This hotel is fine. It’s a good location on the strip, but overall it’s nothing impressive. The hotel felt very empty and unused. Their food court area called Fulton Street Food Hall only had a couple restaurants open. The restaurants that were open weren’t even serving their full menu. Elevators and escalators were constantly breaking and being roped off for repairs. The rooms are average. Nothing to write home about. The rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerators. If you want either you have to rent one for $20 per day.
When you arrive you check in with a kiosk, rather than a person which is okay I guess. I had to put a card on file for incidentals which is normal for any hotel. I used my debit card to do so and later received a charge from Harrahs for $200. I called the front desk and they said because I used a debit card and not a credit card, they were withholding the $200 for our entire stay. $200 doesn’t go a long way in Vegas, but it would have been nice to have that money. Overall, our trip was not that great. I’d like to come back to Vegas and stay somewhere else as a redo.

Checked into the room and it hadn't been cleaned from the last person. Called the desk and specifically said that they needed to completely change the sheets. Came back from a concert at 1am and the bed was just made not changed....so had to get a new room completely and was only given free parking for a day for the inconvenience. Wouldn't return here again. Customer service could have been a lot better to make the situation right for me.

Sorry, but I hate hate hate the 1/2 door design for the shower. We were in the Tower, and did not have shower doors for our shower. It was a fixed glass panel that extended to only about 1/2 of the length of the shower. To prevent too much water from splattering out, they've reduced the water pressure of the shower head. It's an adjustable shower head that either gives you a mist, a heavier mist, or thin streams of water that stings your skin. I was really glad I was only staying for one night and did not have to wash my hair. I will not stay there again.

Close to the Sphere. Monorail station right outside of Harrah's. The building may have been partially remodeled but they took over a facility built in the 1970's so it has the deep smell of spent cigarettes not present at the Venetian, for example. The hotel room was a slight upgrade, but was a 6/10 in terms of cleanliness but the bed was very comfortable. The shower immediately backed up and the toilet seat was very loose. Housekeeping should report this to maintenance so there's an issue there. Harrah's has lots of low-mid range cost eating places (unlike Cesar's Palace.) Finally, the best part was the lower than other places.

I’m finding out when booking through these apps they don’t care what room you get. The room is basic. We looked out onto air conditioners. And we heard them all night. The water pressure was nothing. I will never do this again. Very disappointed.

Check in was easy and a worker helped me.
When we got to our room, it was clean until I found long black strands of hair all over the bathroom floor. After a awesome dinner at Ruth Chris and an amazing show from Donny. We asked for a Pepsi, she took our credit card to get it, she was gone 15 minutes, came back and said the machine was not working and no Pepsi! Then we went to our room to go to bed. The bed was
Very uncomfortable. Like an old mattress, you could lay down and KNOW where people have laid and where they did not lay.
The bed was very uncomfortable, but the pillow beat the mattress. Have you ever put your head on concrete and rocks. I tried to get comfortable and I finally got my Jacket stood my pillow on the floor and it stood up all night and I slept for awhile on my coat as my pillow!

It was terrible. You hath to get out of taxi at back of hotel. It is dirty, with vagrants everywhere. Extra taxi fair due to construction around the Hotel. The noise starts around 4am in the morning.
They charge you 50$ to check in early. If you paid for your trip, they charge you to check out a day early. That’s totally nuts, so you should just not tell them if you leaving a day early.
Very difficult to get a drink on the gaming floor, no matter how many 100s you put in the penny machine. I won money, so this is not a revenge letter.

The room was perfect for our stay. We felt safe. Enjoyed the dinning options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was only one time we were not happy and that was the mid morning to early afternoon that we didn't have hot water. They were having problems and it effected our room. Notification from the hotel would have been nice.

the room had a terrible view of the roof and other buildings. Upon check-in, it was clear that the room was not cleaned. found someone else's worn, dirty socks on the floor of the room (((
The number was replaced with another one. The condition of the new room is also very worn out, the view from the window is absolutely a nightmare.

There were areas of construction that we weren't informed about. On our first stay our room had no hot water. We were told the whole tower of rooms was out of hot water but it was being worked on.

