friendly, and it wasnât the worst place weâve stayed.

The front desk lady was incredibly rude. We have stayed here plenty of times and she walked around essentially yelling at the customers. Weâve stayed here twice in the last week and both times she was working and it appears she walks around looking for people to yell at.
Because of this, we checked out at 8 pm.
During our stay there was also a baptism in the pool/hot tub which had about 70 people around the pool area. The side doors to the properties didnât work. At 7:45 there was a vomit in the pool which resulted in them shutting the pool down - this is out of the establishments control but they should have notified the individuals staying.

There were numerous issues with rooms not being properly cleaned. While I realize that many places are short staffed, when you actually wonder if the bedding had been changed due to the appearance of the bedding when you enter your room, gives you an uneasy feeling. There were some sort of white spots on numerous doors in the rooms that we were occupying. We also had alot of difficulty with keys and doors not working properly.
The staff was very courteous for the most part and check in and check out were quick and easy.

Potential but lacks the basics
Older hotel, needs to be cleaned and maintained. Hallways are dirty and need to be vacuumed. Walls are dirty. Room was dingy and outdated. Good location, just needs to maintained and cleaned. They charge a premium price for a room that doesnât warrant a premium price. Courtyard is the same price and updated and cleaned

This was a very dirty hotel. Had food on ceiling and on wall. Keys didnât work in the out side door, in the pool area. Bed broke when sat in. Was going to move across the hall but that smelt like it was a smoking room. Not very happy with the hotel. Front desk was very nice.

It was completely filthy dirty I have a 1-year-old daughter and she couldn't even crawl on the floor because she constantly had hair and dirt wrapped around her fingers from the floor the sinks were dirty there was hair everywhere like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in months. I doubt I will stay here again

Hallways are dirty, rooms arent stocked, service was rude and terrible one of the front desk ladies came into the pool area and instantly started yelling at customers about food. It would be one thing if the hotel was clean to act the way, but when this lady walks down dirty hallways to get to the pool area to yell instead of be polite shows how terrible this place has become.

Rude, unprofessional behavior
Front desk staff were rude and when i tried to ask a question she got very defensive. I never did see any staff wearing unifirms, nametags, badges, etc to identify themselves. They were dressed in sweats. Not very professional. I stayed two nights, on third floor. The first night there seemed to be party central out in parking lot outside my window. People yelling, loud pickups revving their engines, etc between midnight to 4 am. I got fed up with the rude behavior around 2am called down to front desk and asked if they could do something. Was basically told told no, they werent going to get involved. I asked if they would do their job and they hung up on me. Will not go back.

Dirty towels. Every single one of them. The fridge smells like dead fish. Management wouldnât switch rooms for us. There was some sort of fight in the parking lot. Cops all over late at night. Drunk people all over the lobby and smoking right in the entry way. Would not recommend anyone stays here.

Fun family place
The rooms do need a little updating. The pool is wonderful. Kids spent hours. You can still get pool side rooms here. Staff is very nice. There is a bar/restaurant which kids can go to. The pizza was amazing. The staff were super nice and easy to work with.

Not a good night sleep
Big rooms,plenty of space but to start off the elevator make weird noises and feels like theyâre falling apart,my room was right next to one so we got the pleasure of hearing that noise all night long,the sofa bed in the room didnât have the mattress so we have to figure out where to put our son,the toilet mechanism wasnât doing its job so I had to take cover off and play with that.

Main lobby was clean and welcoming but that was it. We were on the third floor. Elevator was in terrible disrepair-very loud and the door opens even before itâs stopped all of the way. Had to wait 15 minutes before we even saw a person to check in despite ringing the bell on the counter. Hallway was filthy and it looked like it hadnât been vacuumed in months. Sheets on bed had holes in them and were stained. Stayed there two nights and room no one offered to clean it or bring fresh towels. Donât stay here.

OH my word! Got in late after working a 9 hr day and then driving 9 hrs. got put at the exit door 5...literally so so loud and in the stair landing area. immediately, a lady was smoking right ouside my room door and had her foot opening the outside door. called the front. half hr later a drunk and influenced guy was banging around, moaning, staggering and hitting into my door. this was at 2 am. felt so unsafe. slept with my gun beside me. in the am people were in and out banging the outside door repeatedly, kids yelling and fighting outside my door. seal of the door was see-through so it may as well have been all happening in my room. the father of the kids was locked out and was banging and yelling at the door as well...it was awful. got very little sleep and had a headache...
took a shower and it was pink moldy. what a dump....so disappointed

If you just need a bed, this place has one for a reasonable price and theres some food in the morning. It was mediocre at best and felt like there is a mile long cleaning schedule that has just never got done.

