Welcome home.
I had stayed at two motels earlier this week and Hampton Inn was by far superior to the other two, one of which required me to wait an hour while two maintenance men struggled to get the television to turn on. The cost was similar to the other two, only downside was that I had to pay for parking. The quality, friendliness and excellent service, as well as the great “free,” breakfast, more than justified the expense. When I checked out, the attendant remembered me and called me by name. I felt special, it was my 75th birthday after all, and I will stay there again.

This property is pretty good. The only downfall is the fee for parking but I guess that is good because your car is in a more protected parking lot. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is adequate.

Loved the hotel but didn't realize that there was no direct transport to and from the airport. Shuttle service would have been nice because we had to take 2 public transit buses to get here and the transfer was not in a nice area.

10-12 minute walk to the strip (via freeway—safe regardless), not too bad considering the price. Overall good stay, with decent breakfast options, cleanliness okay as well. The only qualm was with the sink as it didnt drain properly. Comfy bed with working AC unit. Stayed here for two nights for NYE with my partner. Front desk staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Low damage deposit, no hotel resort fee, $15 dollar parking per day. This is no 5 star stay but with all things considered, you cant beat the price, location, free (organized) breakfast, and accessibility to the strip. Hampton Inn and Suites and staff members, thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Sofa bed has a very thin mattress and only works for light weight kid, so keep that in mind if you are reserving the family room

Great hotel close to strip
Over all I would say this is a great hotel for the type of hotel it is. STAFF were super friendly and always ready to help. Hot tub was working and great temperature. Everything was great! The only issue was maybe the elevators.

Awesome stay
Just needed a place to sleep for the night. First room had construction going on out in the street. They were very accommodating, moved us to a great room no problem. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. Wife didn't like being downtown, once settled we both slept great!

As usual, the Hampton Inn did not dissappoint. It was a great hotel, amazing lobby, good breakfast, and the room was modern and very, very clean. The staff made the stay even better by being friendly, welcomding, and asking questions. This goes as well for the wait staff in the dining area... very friendly.
The area is right off the strip, with a lof of construction going on. It's not the safest place, but the hotel itself is protected with gate to enter and exit. There is a gas station right next door as well.

The hotel staff was amazing. They were very helpful and sweet. When I say staff I am including the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast staff. It was a great price point as well. While it wasn't a safe walk to the strip transportation was accessible and timely.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The clerks at the front assisted with transportation and the hostess, Marjorie, at then continental breakfast service was the best!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, inexpensive
Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Needed to get an Uber to get anywhere. We could walk, but would've had to cross over the freeway. The only issue was at 3:30 am, the fire alarm went off and woke up the entire building requiring everone to go outside and wait. We found out it was due to someone smoking in the stairwell...ugh. The stay would have been good if not for that.

Hotel is nice, very clean and staff is excellent.
Great location to allegiant stadium. Very busy intersection next to it. And area gets pretty ruff within 2 blocks north..that said there are 2 convenience stores/gas station and 5 fast food chains within short walking distance and coffee shops

I love that there was not as much smoke smell as the bigger resorts, the year round open pool and jacuzzi, the closeness to the strip and Allegiant Field and the closeness to fast food. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast! Great price as well. I consider it a "secret" hotel choice that I will tell my friends

This location is very noisy at least in the front of the building. I wore noise canceling headphones. The front desk staff was fantastic. I wouldn't stay here again. Sorry.

Amazing alternative to the Strip. We went to a concert at Allegiant Stadium. I love that we walked 4 blocks and were there. The hotel is amazing. Clean huge rooms with views of the NY NY & Excalibur. Also, right next door to an In-n-out burger. We stayed in Room 329. Its a suite with a kitchenette that had a microwave and full size refer. It can easily sleep 6. Our deal came with free breakfast and it was great. Waffle station, Oatmeal, Eggs, Bacon, breads, deserts. It was all there. Great hotel, can't praise it enough

The manager threatened to call the cops on me for opening a bottle of water and offering to pay from the lobby. During the night audit, they treated me like I was a thief and a bad guy on my wedding anniversary. They threatened to throw me and my wife out, after checking in hours earlier while our Lyft ride was waiting! They threatened to call the cops because of a four dollar bottle of water, I asked really nice to, “charge to my room or here’s $10.00 cash.” They said, “it’s not about money [it’s about control].” I said, “this is my house for the night and I have rights.”
I explained this shouldn’t happen at hotels, my mother in law works at hotels, my friend, she manages a hotel, and I know several hotel owners of Marriott and Hiltons through my business that I do with them. I would never expect this woman who mistreated my wife and I to be a customer service manager.
I don’t care about your night audit as a guest, if I need water, I’m thirsty, don’t tell me to “wait two hours.” Then threaten my wife and I, then gaslight us at the end saying, “you can have free Dasani.” After trying to humiliate me on my vacation. I’m 37 years old, you treated me worse than you would treat a nine year old, no thanks. Even a nine years old gets respect and water.

This was the best off strip hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As a frequent Vegas visitor I would HIGHLY recommend it. Amazing rooms, parking, and free hot breakfast!
Recommendations: So minor, but maybe mopping the elevator floors and fixing the shower would be nice.

Very enjoyable stay. The entire staff was excellent especially Marjorie and Janet with the breakfast buffet. My $50 extra charge has not been refunded. Maybe it takes awhile. The Inn was very clean, quiet, spacious and the best bed I had slept in on our eight night trip. Thanks for a nice stay.

We chose this property because it met our wants and needs.It was away from the strip ,there were no casino fees, and it had a continental breakfast.My only complaint was the location,it was just off the strip which is what we wanted but it was not walkable friendly.You have to cross two interstate on ramps and another busy street to get to the outskirts of the strip.There also is road construction which of course the hotel has no control over.The restaurants close by are limited.

Best Sleep, Great Location
This hotel was one of the best stays I've had. The customer service was top notch, and Rafaela had our room set up beautifully. It was one of the best night's sleep because I did not hear any noise within the hotel; no doors slamming, people's voices, showers, or toilets. Just quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature perfect. The blackout blinds really helped us sleep, too. The hot breakfast was delicious and the area was kept spotless by cheerful Marjorie. The traffic getting in right now is hectic with construction, but once you arrive, everything onsite is great. Parking was $15, and we left our vehicle and let the Uber drivers brave the streets.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 7. The staff were extremely amiable and courteous. The facility was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to the strip within 15min. Close enough to walk to Vegas but far enough from all the chaos. We all loved the pool and their delicious breakfast. We will definitely go back to this property.

The room was okay but the bathroom was really dirty. I had to go through and clean everything. The toilet had hair and scum all over it. As did the tub. And the faucet in the tub didnt work, no matter what i did it constantly had a huge stream of water coming from it when the shower was on. Causing the tub to fill up to ky ankles while showering. But that staff was very nice during my stay

Ac was broken and they got it replaced. Room was not cleaned properly and arranged room service. Thin walls and an alarm from neighboring room woke us up on 4am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and they were even cleaning tables during breakfast. Waffles at breakfast were TOP! On the other hand there was no ham or cheese (or anything not sweet) to put on the bread and no vegetables. I appreciate tea and coffee for free for the whole time. Swimming pool with towels for free available and training room for free as well. You can do your laundry, too. The location was also great - very close to the Strip.