For the past 38 years we have stayed at Harrah’s and was very disappointed . We booked accommodations from Jan.17-22/24. The room only got cleaned twice . After going down to the desk and asking and then calling down later that evening , still nobody did anything, no fresh towels

It was a good experince however we booked 2 rooms under the same person and it shows on my bills as just the daily resort fee which would be roughly 300 for the 4 days but they charged me twice and on my banking it shows 600 so hopefully that gets sorted soon

Cancelled our reservation without notice
Not sure where to start, originally had booked a flight and hotel package because our flight was delayed a day we arrived at our hotel a day late and they had cancelled our reservation without notifying me for the entire stay even though I checked in online. Because I was checking in after midnight on arrival day they wouldn’t offer me any accommodations and told me to call other hotels and hope someone will check me in. So first night there we had no where to stay because no other hotel would do a check in at that time. I ended up booking and having to pay for another room at 6:30 am after having to stay up all night because we had no where to sleep. They charged us for a night plus made us pay an early check in fee which I thought was ridiculous because they knew our situation and that we didn’t have anywhere to stay because of them. The manager was extremely rude had no compassion that we were in another country and had no where to stay and wouldn’t do anything to help us at all. Our original room was a king and we ended up with two double beds which they also charged an upgrade fee for .

Pleasant with some hiccups!
My daughter and I came to Vegas to see Adele! And chose Harris since it’s across from Ceasars. The staff was friendly & I love the virtual assistance via text. The gym is small considering the size of the hotel. It is in a great location right in the middle of the strip. The water pressure in the shower is very weak. Speaking of water! The water was off one day until 5 p.m. . They gave a 100 dollar food credit for the inconvenience, they offered 50 but, i felt like that wasn’t sufficient so i talked to the manager on duty and he gave us a 100 dollars food credit. The food at the hotel is way overpriced including Starbucks! So 100 didn’t go far! The next day we had no hot water in the morning and early afternoon. Also, there are no refrigerators or microwaves at this location! It was just me and my 20 year old daughter so we made do. Ala and all i think we would come back.

The rooms were very dirty. My bed had a dirty and used bandage stuck to the corner of the bed (will attach photo if able to), the pillow and bedsheets had multiple holes in the fabric, the shower had the previous guest's dried mucus on the walls, and the bathroom faucet opening was crusted in green scale deposits.
The walls of the hotel were EXTREMELY thin. You can hear your neighbors talking audibly, when they ran their hair dryer, and even when they flush their toilet. In the wee hours of the morning, guests were heard screaming and laughing throughout the hallways and even in adjacent rooms -- can't do anything about other guests, but I've never experienced such poor sound insulation in a hotel to be disrupted each night like this.

Decent value, but don’t pay for the extras.
The value of the hotel was pretty good. However, we paid for extras that did not deliver. We paid for early check-in, and when we got to our room, we had no towels or any other bathroom amenities. We paid for late check out and when we went to our room after lunch, our keys no longer worked. So we had to go back down to get new keys after we had paid for the service. A few inconveniences when we paid extra for convenience. Pretty unfortunate.

I stayed at harrah's for 2 nights. The room was okay but the shower had no door or curtains so all the water spills out but we did not had hot water for both days around noon time and i suspect that was done intentionally since that the checkout time as well.
Plus they charged me for parking once at the hotel and once at the parking exit so i had to call them to get my money refunded.
Not so good experience at all.

We have stayed at harrahs a few years back and absolutely loved it, this time not so much. When we got into our room it was quite obvious that it had not been vacuumed or properly cleaned, so I went down and let them known and they assured me house keeping would come right up, nobody ever came. I also called the front desk and put in a request for some extra pillows and they told me someone would be up within next couple hours and again nobody ever showed up I eventually found a house keeping staff member working on our floor and asked her if she could get us some extra pillows. Overall just was not happy at all with this stay.

Started with friendly smiles at the check-in counter and it was nice to see security around too made me feel safe since I travelled alone on this trip. The floors are so clean it was nice to see. Easy parking in/out! I was nervous about that but everything worked out well.

My husband is a fairly new double below the knee amputee. We found it difficult to find someone to help bring our bags up. Took almost 40 minutes. Had the worst experience getting bell desk to help pick them up. The guy was upset my husband opened the door and couldn't move out of his way fast enough because he uses a movility scooter to move around. Both times bell desk came to our eoom, thry oretry much demanded a tip before they were even done.

