Too many homeless people around. Vehicle in locked compound but the gate wouldn’t lock. Anyone could go in. Local gas station bulletproof, gas very sketchy hotel was well inside, but the neighbourhood was not good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel needs a thorough update. It looks rather dated. The breakfast room is right next to the automatic sliding doors that open to the main street. Every time somebody enters or leaves, the doors slide open, making it almost feel like you are having breakfast on the curb.
Furthermore, I would expect a hotel in this price range to offer an extensive buffet with real tableware, espresso coffee, a cook who makes your omelet to order, etc. Instead, you get a “Motel 6”-like continental breakfast of less than mediocre quality with paper plates plastic spoons, knives, and forks. I would expect better from a Marriott chain hotel.

The staff was welcoming and very nice. They made our stay very enjoyable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable, but we would have liked to have a little sofa or a chair to relax in the room, instead of only having the bed. Next time we're in town, we will definitely make reservations to stay there. Thank you to all and especially to Jovania (Jo) Georges, the assistant manager who was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were comfortable and excellent. The bathroom wash basin water drain cap was not working and water was stagant reported to the front desk and said the technician would look into tomorrow but no one came to resolve the issue i myself took out the cap with my hands to allow the water drain out.

Great staff, extremely clean hotel. Joe at the front desk on the evening shift was extremely helpful, as were the rest of the staff.

Best deal in a long time, price was worth it ,they should charge more for what they give you,included in price was a real breakfast buffet , eggs,meats,toast,coffee,fruit!! The people greated us at check in,,Delray was the happening place in Florida,classy

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Daily free breakfast is on-par with most places that offer free breakfast.
They have two elevators and are fast so you're not waiting 10 minutes for some slow poke elevator. The place is expensive since it's the beach area.

Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Price was outrageous for place though. And air conditioning unit almost non- existent. Set at 66, never got below 74 although was at 78 when on at first, and front desk came up and finagled floor unit to get more out of it. Allowed me to sleep even though only got to 74. No rooms to switch to. Room 213. He tried though. Very nice young man. Other than that, everything fine. Couldn’t get a hotel in area under 360 per night! Amazing for a small chain hotel. That’s even without taxes. Been in area before. 200 a night. Biden inflation at work. Horrible. Shortened my stay because of this.

I slept in my car...
This place is beyond filthy, unkept, staff were zombies, It doesn't qualify for a hotel/motel, it was like a refugee camp or rehab center. Really quite sad, I was displaced by the hurricane, didn't have time to look at the reviews.

Front desk staff were pleasant and informative as to places to go in the area. Carpeting in the hall outside our room was coming up in places and were a hazard. Noise of dehumidifier outside room was very loud. Road noise was disturbin gto our sleep.

We stayed here for NYE! Great location and walking distance to all bars/restaurants for NYE! Staff was very nice and we were able to check in at 2 pm as our room was available. We will definitely return when we visit Delray again!

This stay was pretty terrible, no heater!!! I was freezing during my stay. rooms don’t have heaters, no daily cleaning you have to make your bed and clean your bathroom. Customer service absent during night time.

Stayed here over Christmas break. Hotel room only cleaned every other day. In a terrible area. Close to downtown delray, but far enough away that the surroundings are not good. Substantial breakfast and pleasant staff was the best part.

Did not like noisy air conditioner. Interfered with sleep. When I complained and asked for another room I was told all the air conditioners sounded just as bad. It was like trying to sleep next to a running washing machine.

Convenient to Delray Tennis Center BUT sit’s right on a busy street and they put us on the first floor facing the street (maybe because we booked through a third party?) Was probably the noisiest room I have ever stayed in and we could not even open the window shades as it was right on the street, window was filthy and individuals hanging out on the streets. Unfortunately not the best :-(

Always a pleasure at the Fairfield
Just a one night getaway for some alone time. I always appreciate the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating everybody is. Most importantly the rooms smell fresh and are spotless.