Not a good stay
I was disappointed in this hotel. The pictures online looked decent, so I expected a fairly decent hotel.
The elevator is extremely sketchy and old. It is a single stall; the fan in the top did not have a cover, so the metal fan blades were exposed; and as the elevator moved you could hear the cables grinding and squeeking the entire time. Truly, it is an elevator you would see in a scary movie.
The hallways are very dim and the floors were dirty.. it had a very dinghy, rundown feel.
The room.. the lighting is terrible. The mirror is in a very shadowed area without a plug in beside it, so if you are a female trying to stylr your hair or get ready, you will hate the set up. If you have more than one person needing a mirror to get ready you are out of luck. The carpet was dirty. The beds were ungodly uncomfortable.. 1 person in our group didn't sleep more than 30 minutes due to tossing/turning all night. Myself- I slept maybe 2-3 hours out of 6-7 possible (honestly), and I woke up with a sore back and neck stiffness.
The free breakfast.. not good. Limited items and it looked gross.
I'm really not a picky person. I don't mind mediocre hotels to save a buck or two. It just seemed like everything was a disappointment with this one. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

The location was okay. The room was not clean; however, the bedding appeared clean. The carpet needed vacuumed, the furniture, other than tabletops, was dusty and there was mold growing in the shower under the handicap seat. There was a definite smoke odor, though I didn't specify non-smoking - I just thought it was a given now. The elevator sounded like it might not make it to the next floor. There was a fire alarm about 19:30 pm with a lot of confusion.

We were very disappointed at how dirty the hotel was. It looked like it hadnât been vacuumed in a long time. There was a broken table just sitting in the lobby and just overall not appealing just walking in the front doors.
Unfortunately, with all the options available in Fargo, we will not be staying at the Ramada again.

Hotel is very outdated. Pictures look better than real life. Breakfast was very disappointing and disorganized. They needed to have 2 separate food lines and some more options. No limit pads in the pool. The pool was super crowded and extremely loud on the Saturday night we were there. Pool hours ended at 11pm, but people were out there and very loud until at least midnight.

This place must not own a vacuum cleaner. It was filthy - the floors from the hallway and in the room were gross. The hallways were full of dirty bedding. I honestly thought a Ramada would have much higher standards! Will not stay.again.Would like a refund.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked this stay. It looked reasonable and I thought Ramada should be good! But it was not. Our room was over an hour late from check in, the room smelled musty, the elevator was questionable at best, and the hallways were terrifying. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was quite good, however, I left with bed bug bites even after thoroughly checking the room so I would not go back.

If I was Ramada I would not want to put my name on this building.The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. We arrived at our room and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor & the room smelt like fabulosa & covered up cigarette smoke. We asked for a clean non-smoking room so they switched us. Besides the thick cobweb in the corner of the room & the piercing I found on the carpet this room was better. The room key failed to work several times. Guest would smoke right outside the door and I often found the side door propped open with a rock. At the continental breakfast they provided styrofoam plates & bowls to eat on. This was not the place and I donât recommend staying here.

There was trash in our room when we checked in. The hotel was dark, smelled, and was dirty overall. They only gave us one towel in our room, and there was two of us. It also said no housekeeping for three days. One towel for three days doesnât work very well! The cleaning staff was nice enough to give us what we needed though.

I am very disappointed, we arrived at 3 for check in and couldnât get into our rooms until 4:30. The hotel has a very tank stench in the lobby and hall ways. The bed in our room has a huge divet causing it to be very uncomfortable. The music from the wedding was so loud I was could not fall asleep. The hotel is very dirty and the stairway in the pool are looks very unstable. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience!!

Check in was at 3:00 didnât get in to room till 4:30 lady at the front desk was super nice but the night shift lady after her was rude bar was gross and gave very bad vibes like they didnât like new people the loaded tator tots were some kind of fried on the outside raw on the inside mess so do NOT recommend. bartender was slow and was in the back kitchen more then behind the bar. Room was average but you could tell the cleaning was rushed and they didnât vacuum I had to pick sun flower seed shells off the floor and the fridge had someone else drink in it. Would not stay again donât recommend.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Facility is very dated and definitely need repair and upgrades. Paint peeling off ceiling and walls. Our room had poor ventilation and therefor was very musty and the floor was damp and felt sticky. We needed the sofa bed and it was in terrible shape-wore out and had stains on it. The pool was convenient and fun for kids. Decent breakfast.

Everything about staying here was good. However, they only had one accessible bathtub and we did not receive that. Seems odd for such a big place. Also, it was very clean except for one thing: the couch/hideabed and chair were filthy. In order to sit on them I had to put a blanket down. That creeped me out.

Would not recommend. This place was so unclean. There was also some kind of Manga convention that was not appropriate for a family to have to walk thru to get to our room. We did not feel safe.