Rooms are old fashioned, extremely basic, no tea/coffee making facilities, cannot even make your own refreshments , (all room amenities are chargeable including water) rooms are dusty, net curtains not clean, hot water in bathroom sometimes hot sometimes lukewarm, ice room - no ice, if you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep then fine, but did not meet up to my expectations

Hotel was walking distance from the strip, making it convenient to explore. Room quality was just ok. Clean enough, but definitely not great. I'd say bring your own Lysol wipes for another wipe down.

This is a DUMP.
Hard to believe anyone stays there. I think a flophouse for homeless people is better.
They nickel and dime you for everything. $45 for "resort fee" which basically gives you Internet (maximum 2 devices). Food and bev highly overpriced ($13 for a beer, $26 for a burger). Charge you $25 for checking in at 3 pm. Facility is horrible by Vegas standards, from the valet/taxi/Uber area (through parking garage). The Strip in front reeks of weed and has hundreds of "youths" carousing and does not feel at all safe. A concert outside and I could not sleep; walls are wafer thin. $8 for a Dunkin Donuts coffee???? $9.99 to withdraw $50 from an ATM???? And the table games suck ... 3 zeroes on roulette (3 times worse odds vs Europe) and 6:5 instead of 3:2 on blackjack which effectively triples the house edge.
At 5 am this place looks like a Salvation Army or bus station; nobody is having fun. The staff is surly. Only Gordon Ramsay's restaurant is competent.

Room was too hot!! AC would not cool down, this is january when temps were 50 outside!! TV Remote Dead upon arrival, 1 hour to get someone to fix. Trying to get to parking structure was ridiculously difficult!! had to go on 2 elevators and an escalator! Parking cost was outrageous, $40 for valet per day, $16 for SELF park even if staying in hotel!! will be last time ever staying at Harrahs, to many other choices!

My shower room is missing one glass which make the shower become very terrible cause the water will be everywhere outside after the shower. Electric socket is damaged too. Very bad hardware.

In our room the outlets by the bed were so loose phone chargers were falling out of them, the usb port by the bed didnt work so unable to charge phones by bed. Very smokey smelling which is normal in vegas being most casinos are smoking but for a non smoker was not pleasent.

Casino is a bit too loud.
Music speakers are on full blast, even over the slot area.
Hallway carpets on the way to the rooms are very soiled and dirty.
Wifi limited to two devices per room. We had two phones and a laptop for work. It costs an additional $14.95 USD per day for the laptop. This seems inappropriate considering the high daily resort fees and the fact that at other hotels like MGM wifi is completely free even if you are not a registered guest.
Finally, there is a fast food restaurant called Pizza Cake in this hotel. We purchased some pizza, cake, pop, and beer from here so the tab was over $70 USD. We asked for a small cup of ice for our disabled son. The employee said he had to charge us $5 USD for ice. All we needed was a few cubes. And we had spent sufficient money at the shop. The employee insisted it was the policy. I understand that you must prepare to be gouged at every turn in Las Vegas. But this was despicable and shameful in our opinion. It soured our opinion of the entire resort.

What I didn't like at time of leaving the room to check out... After a 4 day stay... We were in the 57th floor.!!! The only elevator that was being used was not in service..there was no sign or notice to alert the guests...We had to go down the stairs. That was a very scary situation to have to go through with the family..after all of this bad experience, I will not ever stay at the Harrah's Hotel again.!!!

Elevators were not fully operational. Only had 2 or 3 working for an entire tower. Kiosks lagged. Neighbor tried to come into our room using side connecting doors. Just not a pleasant or welcoming experience.

Great stay! Very clean!! My only complaints is the heavy heavy cigarette smoke and over priced snacks in rooms! No reason M&Ms should be $15 for a small box and 4x over priced liquor bottles! Was extremly cheaper to walk to CVS and buy those same items for way wayyyy less! Hotel looses money that way too

Under Construction...
Loved the hotel layout, and the location on the Strip. I would recommend staying in the mountain towers. The towers located next to Starbucks, there was always elevator problems.
Parking and taxi drop off is under construction. I found the directions to get to the lobby were not easy to follow. It made "check in" very confusing. We did get a room with a view of the Sphere, if possible request it... It was fascinating to watch it change.
