Sore back
We were surprised from the beginning with a $20 parking fee. Should have just hidden this in the cost of room. Had to go move vehicle after checking in. Pillows were very small and uncomfortable. Bed was hard and ended up hurting my back. Very restless night.

This was my first stay at the Hyatt in Tysons Corner and it was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Tysons Mall is connected to the hotel and has many high end retailers. There are also many great food oprions in the mall and full service restaurants. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Virginia.

Everything is great, downside was thinking there was a indoor pool, and not knowing it was permanently closed. Kids were looking forward for it.

I did enjoy the actual hotel; it is clean and the area is cozy. However the customer service needs work. I have to call the front desk a few times for them to fix something. They don’t coordinate well with each other. I do want to mention that there is a very rude associate named Asrar. He is very unprofessional and talks to customers like they’re nothing. looks like he hates his job. However, Annie the mgr is excellent; she is friendly , accommodating, and very professional.

Stayed on the top floor. Lots of ceiling appliance noises. Closet light didn’t work. Coffee maker was bad and had to be changed. Otherwise lovely stay.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were fantastic. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.There were 11 family members staying at the Hyatt, going to the football game.

I came here because I thought the walk would be easy from my metro connection. I am disabled, so it wasn't as easy as it looked from the metro train. That's no one's fault, just a fact. The Christmas tree of lights was exceptionally beautiful just outside the front of your hotel. It was something festive to look at while I ate my dinner. My food wasn't what I expected at dinner---too many jalapeno peppers in the chili and I normally like very hot food; however, the beef was very good. The wine was bitter, however, (malbec). When I had it in the Hyatt House, it was smooth and mild, just like the bartender said it would be. I sense some despairing feelings on the part of the staff here---something well hidden, but discernible. When I checked in last evening, it was fine, but today, the feeling was different. I don't say this to criticize; I say it because I used to work for Marriott years ago, Clyde's at Tysons for awhile, and El Sombrero in Falls Church a long time before that. I've been in hospitality/tourism for a long, long time as a second job/focus. I know what it is to work in very good conditions in which everyone can ENJOY doing a professional job together and be glad to be there. It should be every person's duty in this country who is my generation or older (73) to want everyone younger to be able to know what that was so that the next generations moving forward can have the same kind of good life and working conditions free of hidden things of harm. Best night's sleep, and best hotel shower EVER!
Location was convenient, restaurant options were quite good, shopping options were also aplenty, but none of that tops the fact that it was the best I've slept in months, promptly followed by the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. Five stars!

The hotel was nice and clean. I booked it because of the location. It’s literally connected to the mall. You don’t have to drive, everything is walking distance. Good shopping stores and excellent restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! A great place for adults and kids, alike, given the direct access to the mall and restaurants and a Starbucks right next door. Exceptional customer service! Maryam and Annie at the concierge desk were amazing at check in and went out of their way to accommodate a request. Karima at the club lounge was also exceptional and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, nice property very clean and quiet.
Issue came at checkout. I'm a Platinum VIP member of Hotels.com. I believed that this was a VIP property so I asked for a late checkout. Based on the benefits afforded to this status membership a late checkout is at 4:00 PM.
The night before I told the front desk attendant that I needed a late checkout. He acknowledged my request however he did not mention any time.
The next day at 12:30 a manager informed us that we had to vacate the room, since late checkout for them is 12:30. The attitude with which we are addressed was reprehensible. Given that we had 3 rooms at over $500/room I would have expected at least a professional attitude when speaking to customers. Disappointing experience from one staff member that soured the entire experience.

You don’t have to tell the hotel you have a car. They challenge $10 for self parking in a deck next to the hotel, that has Hyatt designated parking. It is literally just a way for them to make an extra $10/night. On the weekends, the deck is free, so park there outside of that designated area (which isn’t that large to begin with) and save yourself some money.
Otherwise, pretty nice updated hotel next to the mall with plenty of good restaurant choices.

Really liked the location and the friendly staff there. Need serious improvement on the housekeeping. My pillow had large visible unknown (looked like food or blood) and shower curtain with huge molds. They did not replace wash clothes and soap bar.

Whats is unique about this property is the location, conveniently located next to a mall and plenty restaurants. The property was clean and parking was easy.

For the most part, the hotel is excellent and has everything you would need. One thing I would pay closer attention to is the parking cost. Even though I purchased a deal through Expedia with free parking, I was charged daily parking until I notified of the discrepancy. Check your receipts.

A nice place for stay
The hotel facility and rooms are well maintained. Adequate amenities are available. Location is excellent and next to the Tysons mall and nearby a metro station to reach DC easily. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It is definitely a great place to stay in.

My first time staying at this hotel which is right next to my favorite restaurant Eddy V so I was super excited and when we checked into the room I think it was RM630 it immediately smelled like mildew and over by the window the carpet was wet. That kinda spoiled my mood as it was my Birthday weekend. They did move us to another room on the 15th floor but the view was of another building. Not pleasing at all but the room was very nice

Nice hotel; we checked in late so didn’t have the chance to get connecting rooms but still worked out. Everything was Elegant and clean. I would like to see more food options on the club level M-F. This was a little skimpy.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was ok. I’ve had better. The food was only the barrel and bushel restaurant which was not that good. I wish they had a better option for food in the hotel. Also, unless you’re an elite member the water was not free which I found surprising to be charged $3 a bottle for water.

Loved staying here with my family. Clean and friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t like were the tubs and the fact that vending machines weren’t working. Other than that, great location, great stay.
